Ali  mnogi ljudi imaju problema da izdvoje ovoliko  vremena zbog posla i na\u010dina \u017eivota  koji uklju\u010duje duge periode  neizbe\u017enog sedenja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nedavne studije su pokazale da je previ\u0161e svakodnevnog sedenja   povezano sa pove\u0107anim rizikom od zdravstvenih problema kao \u0161to su  gojaznost i  dijabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su \u017eeleli da testiraju teoriju da se ovi negativni   efekti po zdravlje mogu izbe\u0107i ako su ljudi aktivni u kra\u0107im vremenskim  periodima  &#8211; recimo, sat vremena dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Oni su podelili 18 zdravih odraslih osoba u tri grupe, a svaka  grupa  pratila je odre\u0111eni program ve\u017ebanja u periodu od \u010detiri odvojena dana.   Jedna grupa je sjedela 14 sati dnevno. Druga grupa provodila je 13 sati  dnevno  sede\u0107i, a osim toga, energi\u010dno su vozili bicikl u trajanju od  jednog sata.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0107a grupa je provodila ukupno 6 sati dnevno lagano ve\u017ebaju\u0107i,  od  toga 4 sata \u0161etanja le\u017eernim tempom i 2 sata stajanja, dok vreme koji su  oni  proveli sede\u0107i iznosi 8 sati. Svim u\u010desnicima je svakog jutra  uziman uzorak  krvi, kako bi istra\u017eiva\u010di mogli da testiraju nivo \u0161e\u0107era,  holesterola i lipida u  krvi, tra\u017ee\u0107i pri tom znake pobolj\u0161anja  zdravlja. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta ka\u017ee nova studija? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ljudi u grupi koja je energi\u010dno ve\u017ebala jedan sat dnevno nisu   pokazali nikakvo pobolj\u0161anje u nivou lipida ili insulina u krvi, ni da  su osetljivi  na efekte insulina. Nizak nivo insulinske osetljivosti  mo\u017ee dovesti do brojnih  zdravstvenih problema, a to ujedno predstavlja i  rani znak dijabetesa.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje neki dokazi da je grupa koja je du\u017ee ve\u017ebala, ali sa   slabijem intenzitetom, imala zdraviji nivo insulina i lipida u krvi. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko je pouzdano istra\u017eivanje? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U ovoj studija testirano je samo 18 ljudi i na rezultate ove  male  studije mogu uticati razni nasumi\u010dni faktori. Znaci bolesti koje su   istra\u017eiva\u010di testirali u odnosu na nivoe lipida i hormona u krvi, ne  odra\u017eavaju  stvarno zdravlje ljudi.<\/p>\n<p>Programi ve\u017ebanja koje su slijedili u\u010desnici istra\u017eivanja, zaista  nisu  reprezentativni, a mi ne mo\u017eemo biti sigurni da nije bilo i drugih  stvari  koje su uticale na zdravlje ljudi za vrijeme trajanja  istra\u017eivanja. <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta to zna\u010di za nas? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ova studija pokazuje da je bolje da budemo aktivni koliko god je  to  mogu\u0107e i \u0161to je \u010de\u0161\u0107e mogu\u0107e, kako bismo poku\u0161ali da odr\u017eimo dobro  zdravlje.
