Djeca opona\u0161aju roditelje i  njihove nutritivne navike. Pomozite djetetu da jede samo kada je gladno,  a ne zato \u0161to mu hrana predstavlja zadovoljstvoAko je samo masna ili  slatka hrana na raspolaganju, ili niskog nutritivnog nivoa, dete \u0107e nju  da jede.  Roditelji bi trebalo da budu model za zdravo hranjenje i  aktivni \u017eivotni stil.<br \/>\n&#8211; Nau\u010dite dijete da odbije grickalice i vi\u0161ak hrane. Disciplina u jelu je  sli\u010dna svakoj drugoj disciplini. Nju osmi\u0161ljavaju roditelji.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ne smijete da mnogo smanjujete kalorije. Va\u017ean je zdrav izbor.
