Medicinski stru\u010dnjaci preporu\u010duju da  mu\u0161karci  konsumiraju ekvivalent od oko 3 litra, a \u017eene oko 2,5 litra  vode dnevno &#8211; ali to  podrazumeva unos vode iz sve hrane i pi\u0107a tokom  dana. Ve\u0107ina ljudi dobije  adekvatnu hidrataciju kroz normalnu redovnu  ishranu bez \u201esvrsishodnog namernog  ispijanja odre\u0111ene koli\u010dine te\u010dnosti  za hidrataciju\u201c. Prema podacima ameri\u010dke  vlade &#8220;Dijetetske Smernice za  Amerikance&#8221;, &#8220;svrsishodno pi\u0107e&#8221; je potrebno samo  za ljude koji su  izlo\u017eeni velikoj vru\u0107ini, ili ako obavljaju te\u0161ke fizi\u010dke poslove  koji  iziskuju znojenje. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko se prose\u010dno dnevno vode unese kroz hranu? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ta\u010dan odgovor je oko 20%, jer toliko vode sadr\u017ei prosje\u010dna hrana  koju jedemo.<\/p>\n<p>Na primjer: jabuka sadr\u017ei 84% vode, banana 74%, brokoli 91%&#8230;  \u010cak i  namirnice za koje mo\u017eda ne mislimo da su \u201eposebno vla\u017ene\u201c ipak sadr\u017ee   vodu: obi\u010dan \u0111evrek (33% vode), mlevena junetina (56%), tvrdi sir (39%).  Sve  navedene namirnice poma\u017eu nam da zadovoljimo svoje potrebe za  hidratacijom.  <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Koja su pi\u0107a \u201epogodna\u201c za hidrataciju? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alkoholna pi\u0107a imaju najvi\u0161e dehidratacionog efekta. Ve\u0107ina  drugih  pi\u0107a doprinosi ukupnom nivou hidratacije. Kafa i druga pi\u0107a sa kofeinom   imaju izvestan efekat diuretika, zbog \u010dega \u201eteraju\u201c bubrege da izlu\u010duju  urin,  ali ipak uglavnom vr\u0161e hidrataciju zbog sadr\u017eaja vode. Sokovi  bez \u0161e\u0107era,  zasla\u0111eni sokovi i druga zasla\u0111ena pi\u0107a vr\u0161e hidrataciju.  Voda je obi\u010dno najbolji  izbor za hidrataciju jer ne sadr\u017ei dodatne  kalorije. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Od \u010dega zavisi koliko je kom organizmu potrebno vode? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Postoji vi\u0161e faktora od kojih zavisi koliko nam je potrebno  vode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Djeci treba vi\u0161e te\u010dnosti, jer izlu\u010duju vi\u0161e urina nego odrasle osobe.<\/li>\n<li>Starijim  osobama je potrebno vi\u0161e te\u010dnosti zbog odre\u0111enih zdravstvenih stanja   ili zato \u0161to imaju tendenciju da izgube ose\u0107aj \u017ee\u0111i.<\/li>\n<li>Mu\u0161karcima treba vi\u0161e te\u010dnosti nego \u017eenama.<\/li>\n<li>Trudnicama treba vi\u0161e te\u010dnosti nego drugim \u017eenama.<\/li>\n<li>Te\u017eim  i gojaznim ljudima treba vi\u0161e vode. Osobe koje boluju od dijabetesa,   cisti\u010dne fibroze i bubre\u017eni bolesnici imaju ve\u0107e potrebe za te\u010dno\u0161\u0107u.<\/li>\n<li>U  ekstremnim vremenskim uslovima potrebno je piti vi\u0161e te\u010dnosti (velika   vru\u0107ina, visoka vla\u017enost, hladno\u0107a) i na visokim nadmorskim visinama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Koliko vode prosje\u010dna odrasla osoba izgubi svakog dana kroz  prirodne tjelesne funkcije? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projse\u010dno se izgubi oko 10 ili vi\u0161e \u010da\u0161a vode svakog dana, samo  disanjem, znojenjem, mokrenjem&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Taj iznos gubitka vode obi\u010dno se zamenjuje normalnim dnevnim  aktivnostima kroz jelo i pi\u0107e. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mo\u017ee li se stepen dehidratacije odrediti bojom urina? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jednostavan na\u010din pra\u0107enja nivoa hidratacije jeste da provjerite  boju  svog urina. Tamnija boja urina je obi\u010dno znak da ste dehidrirali. Pijte   dovoljno te\u010dnosti da bi va\u0161 urin imao svetliju boju. Ako je va\u0161 urin  svijetle boje  i proziran, velike su \u0161anse da ste dobro hidrirani.<\/p>\n<p>Drugi prakti\u010dni na\u010dini da se prati status hidratacije jesu  pra\u0107enje  telesne te\u017eine (naglo gubljenje te\u017eine zna\u010di da gubite vodu) i znojenje   (vi\u0161e znoja, vi\u0161e se vode gubi). <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Voda za pi\u0107e mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da izgubite te\u017einu? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studije pokazuju da voda mo\u017ee da bude od pomo\u0107i u gubljenju  te\u017eine.  Jedna nedavna studija sugeri\u0161e da je vode za pi\u0107e smanjila gojaznost  \u017eena  ukupnim smanjenjem kalorijskog unosa i menjanjem metabolizma.  Druga studija je  pokazala da su sredove\u010dne i starije \u017eena koje su pile  vodu prije obroka  konsumirale manje kalorija &#8211; verovatno zato \u0161to su se  osje\u0107ale sito i samim tim su  izgubile na te\u017eini. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako voda poma\u017ee va\u0161em tijelu? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vode ima u svakoj \u0107eliji, tkivu i organima u na\u0161em tijelu.
