Sada su nau\u010dnici otkrili da  uklanjanje Arntl gena koji reguli\u0161e cirkadijalni ritam u masnim \u0107elijama  dovodi do gojaznosti kod mi\u0161eva i izaziva promjene u vremenskom  rasporedu obroka.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nDo ovog otkri\u0107a, objavljenog u \u010dasopisu Nature Medicine, do\u0161ao je dr  Jorgos Paskos, istra\u017eiva\u010d-saradnik u laboratoriji dr Gereta Ficd\u017eeralda,  direktora Instituta za translacionu medicinu i terapeutiku pri Perelman  medicinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Pensilvaniji.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo  istra\u017eivanje pru\u017ea uvid u komplikovane uzroke koji dovode do gojaznosti.  Rezultati su bili neo\u010dekivani iz nekoliko razloga.<\/p>\n<p>,,Prvi je  da relativno blaga promjena unosa hrane u vrijeme kada mi\u0161evi obi\u010dno  spavaju mo\u017ee da podstakne skladi\u0161tenje energije. Na\u0161i mi\u0161evi su postali  gojazni a da nisu unosili vi\u0161e kalorija\u2019\u2019, obja\u0161njava dr Paskos.<\/p>\n<p>Kad bi stru\u010dnjaci preneli ovaj izmenjeni obrazac unosa hrane kod mi\u0161eva  kojima je uklonjen ovaj gen u masnim \u0107elijama, i normalni mi\u0161evi bi  mogli da postanu gojazni.<\/p>\n<p>Unos hrane no\u0107u kod nekih ljudi je  relativno sli\u010dan promjenama pona\u0161anja kod ispitivanih mi\u0161eva. Ovaj  sindrom je sa gojazno\u0161\u0107u prvi povezao Albert Stankard, tako\u0111e sa  Univerziteta u Pensilvaniji, 1955. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Drugo otkri\u0107e je  povezano sa molekularnim satom. Smatra se da tjelesnim satom u perifernim  tkivima upravlja ,,glavni sat\u2019\u2019 u suprahijazmatskom jegru (SCN) mozga.<\/p>\n<p>,,Iako ve\u0107 dugo znamo da periferni telesni sat ima odre\u0111en stepen  autonomije \u2013 perkusionista mo\u017ee da udara u bubanj bez uputstava  dirigenta &#8211; ovde vidimo da organizovano pona\u0161anje perkusioniste samo po  sebi mo\u017ee da uti\u010de na dirigenta\u2019\u2019, dodaje Ficd\u017eerald. Oscilacije u  funkciji gena koji izazivaju i spre\u010davaju glad u hipotalamusu je ono \u0161to  dovodi do unosa hrane svakog dana. Nau\u010dnici su otkrili da je ovaj  obrazac ritma hipotalamusa poreme\u0107en kada se iz masnih \u0107elija ukloni gen  koji reguli\u0161e cirkadijalni ritam i to tako \u0161to je nalagao unos hrane u  neodgovaraju\u0107e vrijeme \u2013 tokom dana za mi\u0161eve i tokom no\u0107i za ljude.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se promjeni dnevna rutina, dolazi i do promjene u metabolizmu. Na  primjer, ljudi koji rade no\u0107u imaju vi\u0161e \u0161ansi da budu gojazni i pate od  sindroma metabolizma, a pojedinci koji imaju problema sa spavanjem su  skloniji gojenju. Kod zdravih mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena je lak\u0161e dobiti vi\u0161ak  kilograma ako se manje spava.<\/p>\n<p>Da bi ostvarilo ravnote\u017eu nivoa  energije, tijelo mora da kombinuje nekoliko signala izme\u0111u centralnog  nervnog sistema i epitelnih tkiva, uklju\u010duju\u0107i srce i jetru.<\/p>\n<p>Masne \u0107elije su odgovorne za skladi\u0161tenje i otpu\u0161tanje energije, kao i  za komunikaciju sa mozgom preko hormona leptina u vezi sa koli\u010dinom  energije koja se skladi\u0161ti. Tijelo koristi vi\u0161e energije i unos hrane je  manji kada se leptin lu\u010di u mozgu.<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci su ustanovili da  kada se gen koji reguli\u0161e cirkadijalni ritam ukloni iz masnih \u0107elija,  dolazi do promjene samo malog broja gena, i to obja\u0161njava kako nezasi\u0107ene  masne kiseline, uklju\u010duju\u0107i eikozapentaenoinsku (EPA) i  dokozaheksaenoinsku kiselinu (DHA), dospevaju u krvotok. Ove masne  kiseline se obi\u010dno povezuju sa ribljim uljima. Kada se hrana unosila u  neodgovaraju\u0107e vrijeme, nivo ovih kiselina u plazmi i hipotalamusu je bio  nizak.<\/p>\n<p>,,Na na\u0161e veliko iznena\u0111enje, mogli smo da spasemo cio  fenotip \u2013 neodgovaraju\u0107e oscilacije masnih kiselina i funkcije gena u  hipotalamusu, obrazac unosa hrane i gojaznosti \u2013 dodatnim unosom EPA i  DHA kiseline kod ovih \u017eivotinja\u2019\u2019, ka\u017ee Paskos.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo  istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo kakva je uloga molekularnog sata masnih \u0107elija u  regulisanju energije i vremena unosa hrane \u2013 kontaktom sa  hipotalamusom, \u0161to uti\u010de na energiju koja se skladi\u0161ti i tjelesnu te\u017einu.<\/p>\n<p>Ova otkri\u0107a nagla\u0161avaju ulogu molekularnog sata u metabolizmu i  dokazuju da masne \u0107elije imaju glavnu ulogu u procesu uzimanja hrane i  kori\u0161\u0107enja energije.<\/p>\n<p>(B92)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poznato je da se vi\u0161ak energije skladi\u0161ti u masnim \u0107elijama, koje mozgu \u0161alju signal o ovim nivoima.
