Ubrzavanje rada srca poja\u010dava osloba\u0111anje neurotransmitera koji su  zadu\u017eeni za pobolj\u0161anje raspolo\u017eenja poput serotonina. Studija  objavljena u \u017eurnalu \u201eMedicin end sajens in sports and eksxersajz\u201c  pokazala je da 30 minuta umjerenog ve\u017ebanja, poput d\u017eogiranja, ne  tr\u010danja, poja\u010dava na\u0161u otpornost na stres. Osobe koje konstantno ve\u017ebaju  prijavljuju znatno manje nivoe stresa, nervoze i depresije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uspavanost tokom dana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Umjesto da se oslanjate na kofein, koji kasnije mo\u017ee da vas spre\u010di da  utonete u san, pokrenite se. Osobe koje se pridr\u017eavaju preporu\u010dene  fizi\u010dke aktivnosti od 150 minuta nedeljno imaju 65 odsto manje \u0161anse da  zadremaju tokom dana.<\/p>\n<p>Osobe koje ve\u017ebaju br\u017ee utonu u san i imaju znatno manje prekida tokom no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Za ovo je zadu\u017eeno nekoliko faktora: smanjivanje tjelesne temperature  ve\u017ebanjem, pove\u0107anje proizvodnje hormona melatonina koji promovi\u0161e san i  potreba tijela da obnovi svoje nivoe energije i popravi o\u0161te\u0107ene \u0107elije i  tkivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bol u le\u0111ima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0161i\u0107i oko ki\u010dme  postaju slabiji tokom godina, a cjelodnevno sedenje ispred ra\u010dunara ih  jo\u0161 vi\u0161e slabi. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da je najbolji lijek za zdravu  ki\u010dmu ve\u017ebanje sa tegovima. Ovakvi treninzi mogu da smanje bol od 30 do  80 odsto za 10 do 12 nedelja, tvrdi Vejn Vestkot sa Koled\u017ea Kvinsi u  Masa\u010dusetstu.<\/p>\n<p>Ja\u010danje svih mi\u0161i\u0107a u tijelu osloba\u0111a ki\u010dmu pritiska ja\u010daju\u0107i je i spre\u010davaju\u0107i pojavu bola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Potreba za hranom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko poku\u0161avate da snagom volje izbijete sebi iz glave ideju o  velikom \u010dokoladnom kola\u010du sa malo uspijeha, mo\u017eda bi bilo bolje da se  pokrenete. U trenucima kada \u017eudimo za slatki\u0161ima to je samo poruka mozga  da nam je potreban dopamin, neurotransmiter koji je povezan sa centrom  za nagradu u na\u0161em mozgu. Ove \u010de\u017enje vrlo lako se mogu re\u0161iti ve\u017ebanjem.  Kao i hrana, ve\u017ebanje znatno pove\u0107ava nivoe dopamina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valunzi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tokom menopauze, kao i godina koje joj prethode, 80 odsto \u017eena pati\u0107e  od simptoma kao \u0161to su valunzi i no\u0107no znojenje. Ve\u017ebanje poma\u017ee da  odr\u017eite zdrav indeks tjelesne mase, \u0161to je klju\u010dno ukoliko osje\u0107ate  vrelinu, po\u0161to gojazne \u017eene imaju znatno ozbiljnije simptome. Dovoljno  je samo 30 minuta ve\u017ebanja, poput tr\u010danja na traci kako bi se valunzi  smanjili za 74 odsto tokom 24 \u010dasa sude\u0107i po studiji objavljenoj u  \u017eurnalu \u201eMenopauza\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slab imuni sistem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aerobni treninzi predstavljaju prirodan na\u010din da se odbranimo od  prehlade, po\u0161to prebacuju imune \u0107elije sa tkiva pravo u krvotok, gdje  napadaju viruse i bakterije, obja\u0161njava Dejvid Nimen, profesor sa  dr\u017eavnog univerziteta Alapa\u010dian. Njegovo istra\u017eivanje pokazalo je da  ukoliko pet dana nedeljno imamo kardio-treninge, to mo\u017ee smanjiti dane  provedene u bolovanju za 43
