Prona\u0107i aktivnost u kojoj \u0107ete u\u017eivati i koja \u0107e  postati dio va\u0161e svakodnevne  rutine &#8211; predstavlja klju\u010d uspijeha za dug i  zdrav \u017eivot.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da je bilo kakva fizi\u010dka aktivnost  korisna  za sve uzraste. Preporu\u010duje se da sve osobe te\u017ee jednom satu fizi\u010dkih   aktivnosti u toku dana. Mo\u017eda zvu\u010di mnogo, ali taj sat se mo\u017ee  raspodeliti na  nekoliko aktivnosti u toku dana.<\/p>\n<p>Fizi\u010dka aktivnost je bitan dio svakog programa mr\u0161avljenja, kako  bi  se pove\u0107ao gubitak masti, a pri tom zadr\u017eala mi\u0161i\u0107na masu. Ali redovno   ve\u017ebanje pru\u017ea i mnoge druge zdravstvene beneficije, jer ono mo\u017ee da  pomogne u  spre\u010davanju i pobolj\u0161avanju stanja kod slede\u0107ih bolesti:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Bolesti srca <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Redovna fizi\u010dka aktivnost ja\u010da sr\u010dani mi\u0161i\u0107, sni\u017eava  krvni pritisak,  pove\u0107ava nivo &#8220;dobrog&#8221; holesterola i sni\u017eava nivo &#8220;lo\u0161eg&#8221;  holesterola,  pobolj\u0161ava protok krvi i poma\u017ee efikasnije funkcionisanje srca. Sve   ove prijednosti smanjuju rizik od mo\u017edanog udara, bolesti srca i visokog  krvnog  pritiska.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Mo\u017edani udar <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su otkrili da ve\u017ebanje smanjuje rizik od  mo\u017edanog udara.  Umereno aktivni u\u010desnici jednog istra\u017eivanja imali su 20% manji  rizik  od mo\u017edanog udara u odnosu na manje aktivne u\u010desnike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Dijabetes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ova bolest je u alarmantnom porastu, za 62% od 1990  godine. Fizi\u010dka  aktivnost mo\u017ee da pobolj\u0161a gubitak te\u017eine i sprije\u010di i kontroli\u0161e  ovo  zdravstveno stanje. Gubitak te\u017eine mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati insulinsku osetljivost,   pobolj\u0161ati nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i nivo holesterola, smanjiti krvni  pritisak, a sve  to je veoma va\u017eno za zdravlje osoba sa dijabetesom.  Jedno istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo  da sat vremena dnevno ne\u0161to br\u017ee \u0161etnje  mo\u017ee smanjiti rizik od dijabetesa za 34%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Gojaznost <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gojaznost i prekomerna te\u017eina mogu se sprije\u010diti ili  lije\u010diti ve\u017ebanjem i  zdravom ishranom. Fizi\u010dka aktivnost poma\u017ee u smanjenju masti i   pove\u0107anju mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase, \u010dime se pobolj\u0161ava sposobnost tijela da sagoreva  kalorije.  Kombinacija smanjenja kalorija i svakodnevnog ve\u017ebanja pravi  je recept za  mr\u0161avljenje. Kontrolisanje gojaznosti je kriti\u010dno, jer je  ona glavni faktor rizika  za mnoge bolesti. Smanjenje indeksa tjelesne  mase jeste siguran na\u010din da smanjite  rizik od ranog umiranja, kao i da  \u017eivite zdraviji \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Bol u le\u0111ima <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bol u le\u0111ima mo\u017ee se kontrolisati ili sprije\u010diti fitnes  programima  koji uklju\u010duju ja\u010danje mi\u0161i\u0107a i fleksibilnost. Dobro dr\u017eanje i jak   abdomen najbolja je odbrana tijela od bolova u le\u0111ima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Osteoporoza <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u017ebe kao \u0161to su hodanje, tr\u010danje, penjanje uz stepenice,  ples ili  dizanje tegova, ja\u010daju kosti i spre\u010davaju formiranje osteoporoze ili   gubitka ko\u0161tane mase koji se \u010desto javlja kod \u017eena nakon menopauze.  Kombinujte  hranu bogatu kalcijumom i vitaminom D sa redovnim ve\u017ebanjem  za maksimalne  rezultate.<\/p>\n<p>Jedno istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo je da su \u017eene koje su \u0161etale  \u010detiri  sata ili vi\u0161e sati nedeljno imale 41% manje preloma kuka od onih koje su   hodale manje od sat vremena nedeljno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Psiholo\u0161ki prijednosti <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pobolj\u0161ane samopouzdanja je jedna od najve\u0107ih prijednosti  redovne  fizi\u010dke aktivnosti. Dok ve\u017ebate, va\u0161e tijelo lu\u010di endorfin, hormon koji   pobolj\u0161ava raspolo\u017eenje i na\u010din na koji mislite o sebi. Ve\u017ebanje mo\u017ee da  pomogne i  da se izborite sa stresom i odbijete depresiju i  anksioznost.<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci preporu\u010duju kombinaciju kardiovaskularnog ve\u017ebanja  (brzo  hodanje, tr\u010danje i drugo), ja\u010danja mi\u0161i\u0107a (dizanje tegova, gimnastika) i  ve\u017ebi  istezanja za pobolj\u0161anje fleksibilnosti.
