Nesanica dovodi i do organskih bolesti <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"articleBody\">\n<p><span><span>GOTOVO da  nema osobe koja bar jednom nije do\u017eivela nesanicu, koja i prema  statistikama spada me\u0111u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e razloge posjete ljekaru. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Pod nesanicom se podrazumeva  nedovoljno sna ili neodgovaraju\u0107i kvalitet sna, a simptomi su razni, od  ote\u017eanog usnivanja, ote\u017eanog odr\u017eavanja spavanja (u\u010destala bu\u0111enja i  razbu\u0111ivanja), kratkotrajnog spavanja ili ose\u0107aja \u201eneispavanosti\u201c i kad  su ispunjeni svi uslova za dobar san.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Nekada  je uzrok nesanice o\u010digledan: akutna insomnija naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nastupa kada se  osoba na\u0111e pred nekom \u017eivotnom krizom, bole\u0161\u0107u, ili \u010dak na putovanju. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Ali,  kako navodi dr Slavko Jankovi\u0107, neuropsihijatar sa Klinike za  neurologiju Klini\u010dkog centra Srbije, nesanica mo\u017ee da bude i hroni\u010dna,  naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e po\u010dinje kao akutan problem, a nastavlja se dugo po\u0161to su  inicijalni uzroci prestali. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>U  nekim slu\u010dajevima nesanica mo\u017ee da bude nasledna, zbog postojanja  degenerativne bolesti centralnog nervnog sistema kao \u0161to je autozomno  dominantna fatalna familijarna insomnija na primer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Na  osnovu trajanja, ljekari insomniju dijagnostikuju kao prolaznu &#8211; traje  nekoliko dana, kratkotrajnu &#8211; traje od jedne do tri nedelje i dugotrajnu  insomniju &#8211; traje preko tri nedelje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Smatra se da od prave (dugotrajne) nesanice boluje, u zavisnosti od  definicije bolesti, od 4,4 do 48 odsto populacije &#8211; ka\u017ee dr Slavko  Jankovi\u0107. &#8211; \u017dene \u010de\u0161\u0107e obolevaju od nesanice, a druge bolesti su mahom  raspore\u0111ene isto izme\u0111u polova.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Posljedice  lo\u0161eg spavanja su prakti\u010dno te\u0161ko sagledive kako u materijalnom tako i u  socijalnom smislu. Nele\u010dene nesanice ili drugi poreme\u0107aji spavanja mogu  da dovedu do saobra\u0107ajnih nezgoda ili povreda, da izazovu lo\u0161u  produktivnost ili odustvo sa radnog mjesta. Saobra\u0107ajne nesre\u0107e  predstavljaju tek jedan (socijalni) aspekt poreme\u0107aja spavanja, gdje  nesanica dovodi do posljedica kako po bolesnika (brojni prelasci na levu  stranu kolovoza, bez jasnog uzroka, obi\u010dno u jutarnjim satima), tako i  po okolinu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Neke  bolesti spavanja (na primjer opstruktivna apnea u spavanju, tj. prestanci  disanja u spavanju) mogu dovesti do nekih organskih poreme\u0107aja &#8211;  povi\u0161enog sistemskog i plu\u0107nog pritiska, aritmije, ishemije i infarkta  srca i mozga, \u0161e\u0107erne bolesti&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Nesanicu  i sve posljedice koje ona donosi mogu izazvati i druge bolesti spavanja  kao \u0161to je prestanak disanja u spavanju (opstruktivna apnea u spavanju),  poreme\u0107aji cirkadijalnog ritma spavanja, sindrom nemirnih nogu,  periodi\u010dni pokreti udova u spavanju i druge.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"antrfile_right\"><strong>Ispitivanje <\/strong>NA  Klinici za neurologiju Klini\u010dkog centra Srbije radi Centar za  poreme\u0107aje spavanja koji ispituje spavanje i lije\u010di poreme\u0107aje spavanja.  Godi\u0161nje se u laboratoriji za ispitivanje spavanja pregleda oko 70-80  bolesnika svih uzrasta. Ispituju se \u010deste ali i veoma retke bolesti  spavanja, \u010dije lije\u010denje u zavisnosti od vrste bolesti traje kra\u0107e vrijeme  ili do\u017eivotno.<\/div>\n<p><span><span>Ali,  kod \u010dovjeka, nijedan organski sistem ne trpi direktne posljedice  nesanice, ve\u0107 se javlja samo poreme\u0107aj funkcije, za razliku od \u017eivotinja  (pacovi li\u0161eni spavanja umiru). Savremena istra\u017eivanja ipak povezuju  nesanicu sa nekim sistemskim bolestima, mada je u tim slu\u010dajevima  sistemska bolest uzrok, a ne posljedica nesanice &#8211; navodi dr Jankovi\u0107.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Na\u0161  sagovornik ka\u017ee da se insomnija lije\u010di, a terapija podrazumeva manje  upotrebu lijekova, a vi\u0161e primjenu psiholo\u0161ko-psihijatrijskih tehnika  (kognitivno-bihejvioralna terapija) koje su uspe\u0161nije.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  U su\u0161tini, treba lije\u010diti uzrok koji je doveo do nesanice, a kod  esencijalne insomnije on, na\u017ealost, nije poznat, pa je taj oblik  insomnije najte\u017ei za lije\u010denje &#8211; navodi dr Jankovi\u0107. &#8211; Ukoliko se ne radi o  bolestima poput narkolepsije (patolo\u0161ka pospanost) ili stalnoj  preteranoj pospanosti (hipersomnija sa dugim spavanjem), naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e je iza  nesanice, pogotovu kod mla\u0111ih osoba, u pitanju naru\u0161en re\u017eim \u017eivota i  rada (nedefinisano vrijeme odlaska na spavanje, rano ustajanje, upotreba  alkohola). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><strong>POMA\u017dU JOGA, MUZIKA, \u010cITANJE<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span><span>Redovan odlazak na spavanje i bu\u0111enje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Izbegavati (popo)dnevno spavanje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Gimnastika nekoliko puta nedeljno (ne pred spavanje).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Aktivnosti koje relaksiraju (joga, \u0161etnja, hobi&#8230;).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Izbjegavati kafein (kafa, koka-kola, \u010daj) po podne.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Izbjegavati alkohol uve\u010de.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Udobna, tiha i zamra\u010dena soba.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Smirene aktivnosti pred spavanje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Maskirati buku (tihom muzikom i sli\u010dno).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Maska za spavanje ili za\u0161tita u\u0161iju.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Koristiti krevet samo za spavanje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Izbegavati stresove ili neprijatnosti pred spavanje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Svjesno opustiti mi\u0161i\u0107e prije odlaska na spavanje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>\u010citanje ili gledanje prijatnih tema prije spavanja<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Ukoliko ne zaspite za 30 minuta &#8211; ustati, obavljati umiruju\u0107e aktivnosti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Slu\u0161anje muzike, TV ili \u010ditanje je za neke ljude uspavljuju\u0107e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>(Novosti)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Od svih poreme\u0107aja spavanja, najte\u017ee se lije\u010di dugotrajna nesanica.
