Dok ste jo\u0161 u krevetu, ispru\u017eite se na le\u0111a, podignite ruke iznad glave i prepletite prste. Glava bi trebalo da je u ravni ki\u010dme, ne na jastuku. Noge savijte u koljenima, udahnite duboko i koljena lagano spu\u0161tajte na lijevu stranu, a ruke istovremeno pomjerajte na desnu. Polako izdahnite, promijenite stranu. Sve pokrete mo\u017eete da izvedete i pod pokriva\u010dem.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sjednite na krevet, ispravite noge i ki\u010dmu, a ruke polo\u017eite na potiljak. Lagano spu\u0161tajte gornji dio tijela, trude\u0107i se da desni lakat \u0161to vi\u0161e pribli\u017eite desnom koljenu, savijaju\u0107i lagano lijevu nogu u koljenu i podi\u017eu\u0107i je uvis. Vje\u017ebu ponovite \u0161est puta, pa promijenite stranu. Trudite se da disanje sinhronizujete s pokretima koje izvodite.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lezite na krevet, ruke opustite niz tijelo, noge blago savijte u koljenima i tabanima se oduprite o du\u0161ek. Ostanite u istom, le\u017ee\u0107em, polo\u017eaju ruku polo\u017eenih uz tijelo. Udahnite duboko i lagano podi\u017eite karlicu uvis, do visine grudnog ko\u0161a.
