Zidovi su sumorni i nema  prozora. Svo vrijeme, osje\u0107ate se uznemireni, gu\u0161ite se. Osje\u0107ate se  be\u017eivotno, kao da je svu va\u0161u energiju i mogu\u0107nosti, iz vas isisala crna  rupa. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najgore od svega je, pak to \u0161to niko ne  razumije psihi\u010dku bol i patnju kroz koju prolazite. Ljudi vas osu\u0111uju,  nazivaju lijenim, neveselim, sebi\u010dnim i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam pro\u0161la kroz te\u0161ku klini\u010dku  depresiju i tu mentalnu agoniju ne bi po\u017eeljela nikome. Uprkos bolu i  tjeskobi, Allah me, kroz moju depresiju, nau\u010dio mnogim va\u017enim lekcijama.  Ova me je bolest u\u010dinila osobom koja sam danas, i ne \u017ealim \u0161to imam  ovaj poreme\u0107aj.<\/p>\n<p>Kad sam prolazila kroz periode  depresije, \u017eeljela sam da me neko nau\u010di, da mi poka\u017ee, kako da se  izborim sa ovom neda\u0107om. Ali to se nikad nije desilo. Tada sam nau\u010dila  vrijednu lekciju, ako nema drveta koje daje hlad, zasadi ga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah ne\u0107e izmijeniti jedan narod dok on sam sebe ne izmijeni.. .\u201dKur\u2019an (13:11)<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj \u010dlanak je moje drvo koje sam zasadila za vas, da bi vam pomoglo da vratite produktivnost u svoje \u017eivote.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, evo pet dokazanih na\u010dina, koji su  prakti\u010dni za borbu protiv depresije, koje godinama \u010dine \u010duda za mene i  za mnogo drugih ljudi:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.Namaz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prvobitno, za vrijeme moje  depresije, savjetovana sam da vi\u0161e obavljam namaz. Ali nikad nisam  razumjela ovaj savjet niti je izgledalo da mi on poma\u017ee. Ve\u0107 sam  obavljala namaz ali depresija nije odlazila. Onda sam shvatila: ono \u0161to  trebam promjeniti je KVALITET a ne KVANTITET obavljanja namaza<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam po\u010dela unapre\u0111ivati svoj odnos  sa Allahom, kroz namaz, primjetila sam ogromnu promjenu u mom  raspolo\u017eenju.Namaz mi je pomogao da pobjedim depresiju jer sam na sed\u017edi  , dovila Allhu da mi pomogne da iza\u0111em na kraj sa ovom bole\u0161\u0107u. Tada  sam nau\u010dila i drugu tehniku u borbi protiv depresije\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Lijekovi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preporu\u010divanje anti \u2013 depresiva \u0107e  mo\u017eda \u0161okirati mnoge, ali nema ni\u0161ta lo\u0161e u uzimanju tih lijekova  ukoliko vam ih doktor propi\u0161e. Ba\u0161 kao \u0161to dubokoj rani treba zavoj,  te\u0161ka i klini\u010dka depresija nala\u017ee uzimanje lijekova.<br \/>\nMe\u0111utim, ova opcija nije za svakoga. Kada se radi o situacijskoj  depresiji\u00a0 (o kojoj sam govorila u svojoj e \u2013 Knjizi ), lijekovi nisu  rje\u0161enje. Za borbu sa ovom vrstom depresije treba vam\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Tjelovje\u017eba i zdrava isharana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako ste skepti\u010dni, \u0161to se ti\u010de posljedica uzimanja anti \u2013 depresiva,  ovo je moje li\u010dno iskustvo: Promjenom stila \u017eivljenja, sam usjpela u  potpunosti prestati uzimati anti \u2013 depresive. Trebali su mi pri te\u0161koj  depresiji, ali kad ona pro\u0111e, malo tjelovje\u017ebe i zdrave ishrane u\u010dine  \u010duda u smislu popravljanja raspolo\u017eenja. Nau\u010dite napraviti vlastiti  program vje\u017ebanja i planirajte zdrave i ukusne obroke!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.Podr\u0161ka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dobra podr\u0161ka je jedna od  najefektivnijih pomaga\u010da u potpunom prevazila\u017eenju depresije i povrata  prodruktivnosti. Kada se osje\u0107ate lo\u0161e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nemojte biti sami, budite okru\u017eeni pozitivnim i vedrim ljudima, \u010dlanovima porodice i prijateljima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Razgovorom izbacite iz sebe ono \u0161to vas mu\u010di, ali budite oprezni kome se povjeravate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Potra\u017eite pomo\u0107 od ljudi koji se profesionalno bave tim poslom, i obi\u0111ite onoliko stru\u010dnjaka koliko smatrate da vam treba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.Terapija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terapija poma\u017ee u otkrivanju okida\u010da  (uzroka) va\u0161e deprasije (\u010dak i ako se radi o klini\u010dkoj depresiji), i  poma\u017ee vi\u0161e nego lijekovi. Psihoterapija, kognitivna biheviorna terapija  ili terapija slikanjem, muzikom ili nekim drugim vidom umjetnosti \u2013  mo\u017eete izabrati sebi terapiju koja vas najbolje vra\u0107a u \u017eivot.  Zapamtite, terapija je konzistentan proces i da bi bila u\u010dikovita,  zahtijeva redovne sesije. Terapija je poput metalne vje\u017ebe: ba\u0161 kao \u0161to  moramo, fizi\u010dki stimulisati tijelo, terapija nam poma\u017ee da stimuli\u0161emo  na\u0161 um kako bi ponovo postao postao produktivan.<\/p>\n<p>U kona\u010dnici, svako drvo koje daje hlad je blagodat od Allaha.
