Bolesti srca,  hipertenzija,  kardiovaskularne bolesti, dijabetes, kao i neke vrste  raka, re\u0111e se javljaju kod  ljudi koji tokom \u017eivota ostanu fizi\u010dki  aktivni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prethodna istra\u017eivanja su tako\u0111e pokazala da neki oblici sede\u0107eg   na\u010dina \u017eivota (svakodnevno dugotrajno sedenje), pored televizora,  sedenje pored  kompjutera, sedenje u kolima, sedenje na radnom mjestu &#8211;  pove\u0107avaju rizik za smrtne  slu\u010dajeve od kardiovaskularnih bolesti ili  razvijanja dijabetesa.<\/p>\n<p>Nova studija je uklju\u010dila 63.048 australijskih mu\u0161karaca  starosti od  45 do 64 godina koji su u\u010destvovali u dugoro\u010dnom istra\u017eivanju o   zdravom starenju. Mu\u0161karci su na po\u010detku vodili evidenciju o tome koliko  sati  svakog dana provode sjede\u0107i. Zatim su podeljeni u \u010detiri grupe, i  to na grupu koja  provodi manje od \u010detiri sata dnevno sede\u0107i, izme\u0111u  \u010detiri i \u0161est, izme\u0111u \u0161est i  osam ili osam i vi\u0161e sati sjedenja dnevno. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta ka\u017ee studija? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mu\u0161karci koji provode vi\u0161e od \u010detiri sata dnevno sede\u0107i \u010de\u0161\u0107e  imaju  rak, dijabetes, sr\u010dane bolesti ili visok krvni pritisak od onih koji  manje  sede.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to du\u017ee neko provodi vreme sede\u0107i, ve\u0107a je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107e   razviti neku od ovih bolesti, pa je prema tome o\u010digledno da su najve\u0107em  riziku  izlo\u017eeni ljudi koji sede du\u017ee od 8 sati dnevno (pogotovu bez  prekida). <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko je istra\u017eivanje pouzdano? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovo je velika i dobro sprovedena studija. Me\u0111utim, ona ne mo\u017ee  da  doka\u017ee da sedenje izaziva bolesti. Na primjer, ljudi koji razviju neku od  ovih  vrsta bolesti mo\u017eda vi\u0161e vremena provode sjede\u0107i jer im bolest  ograni\u010dava fizi\u010dke  aktivnosti. To tako\u0111e uti\u010de na njihov rizik od  razvoja drugih ozbiljnih dugoro\u010dnih  bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to je sigurno, to je da dugo sedenje negativno uti\u010de na  ki\u010dmu i  organe za varenje, a samim tim su ostali mi\u0161i\u0107i dugo vremena neaktivni.   Pored toga, dugotrajnim sedenjem pritiskamo odre\u0111ene nerve previ\u0161e i  predugo.  Kada se sve navedeno sabere sa mnogim drugim uticajima, onda  je \u201enormalno\u201c da  sjede\u0107i na\u010din \u017eivota negativno uti\u010de na zdravlje. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta to zna\u010di? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iako se studija bavila samo sredovje\u010dnim mu\u0161karcima, istra\u017eiva\u010di   misle da se rezultati mogu primijeniti i na ostale starsone grupe, \u017eenski  pol, kao  i sve rase i nacionalnosti. Ali na osnovu ovog istra\u017eivanja ne  mo\u017eemo utvrditi  sve ta\u010dne uzroke.<\/p>\n<p>Ako provodite vi\u0161e od \u010detiri sata dnevno sjede\u0107i, kao dio posla  ili  kod ku\u0107e, setite se da je va\u017eno da se redovno bavite fizi\u010dkim  aktivnostima,  kao \u0161to je tr\u010danje, plivanje, biciklizam, tenis ili  aerobik.
