Izbacivanjem \u0161e\u0107era i hrane bogate ugljenim hidratima zdravijim  namirnicama dobijamo mnogo, ali i na\u010din spremanja je tako\u0111e va\u017ean.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studija sprovedena na Univerzitetu u Ilinoisu otkrila je da spremanje  hrane na visokim temperaturama poput grilovanja, pr\u017eenja i pe\u010denja  naro\u010dito opasno zato \u0161to tako dolazi do izdvajanja \u201ckrajnjih proizvoda  glikacije\u201d (AGE) \u0161tetnih sastojaka koji igraju ulogu u nastanku  dijabetesa.<\/p>\n<p>AGE su supstance dobijene iz \u0161e\u0107era, koje ve\u0107  postoje u va\u0161em tijelu u minimalnim koli\u010dinama Po\u010dinju da se formiraju jo\u0161  u materici, a gomilaju se starenjem. Ako imate dijabetes, imate i ve\u0107u  koncentraciju AGE zbog pove\u0107anog nivoa glukoze u sistemu.<\/p>\n<p>AGE tako\u0111e proizvodi hrana koja je izlo\u017eena visokim temperaturama.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog njih, recimo, \u0161nicla na ro\u0161tilju dobija karakteristi\u010dne crne  pruge. S druge strane, povr\u0107e i ostala biljna hrana ima relativno nisku  koncentraciju AGE nakon termi\u010dke obrade.<\/p>\n<p>Nau\u010dnici smatraju da ove supstance mogu da izazovu o\u0161te\u0107enja tkiva, kakva se vi\u0111aju u poodmaklim stadijumima dijabetesa.<\/p>\n<p>Odre\u0111en broj studija otkrio je da vi\u0161i nivo AGE dovodi do zapaljenja  kod ljudi sa dijabetesom, koje mo\u017ee biti uzrok mnogih hroni\u010dnih  problema.<\/p>\n<p>Prema Ameri\u010dkom udru\u017eenju za borbu protiv dijabetesa,  supstanca doprinosi nagomilavanju plaka, gubitku elasti\u010dnosti krvnih  sudova i time do brojnih opasnosti po kardiovaskularni sistem.<\/p>\n<p>Kako da umanjite rizik?<\/p>\n<p>Prema rezultatima studije Medicinskog fakulteta Maunt Sinaj objavljene u  \u017durnalima gerontologije, zapaljenja i oksidativni stres koji se obi\u010dno  doga\u0111a u starosti, nisu rezervisani samo za starije osobe sa  dijabetesom, nego i mlade zdrave ljude koji u ishrani imaju velike  koli\u010dine AGE.<\/p>\n<h2>Evo na\u010dina da umanjite rizik:<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.b92.net\/news\/pics\/2013\/03\/05\/509401120513630f8cac0f330809474_v4%20big.jpg\" border=\"1\" alt=\"typofi \/ sxc.hu\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"3\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" align=\"middle\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Jedite vi\u0161e sve\u017eih namirnica<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kuvajte na niskim temperaturama<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Probajte spremanje hrane na pari i blan\u0161iranje<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Marinirajte namirnice u kiselim te\u010dnostima poput limunovog soka i sir\u0107eta<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ako odaberete da pe\u010dete namirnice na ro\u0161tilju, neka on bude sasvim \u010dist<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Okre\u0107ite meso \u010desto \u2013 na svakih 30 \u2013 60 sekundi, kako ne bi zagorelo<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ako hrana pocrni, odsecite te dijelove prije jela<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Odaberite ribu, umjesto crvenog mesa, jer se br\u017ee kuva i ostavlja manje vremena nastanku AGE<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Uklonite ko\u017eicu kada spremate piletinu jer brzo potamni<\/p>\n<p>(B92)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zdrava ishrana je klju\u010dna za smanjivanje rizika od dijabetesa.
