Stoga je va\u017eno slijediti pravilo 20\/20\/20.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Svakih 20 minuta, i to na 20 sekundi, gledajte u to\u010dku udaljenu barem 20 stopa, odnosno \u0161est metara. Tako\u0111er, namjestite ekran tako da bude udaljen 60 cm, malo ispod razine o\u010diju. A za zdravlje o\u010diju va\u017eno je nositi sun\u010dane nao\u010dale, pa \u010dak i po obla\u010dnom vremenu. UV zrake \u0161tete o\u010dima ba\u0161 kao i ko\u017ei te mogu izazvati mrenu, fotokeratitis, pa i tumor vje\u0111a.<\/p>\n<p>Nosite li sun\u010dane nao\u010dale, blokirat \u0107ete 99-100 posto UV-A i UV-B zra\u010denja, a u tome poma\u017ee i no\u0161enje \u0161e\u0161ira. Snijeg, voda, pijesak ili beton povr\u0161ine su koje mogu reflektirati UV zrake te je i pri vo\u017enji vrlo va\u017eno za\u0161tititi o\u010di. Gotovo polovica svih ozljeda o\u010diju dogodi se upravo kod ku\u0107e, a ne, primjerice, na gradili\u0161tu ili u radionicama.<\/p>\n<p>Zato obvezno rabite za\u0161titne nao\u010dale ako postoji i najmanje opasnost od raspr\u0161ivanja raznih \u010destica, krhotina ili isparavanja kemikalija, a one \u0107e sprije\u010diti i 90 posto sportskih ozljeda oka, ka\u017eu lije\u010dnici. Sportovi s najve\u0107im brojem takvih ozljeda su bejzbol, ko\u0161arka, tenis te ostali sportovi s reketom.<\/p>\n<h3>Pu\u0161a\u010dima prijeti o\u010dna mrena<\/h3>\n<p>Pu\u0161enje ote\u017eava simptome suhog oka, a uz to se nakuplja plak u krvotoku te oslabljuju arterije. Time se pove\u0107ava rizik od sr\u010danog udara te o\u0161te\u0107enja mre\u017enice, a krajnja posljedica mo\u017ee biti gubitak vida. Tako\u0111er, pu\u0161a\u010di imaju tri puta ve\u0107i rizik od mrene u odnosu na nepu\u0161a\u010de, pokazala je ameri\u010dka studija.<\/p>\n<h3>Mijenjajte kutijicu za le\u0107e<\/h3>\n<p>Obvezno perite ruke prije nego \u0161to krenete rukovati kontaktnim le\u0107ama, a koristite se sredstvima za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje i kapima za o\u010di samo koje vam je odobrio oftalmolog. Uz to, svaki put kad vadite le\u0107e iz kutijice, isperite je i o\u010distite te je zamijenite svakih mjesec-dva.<\/p>\n<h3>Ne dijelite kozmetiku<\/h3>\n<p>Bakterije se lako razvijaju u \u0161minki, osobito u starijoj od tri mjeseca. Ako ste skloni alergijskim reakcijama, rabite jedan novi proizvod u isto vrijeme. Ne dijelite kozmetiku i ne rabite uzorke iz trgovina te nemojte nanositi \u0161minku unutar ruba trepavica.<\/p>\n<h3>Klonite se propuha<\/h3>\n<p>Ako vas prati osje\u0107aj suho\u0107e o\u010diju, preporu\u010dljivo je nabaviti ovla\u017eiva\u010d zraka, a va\u017eno je i izbjegavati propuh te redovito mijenjati filtre u klima-ure\u0111ajima. Ako nosite kontaktne le\u0107e, osigurajte dovoljnu vla\u017enost kapanjem teku\u0107ine za o\u010di. Tako\u0111er, bitno je piti dovoljno vode, idealno osam \u010da\u0161a na dan.<\/p>\n<h3>\u010citajte upute na lijekovima<\/h3>\n<p>Mnoge vrste lijekova ili kombinacije lijekova mogu utjecati na vid. To uklju\u010duje analgetike, antacide, antibiotike, antikoagulante, antikonvulzive, antidepresive, antihipertenzive, kortikosteroide, diuretike i oralne kontraceptive. Pitajte lije\u010dnika o mogu\u0107im nuspojavama za svaki lijek.<\/p>\n<h3>Nosite li le\u0107e &#8211; na pregled svake godine<\/h3>\n<p>\u010cak i ako ne nosite nao\u010dale, a u dobi ste od 21 do 40, trebali biste i\u0107i na pregled o\u010diju svake druge godine. Ako nosite le\u0107e i imate vi\u0161e od 40, bilo bi dobro posjetiti oftalmologa jedanput na godinu. To je va\u017eno jer se mnoge uobi\u010dajene bolesti oka kao \u0161to su glaukom ili problemi s mre\u017enicom povezani s dijabetesom ili starosti mogu javiti vrlo naglo, bez upozorenja.<\/p>\n<h3>I bebe trebaju UV za\u0161titu<\/h3>\n<p>Djeca trebaju izvr\u0161iti potpunu kontrolu o\u010diju u dobi od tri godine, jo\u0161 jednu prije prvog razreda, a zatim svake dvije godine, napominju oftalmolozi.<\/p>\n<p>No za dobar vid, djeca, a ni odrasli, ne bi smjeli zanemariti mamine savjete da jedu mnogo mrkve. Ona obiluje betakarotenom koji se u tijelu pretvara u vitamin A, koji je vrlo va\u017ean za zdravlje o\u010diju. Osim mrkve, na jelovniku bi \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e trebalo biti zeleno lisnato povr\u0107e, osobito kelj, koji obiluje spojevima koji \u0161tite o\u010di od bolesti vezanih uz starenje.<\/p>\n<p>Kao i odrasli, i djeci se preporu\u010duje no\u0161enje sun\u010danih nao\u010dala i za obla\u010dna vremena jer su njihove o\u010di vrlo osjetljive na UV zra\u010denje, osobito do 10. godine. Ako ih odbijaju nositi, poku\u0161ajte ih nagovoriti barem na \u0161iltericu svijetle boje.<\/p>\n<h3>Vitamin A protiv o\u010dne mrene<\/h3>\n<p>Ako odlu\u010dite uzimati dodatke prehrani koji poma\u017eu zdravlju o\u010diju, najbolje je odabrati one koji sadr\u017ee vitamine A, C, E, B2, minerale cink i selenij. Primjerice, vitamin A smanjuje rizik od pojave o\u010dne mrene i no\u0107nog sljepila, a vitamin E smanjuje rizik od makularne degeneracije. No posavjetujte se najprije s lije\u010dnikom.<\/p>\n<h3>Pijuckajte zeleni \u010daj<\/h3>\n<p>Uz druge brojne pozitivne u\u010dinke na organizam, zeleni \u010daj je koristan i za zdravlje o\u010diju. Poma\u017ee u prevenciji glaukoma, pokazalo je kinesko istra\u017eivanje. Najbolje bi bilo popiti dvije-tri \u0161alice \u010daja na dan.<\/p>\n<h3>Masirajte o\u010di maslinovim uljem<\/h3>\n<p>Prstenjacima pritisnite unutarnje kutove o\u010diju i zadr\u017eite tri sekunde. Nakon toga malo opustite prste, spustite ih ispod o\u010diju pa skliznite prstima prema sljepoo\u010dnicama. Zadr\u017eite se masiraju\u0107i sljepoo\u010dnice kru\u017enim pokretima. Ponovite postupak 6-7 puta. Pritom mo\u017eete upotrijebite maslinovo, bademovo ulje ili ru\u017einu vodicu.<\/p>\n<h3>Prirodno svjetlo je najbolje<\/h3>\n<p>Rad u prostoriji s premalo, ali i previ\u0161e svjetla \u0161kodi o\u010dima. Najbolje bi bilo da je u sobi idealna koli\u010dina prirodnog svjetla. Umjetna rasvjeta, odnosno \u0161tedne, halogenske, fluorescentne kompaktne i LED \u017earulje lo\u0161iji su izbor za o\u010di od obi\u010dnih \u017earulja jer veliku ve\u0107inu zra\u010denja stvaraju u tzv. UV spektru.<\/p>\n<h3>Vje\u017ebajte o\u010di s olovkom<\/h3>\n<p>Kao i ostale mi\u0161i\u0107e tijela, i o\u010di treba vje\u017ebati kako bi ostale u formi. Stavite olovku na udaljenost sedam, osam cm od visine o\u010diju i usredoto\u010dite se na njezin vrh. Nakon toga je odmaknite od o\u010diju u udaljenost ruku, vratite natrag, no i dalje je pratite pogledom. Ova je vje\u017eba osobito korisna nakon dugoga gledanja u ra\u010dunalo.<\/p>\n<h3>Ne zaboravite skinuti le\u0107e<\/h3>\n<p>Le\u0107e stavite prije \u0161minkanja i skinite prije uklanjanja \u0161minke. Tako\u0111er, nikad nemojte i\u0107i spavati s le\u0107ama. Ako ih zaboravite skinuti, smanjuje se opskrba ro\u017enice kisikom i mo\u017ee se o\u0161tetiti. Le\u0107e uvijek pohranjujte u svje\u017eoj otopini. Umjesto krastavca na o\u010di mo\u017eete staviti vre\u0107icu \u010daja od kamilice koje ste cijelu no\u0107 dr\u017eali u zamrziva\u010du. Ostavite ih \u0161est minuta.
