Za\u0161to vam se to de\u0161ava i kako  prekinuti svakodnevnu igru \u017emurke sa stvarima?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gubite nov\u010danik, prsten zaboravljate u salonu za manikir, mobilni telefon i klju\u010devi \u201edobijaju noge\u201c&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ponekad vam se \u010dini kao da su u va\u0161im rukama svakom predmetu odbrojani  dani: prije ili kasnije \u0107ete ga ostaviti na stolu u kafi\u0107u, u bioskopu, u  tramvaju, na klupi u parku ili u kabini prodavnice u \u0161oping centru.<\/p>\n<p>Kod nekih je rasejanost dio karaktera, a gubljenje stvari svakodnevica,  ali ovakve stvari se povremeno doga\u0111aju i onim najorganizovanijim.<\/p>\n<p>Postoji obja\u0161njenje, a i lijek za stalnu ali i povremenu rasejanost.<\/p>\n<h2>Anatomija rasejanosti<\/h2>\n<p>Jeste li se ikada zapitali \u0161ta se zapravo doga\u0111a u mozgu kada ste rasejani?<\/p>\n<p>Obi\u010dno, kad smo zauzeti bilo kojom svakodnevnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u, razli\u010diti  dijelovi mozga odr\u017eavaju aktivnom na\u0161u koncentraciju i pa\u017enju, a time i  pam\u0107enje doga\u0111aja u kojima u\u010destvujemo.<\/p>\n<p>Bez obzira na to da li  je rije\u010d o doga\u0111ajima koji se odvijaju u du\u017eem periodu ili o onima koji  traju samo nekoliko minuta, mozak pravi izbore koji se zasnivaju na  iskustvu, logici i posledicama koje odre\u0111eno djelovanje mo\u017ee proizvesti.<\/p>\n<p>Kada te mehanizme, koji su tokom miliona godina evolucije postali vrlo  istan\u010dani, poremete spoljni faktori, na primjer, nedostatak sna, stres,  briga, depresija ili materije sa psihoaktivnim djelovanjem, na\u0161a  sposobnost da budemo prisutni duhom i koncentrisani znatno se umanjuje.<\/p>\n<p>U takvim slu\u010dajevima \u010dini nam se kao da smo suo\u010deni sa nekom mentalnom  interferencijom: ne uspevamo da razlu\u010dimo va\u017ene podsticaje od onih  neva\u017enih i sve se \u010dini podjednako va\u017enim.<\/p>\n<p>Stvaranju takvog  mentalnog stanja doprinose brojni neurotransmiteri, materije koje  omogu\u0107uju izmenu informacija u na\u0161em mozgu, me\u0111u kojima su najva\u017eniji  noradrenalin i dopamin.<\/p>\n<p>U svakom slu\u010daju, stres, umor, brige i  teskoba naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i su krivci za rasejanost. U takvim situacijama na\u0161 um je  zatrpan problemima i verovatno\u0107a da \u0107emo biti rasejani i da \u0107emo  gre\u0161iti je vrlo velika.<\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da je memorija strukturalan i  slo\u017een proces, kada je mozak usredsre\u0111en na re\u0161avanje nekog posebno  va\u017enog problema ili koncentrisan na opsesivne misli, smanjuje se nivo  pa\u017enje (ponekad gotovo potpuno nestaje) prema svemu ostalom.<\/p>\n<p>Ali, takve zaboravnosti obi\u010dno su privremene, vezane uz neki poseban  period \u017eivota: kada se ponovo stekne mir, vi\u0161e se ne doga\u0111aju.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne gubimo svi iste stvari<\/h2>\n<p>Prema mi\u0161ljenju psihoanaliti\u010dara, amnezije ne treba pripisivati  slu\u010daju: imaju korene u unutra\u0161njem svijetu, tj povezane su s emocijama,  vrijednostima i podsvesnim \u017eeljama.
