Iako ljudski organizam ima  predispozicije da u prosjeku \u017eivi oko 120 godina, \u017eivotni vijek znatno je  kra\u0107i. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>A, tome, osim genetskog nasle\u0111a,  doprinose najvi\u0161e \u017eivotne navike, okru\u017eenje i stres. Sve ovo ograni\u010dilo  je \u017eivotni vijek prosje\u010dnog stanovnika Srbije na 73 godine, dok \u017eitelji u  zemljama Evropske unije prose\u010dno, \u017eive ne\u0161to malo du\u017ee &#8211; 78 godina.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Starima  nas me\u0111utim, ne \u010dine godine, ve\u0107 &#8211; bolest. Zato neko \u201eostari\u201c ranije, a  neko kasnije. Pojava bolesti u detinjstvu i mladosti mo\u017ee znatno da  ubrza proces starenja: neuhranjenost mo\u017ee da pove\u0107a rizik za pojavu  osteoporoze i anemije, gojaznost mo\u017ee biti rizik za pojavu kancera,  respiratornih i mi\u0161i\u0107no-skeletnih bolesti u starijem \u017eivotnom dobu, a  visok pritisak dovodi do slabljenja srca.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Da  biste bili vitalni i u tre\u0107em dobu, va\u017eno je da se zdravlje neguje  tokom \u010ditavog \u017eivota. Jer, mnoge \u0107elije imaju sposobnost obnavljanja,  ali sa nekima to nije slu\u010daj.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Profesor  dr Dragoslav P. Milo\u0161evi\u0107, na\u010delnik klini\u010dkog Odeljenja za gerijatriju u  Klini\u010dko-bolni\u010dkom centru \u201eZvezdara\u201c i \u0161ef katedre za gerontologiju na  Medicinskom fakultetu, obja\u0161njava da proces starenja ne po\u010dinje  istovremeno u razli\u010ditim organima i tkivima i odvija se razli\u010ditim  intenzitetom. Po mnogo \u010demu, intenzitet starenja zavisi od uro\u0111enih,  genetski determinisanih karakteristika tkiva.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><strong>Od nesanice do depresije <\/strong>Profesor  dr Dragoslav P. Milo\u0161evi\u0107 navodi da se posljedice fiziolo\u0161kih promena na  nervnom sistemu i mozgu koje dolaze sa godinama o\u010ditavaju kroz niz  simptoma:<br \/>\n&#8211; Zaboravnost, stati\u010dki tremor, rano jutarnje bu\u0111enje ili  nesanica, a kasnije demencija, depresija, Parkinsonova bolest i apnea u  snu naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i su pratioci starosti.<\/div>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Fiziolo\u0161ke starosne promjene poga\u0111aju svaki organ, ali kada naglo opadnu  funkcionalne sposobnosti nekog sistema, to je uvjek posljedica bolesti, a  ne normalnog starenja &#8211; ka\u017ee profesor Milo\u0161evi\u0107.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Slabljenje  sistema organa i imuniteta sa godinama pove\u0107ava rizik za nastanak  mnogobrojnih bolesti. Svaka slabost funkcije nekog organa \u201evu\u010de\u201c barem  dvije mogu\u0107e bolesti, a ako po\u010dnu da popu\u0161taju svi organi, oboljenja se  tada umno\u017eavaju.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Stari  najvi\u0161e umiru od bolesti srca, kancera i dijabetesa i uglavnom su  optere\u0107eni sa vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih oboljenja. Srce i mozak su najslabije  \u201ekarike\u201c u na\u0161em organizmu, a oni stradaju kao posledica lo\u0161eg stanja  krvnih sudova.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211; Ne  ka\u017ee se bez razloga da smo stari onoliko koliko su nam stari krvni  sudovi. Zbog slabe prokrvljenosti trpe svi organi, ali prvo popu\u0161taju  srce, mozak, bubrezi &#8211; ka\u017ee profesor Milo\u0161evi\u0107.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Ako  neko ne brine o zdravlju, pu\u0161i, ne bira \u0161ta \u0107e da jede, izlo\u017een je  stresu i te\u0161kim materijalnim i \u017eivotnim uslovima, mo\u017ee da o\u010dekuje da \u0107e  ga starost ranije \u201esusti\u0107i\u201c.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>O  prevremenoj starosti se govori onda kada u uobi\u010dajenim \u017eivotnim  uslovima i uobi\u010dajenom re\u017eimu rada i odmora po\u010dinju da se manifestuju  simptomi dekompenzacije razli\u010ditih funkcija. To se ne odnosi samo na  fizi\u010dke pokazatelje ve\u0107 i na pona\u0161anje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Od  55. do 65. godine kreativna i intelektualna aktivnost je jo\u0161 o\u010duvana,  ali polako se smanjuju fizi\u010dke mogu\u0107nosti. To se najpre vidi u stresnim  situacijama: nemogu\u0107nost da se lako i brzo popne uz stepenice na vi\u0161e  spratove, pojava primetne zadihanosti posle kratkotrajnog tr\u010danja,  naprezanje prilikom saginjanja ili podizanja nekog predmeta. Upravo su  to i neki od prvih simptoma popu\u0161tanja sr\u010danih funkcija, odnosno sr\u010dane  insuficijencije.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Docent  dr Neboj\u0161a Despotovi\u0107, internista kardiolog i \u0161ef Odsjeka sr\u010dane  insuficijencije na gerijatrijskom odeljenju KBC \u201eZvezdara\u201c navodi da su  prvi znaci slabljenja sr\u010dane funkcije zadihanost prilikom penjanja uz  stepenice:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span><span><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.novosti.rs\/upload\/images\/2013\/\/04\/17\/dr\/10-mala.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Ovi simptomi se \u010de\u0161\u0107e javljaju kod \u017eena starijih od \u0161ezdeset pet  godina, ali mogu i ranije, ako povi\u0161en pritisak vuku jo\u0161 iz mla\u0111ih dana.  Nekontrolisana hipertenzija je, naime, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok slabljenja srca i  krvnih sudova, a oni su u starijem dobu jo\u0161 o\u0161te\u0107eniji. Tada mogu da se  o\u010dekuju i dodatni problemi kao \u0161to je recimo, retinopatija, jer su  sitni krvni sudovi u oku najosetljiviji.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Starenje  na unutra\u0161njim organima mo\u017ee polako da se odvija a da se ne prime\u0107uje  dok ne nastupi bolest. Ali, starost na licu i ko\u017ei ne mo\u017ee da se  sakrije. Ako se prve bore jave jo\u0161 u tridesetim, znak je da je ko\u017ea  po\u010dela prerano da stari.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Doktor  Predrag Majcan, na\u010delnik dermatologije u gradskoj bolnici na Zvezdari,  ka\u017ee da ko\u017ea mo\u017ee ubrzano da stari pod uticajem nekoliko faktora:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Prisustvo bolesti, prije svega visokog pritiska, uzimanje lijekova kao \u0161to  su diuretici, kardiovaskularne bolesti i terapija koja se zbog njih  primenjuje, dijabetes, stres i depresija najvi\u0161e uti\u010du na propadanje  ko\u017ee. I spoljni uticaji, kao \u0161to su sunce, lo\u0161a ishrana, mali unos  te\u010dnosti i nespavanje, ukoliko je neko tome \u010desto izlo\u017een, u\u010dini\u0107e ko\u017eu  manje elasti\u010dnom i izboranom.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Ipak,  dobra genetika mo\u017ee da o\u010duva lice mladolikim i kod onih koji se nisu  tokom \u017eivota \u010duvali \u0161tetnih uticaja. U svakom slu\u010daju da biste ko\u017eu  sa\u010duvali ne\u017enom i mladom, va\u017eno je dr\u017eati se nekoliko zdravih navika:  spavati najmanje sedam sati dnevno, unositi dosta te\u010dnosti i koristiti  preparate koji zadr\u017eavaju molekule vode u ko\u017ei, izbegavati preterano  sun\u010danje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Za zdravu i sre\u0107nu starost, prema rije\u010dima profesora Dragoslava Milo\u0161evi\u0107a, treba se, dakle, boriti u mladosti:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  To zna\u010di negovati li\u010dno zdravlje, izbegavati faktore rizika kao \u0161to su  nepravilna ishrana, fizi\u010dka neaktivnost, pu\u0161enje, alkohol, stres,  stvarati zdravo okru\u017eenje kako u porodici, tako i na radnom mjestu.
