Doreen Virtue, klini\u010dka terapeutkinja za poreme\u0107aje prehrane. Ljutnja, tjeskoba, stres i ljubavna razo\u010daranja samo su neki od razloga koji nas vode prema hladnjaku. \u017dudnja za to\u010dno odre\u0111enom hranom ili pi\u0107em odgovara specifi\u010dnom osje\u0107aju iz kojeg proizlazi. Primjerice, iz stresa i napetosti ra\u0111a se \u017eudnja za alkoholom, razo\u010daranost u ljubavi poti\u010de nas da jedemo \u010dokoladu, bijes nesvjesno ubla\u017eavamo hrskavim grickalicama, a kavom i kolom podi\u017eemo energiju i posrnuli entuzijazam.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Prema osje\u0107ajima koji su glavni okida\u010di za prejedanje, razlikuje se pet tipova \u201cizjelica\u201d, odnosno emocionalnog jedenja. Rije\u010d je o prejedanju, jedenju zbog lo\u0161eg raspolo\u017eenja, zbog samopo\u0161tovanja, zbog stresa te nekontroliranom jedenju, obja\u0161njava dr. Doreen Virtue u knjizi \u201c\u017dudnja za hranom\u201d u kojoj razmatra znanstveno potvr\u0111ene utjecaje odre\u0111enih namirnica na raspolo\u017eenje i energiju. Kako biste otkrili kojem od pet tipova emocionalnih \u201cizjelica\u201d pripadate rije\u0161ite test koji je sastavila dr. Virtue. Doreen Virtue.<\/p>\n<h3>Otkrijte koji je va\u0161 stil prehrane<\/h3>\n<p><b>Na pitanja odgovarajte iskreno, ne vode\u0107i se time kako bi va\u0161 idealan stil prehrane trebao izgledati, nego onim kakav on doista jest. Nakon \u0161to pro\u010ditate pitanje, bez mnogo razmi\u0161ljanja zaokru\u017eite odgovor koji vam prvi padne na pamet.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Ako si priu\u0161tim griz slasnog deserta, omiljenoga mlije\u010dnog proizvoda, pe\u010denja ili brze hrane, \u017eudnja za tom hranom postaje neobuzdana i ne mogu je kontrolirati.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>3. Katkad se, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e bez opravdanja, brinem da se ne\u0107u dovoljno najesti.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>4. Razdire me \u017eudnja za nekim okusima te to\u010dno odre\u0111enim namirnicama i jelima, a tu \u017eudnju naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e mogu uta\u017eiti samo ako se najedem hrane za kojom \u017eudi moje nepce.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>5. Mogu prije\u0107i kilometre i potro\u0161iti mnogo novca kako bih do\u0161ao do namirnica za kojima \u017eudim.<b>\u00a0To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>6. Prejedem se isklju\u010divo onda kad me pogode jaki osje\u0107aji poput ljutnje ili poti\u0161tenosti.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>7. \u010cim izi\u0111em s posla, idem u \u201clov na hranu\u201d.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>8. Jedem kad god mi je dosadno.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>9. Katkad me, kao grom iz vedra neba, pogodi neopisiva glad.<b>\u00a0To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>10. Neugodno mi je kad otvoreno pokazujem ili pri\u010dam o svojim osje\u0107ajima.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>11. Volio bih da sam ja\u010da osoba i da imam vi\u0161e samopouzdanja.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>12. Kada dobijem bitku protiv kilograma i smr\u0161avim toliko da po\u010dnem privla\u010diti poglede i komplimente, obi\u010dno odmah po\u010dnem ponovno gomilati kilograme.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>13. Vi\u0161ka kilograma \u017eelim se rije\u0161iti uglavnom zato da ugodim partneru, roditelju, ili nekoj drugoj osobi koja mi je jako va\u017ena.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>14. Gotovo sam stigao do to\u010dke kapitulacije, kad \u0107u izgubiti i ono malo nade da \u0107u se ikad uspjeti rije\u0161iti kilograma. Mo\u017eda mi je jednostavno su\u0111eno da budem debelju\u0161kast.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>15. Zbog prekomjerne te\u017eine lo\u0161e se osje\u0107am u svojoj ko\u017ei i nemam visoko mi\u0161ljenje o sebi, a svaki novi val kilograma do\u017eivljavam kao osobni neuspjeh.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>16. \u010cini mi se kako nemam i nikad ne\u0107u imati dovoljno vremena za zdrav \u017eivot &#8211; zdravu prehranu i vje\u017ebanje.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>17. Toliko sam prezaposlen da se ve\u0107 pitam ho\u0107u li jednog dana pasti od iscrpljenosti.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>18. \u010cini mi se kako u zadnje vrijeme radim sve vi\u0161e i sve napornije, a posti\u017eem sve manje.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>19. Kad se osje\u0107am iscrpljeno, pokre\u0107e me i poma\u017ee mi da idem dalje<b>.\u00a0To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>21 Moja te\u017eina varira i mijenja se s godi\u0161njim dobima te vaga pokazuje druge brojke ljeti, a druge zimi!\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>22. Hrana je jedno od malobrojnih zadovoljstava koja su mi jo\u0161 preostala u \u017eivotu.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>23. Ponekad, kad se osje\u0107am iscrpljeno, grickam sve \u0161to mi se na\u0111e pri ruci.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>24. Kada sam na dijeti, obi\u010dno se na kraju prestajem brinuti o tome ho\u0107u li skinuti kilograme ili ne, nakon \u010dega se vra\u0107am prejedanju.\u00a0<b>To\u010dno\/Neto\u010dno<\/b><\/p>\n<p>25. Slaba su vam to\u010dka slatki\u0161i, tjestenina i kruh. Neki stru\u010dnjaci vjeruju da \u201cprejeda\u010di\u201d postaju tjeskobni zbog promjena razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi koje nastaju zbog hrane bogate glukozom. Tjeskoba vas potom poti\u010de da ponovno jedete kako biste je ubla\u017eili, \u0161to stvara ciklus prejedanja. Kontrolirajte tek izbjegavanjem namirnica koje potiskuju va\u0161e temeljne emocionalne probleme. Vi ste vrlo osjetljivi i suosje\u0107ajni. \u010cesto vam je zanimanje vezano uz pomaganje drugima te su obi\u010dno u ovoj skupini u\u010ditelji, savjetnici i medicinari. Osje\u0107aji drugih toliko vas zaokupljaju da potiskujete vlastite osje\u0107aje te zbog brige o drugima zapostavljate sebe. Jedete kako biste lak\u0161e upravljali svojim sna\u017enim emocijama. Zbog spoznaje da za druge \u010dinite sve, a nitko ne mari za va\u0161e potrebe, osje\u0107ate se nedovoljno cijenjeno i uvrije\u0111eno. Ako vam je ventil za frustracije jelo, vrijeme je da to zaustavite tako da se vi\u0161e posvetite sebi.<\/p>\n<h3>Hrana zbog nedostatka samopo\u0161tovanja<\/h3>\n<p>Me\u0111uljudski su vam odnosi slaba karika te imate bolji odnos s hranom, knjigama, \u017eivotinjama i filmovima. Osje\u0107ate se neshva\u0107eno, a neki su od vas mo\u017eda pro\u017eivjeli zlostavljanje te ste nepovjerljivi. Hrana vam je prijatelj, tje\u0161i vas i ohrabruje. Znate sve o zdravoj prehrani, no smatrate kako niste dovoljno uporni da biste \u017eivjeli zdravo te naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e to i ne poku\u0161avate. Mu\u010di vas osje\u0107aj manje vrijednosti, a ka\u017enjavate se prejedanjem. Pomo\u0107i mo\u017ee psihoterapija jer \u0107ete oja\u010dati samopouzdanje i prestati tra\u017eiti utjehu u hrani.<\/p>\n<h3>Jelom se rje\u0161avate stresa<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cStres-izjelice\u201d hranom i pi\u0107em smanjuju napetost zbog nezadovoljstva na poslu ili u ljubavi. Alkoholom \u201clije\u010de\u201d \u017eivce, kofeinom podi\u017eu entuzijazam i energiju, \u010dokoladom lije\u010de ljubavne boli, kruh i mlije\u010dni proizvodi ih smiruju, a grickalicama kontroliraju bijes. \u017divotu dodajte vje\u017ebu, zabavu, boravak u prirodi i duhovnost. Vje\u017ebanje neka postane rutina jer pove\u0107ava energiju, smanjuje stres i tek. Zabava je potreba jer ja\u010da entuzijazam i energiju. Ispunite srce ljubavlju i zahvalno\u0161\u0107u, bit \u0107ete otporniji na stres.<\/p>\n<h3>Nekontrolirana lavina jela i pi\u0107a<\/h3>\n<p>Ovaj je prehrambeni stil poput grude snijega koja se kotrlja postaju\u0107i sve ve\u0107a.
