Adoption of BASA Charter on strategic issues for survival of Bosniak people in progress

Bosnia and Herzegovina – In order to prepare for the regular session of the Assembly of the Bosniak Academy of Science and Art (BASA), BASA Presidency held a meeting on Friday, March 27, 2015 in Sarajevo.

Considering the situation in which the Bosniak people are and the challenges they face, the BASA Presidency will propose to the Senate and the Academy Assembly the adoption of the Charter of the Bosniak Academy of Science and Art, which will define the Acadamey’s point of view on strategic events and issues of importance to the survival of the Bosniak people, the freedom, preservation and promotion of state and identity.

On the next Assembly BASA President will propose a program for the Academy as well as a program marking the fourth anniversary of the Bosniak Academy of Science and Art in June, according to reports.
