Ipak, sa uzimanjem te\u010dnosti ne treba ni  preterivati, ali ga ne treba ni zanemarivati, dovoljno je samo da se  ispo\u0161tuju dnevne potrebe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Koliko je tijelu te\u010dnosti potrebno, zavisi od mnogih faktora &#8211; starosti, pola, klimatskih uslova, fizi\u010dke aktivnosti. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Da  bi u tijelu uvjek bilo te\u010dnosti koliko treba, brinu osmoreceptori koji se  nalaze u hipotalamusu, dijelu mozga zadu\u017eenom za kontrolu endokrinog  sistema i autonomnih funkcija. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><strong>NE\u017dELJENE KALORIJE IZ SOKOVA <\/strong> Voda najbolje gasi \u017ee\u0111, a ukoliko radije pijete neke druge napitke,  trebalo bi da znate da postoje i oni koji izazivaju dehidriranost, i  posti\u017eu suprotan u\u010dinak od \u017eeljenog.  &#8211; To su alkoholna pi\u0107a i napici  koja sadr\u017ee kofein, kao \u0161to je kafa, \u010daj i koka-kola, jer je potrebno  vi\u0161e vode da se oni prerade nego \u0161to je unesemo konzumiranjem &#8211; ka\u017ee  Jasmina Stojanovi\u0107 Ristivojevi\u0107, nutricionista dijeteti\u010dar. &#8211; Sokovi i  napici za sportiste smanjuju \u017ee\u0111, ali s njima unosimo i \u010desto ne\u017eeljene  kalorije, i zato ih treba uzimati kao u\u017einu.<\/div>\n<p><span><span>Ovi receptori su osetljivi na promjenu osmolalnosti (koli\u010dine rastvorene supstance) plazme.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Postoje dvije grupe osmoreceptora i one su sme\u0161tene u razli\u010ditim dijelovima  hipotalamusa &#8211; obja\u0161njava profesor dr Milo\u0161 \u017darkovi\u0107, endokrinolog  Instituta za endokrinologiju, dijabetes i poreme\u0107aje metabolizma  Klini\u010dkog centra Srbije. &#8211; Jedna grupa reguli\u0161e unos te\u010dnosti, i \u010dim  osmolalnost pre\u0111e odre\u0111eni nivo, osje\u0107amo \u017ee\u0111. Druga grupa reguli\u0161e  lu\u010denje adiuretskog hormona koji dovodi do zadr\u017eavanje vode na nivou  bubrega. Ukoliko je osmolalnost visoka (nema dovoljno te\u010dnosti) lu\u010di se  ovaj hormon i voda se zadr\u017eava u organizmu, a ukoliko je osmolalnost  niska (ima previ\u0161e te\u010dnosti), lu\u010denje ovog hormona iz hipofize prestaje,  i voda se izmokrava. Osim toga, pijenje vode trenutno prekida lu\u010denje  adiuretskog hormona, prije nego \u0161to nastane promjena osmolalnosti,  verovatno tako \u0161to se stumuli\u0161u receptori u grlu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Receptori  za \u017ee\u0111 predstavljaju specijalizovane neurone koji su u stanju da osete  promjenu osmolalnosti (koli\u010dine rastvorene supstance) u krvi. Kada se to  desi ovi receptori \u0161alju signale ka hipofizi, \u017elezdi koja koordini\u0161e rad  drugih \u017elezda. Ukoliko nema dovoljno te\u010dnosti u organizmu hipofiza lu\u010di  adiuretski hormon i bubreg zadr\u017eava vodu, a lu\u010di veoma koncentrovanu  mokra\u0107u i tako izbacuje vi\u0161ak rastvorenih supstanci iz organizma. Druga  grupa osmoreceptora \u0161alje signal ka mozgu koji dovodi do osje\u0107aja \u017ee\u0111i.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Vodu pijemo da bismo odr\u017eali cirkuli\u0161u\u0107i volumen, prvenstveno da bi  kroz krvne sudove i\u0161la dovoljna koli\u010dina te\u010dnosti, jer kada nema  dovoljno te\u010dnosti, krvni sudovi se prazne i pada pritisak. Drugi razlog  je da bismo odr\u017eali osmolalnost, odnosno da bi koli\u010dina natrijuma i  drugih supstanci u krvi i drugim tjelesnim te\u010dnostima bila normalna &#8211;  ka\u017ee dr \u017darkovi\u0107. &#8211; Te\u010dnost koja se nalazi u \u0107elijama i izvan njih ima  odre\u0111enu koncentraciju rastvorenih supstanci i odre\u0111ene karakteristike.  Ako ima previ\u0161e rastvorenih supstanci, te\u010dnost postaje nepovoljna za  organizam. Za ljudski organizam je od velikog zna\u010daja koncentracija  natrijuma.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.novosti.rs\/upload\/images\/2013\/\/04\/10\/dr\/10-m.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"275\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span><span>Ako  u te\u010dnosti koja se nalazi u \u0107eliji ima manje natrijuma nego u te\u010dnosti  koja je okru\u017euje, voda \u0107e, kroz membranu koja ih razdavaja, da krene iz  \u0107elije napolje, jer natrijum ne mo\u017ee da pro\u0111e kroz barijeru. A organizam  te\u017ei da koncentracija natrijuma sa jedne i druge strane membrane bude  ista. <\/span><\/span><span><span>Kao rezultat toga  \u0107elija \u0107e da se sme\u017eura. Ako pak u \u0107eliji ima vi\u0161e natrijuma nego u  te\u010dnosti koja je okru\u017euje, natrijum \u0107e da upija te\u010dnost, \u0107elija \u0107e da  bubri, da se naduva, \u0161to je veoma opasno naro\u010dito za mozak. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Ako  nastane otok mozga, on nema gdje da se \u0161iri, po\u010de\u0107e da gura strukture  odozgo nani\u017ee, i ako se pritisne dio gdje prolazi ki\u010dmena mo\u017edina u kojoj  su centri za disanje, \u010dovjek \u0107e da prestane da di\u0161e i da umre. A kako i  te\u010dnosti u mozgu (krvotok i cerebrospinalna te\u010dnost) imaju odre\u0111eni  volumen, kada se \u0107elije naduvaju, smanji\u0107e se protok krvi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><strong>\u010cUVA VITALNOST, USPORAVA STARENJE<\/strong> Popijte jednu ili dvije \u010da\u0161e vode ujutru, to je odli\u010dno za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje  tijela.   Uzmite vodu izme\u0111u doru\u010dka i ru\u010dka, kao i izme\u0111u ru\u010dka i ve\u010dere.    Prije nego \u0161to odete na spavanje, tako\u0111e popijte vodu ili nezasla\u0111en  \u010daj.   Voda \u010duva vitalnost, pobolj\u0161ava kvalitet \u017eivota, usporava  starenje, a uti\u010de i na ljepotu.<\/div>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Da bi koncentracija rastvorenih supstanci uvjek bila u normali pijemo  vodu i izbacujemo vi\u0161ak &#8211; obja\u0161njava dr \u017darkovi\u0107. &#8211; Potrebna koli\u010dina  te\u010dnosti zavisi od fizi\u010dke aktivnosti, spolja\u0161nje temperature, kao i  drugih faktora koji uti\u010du na gubitak ili uzimanje te\u010dnosti. Ukoliko je  osoba zdrava, organizam je u stanju da reguli\u0161e potreban unos te\u010dnosti. U  principu, potreba za te\u010dno\u0161\u0107u je 30 do 40 ml po kilogramu tjelesne  te\u017eine na dan za odrasle, ali intenzivna fizi\u010dka aktivnost i visoka  temperatura mogu zna\u010dajno da pove\u0107aju potrebu za te\u010dno\u0161\u0107u. Dnevne  potrebe organizma za vodom su specifi\u010dne i kod trudnica i majki koje  doje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Starenje  smanjuje ose\u0107aj \u017ee\u0111i i pove\u0107eva koncentraciju adiuretskog hormona, \u0161to  \u010dini stare osobe osetljivijim na poreme\u0107aj unosa te\u010dnosti. Pu\u0161enje,  odnosno nikotin jak je stimulus za sekreciju adiuretskog hormona. I u  jednom i u drugom slu\u010daju receptori za \u017ee\u0111 \u0107e signalizirati kada treba  posegnuti za \u010da\u0161om vode, ne treba na silu da se pije.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8211;  Preterani unos te\u010dnosti, naro\u010dito posle velikih fizi\u010dkih napora mo\u017ee da  bude fatalan &#8211; upozorava dr \u017darkovi\u0107. &#8211; Bubreg ne mo\u017ee da adekvatno  izlu\u010di te\u010dnost, a adiuretski hormon se ne lu\u010di pravilno. Unos prevelike  koli\u010dine te\u010dnosti mo\u017ee da dovede do fatalnog oticanja mozga.
