Ali da li ste svjesni nezdrave hrane u sopstvenom fi\u017eideru?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina ljudi osnovnom hranom svakodnevno unosi suvi\u0161ne kalorije,   natrijum, masno\u0107e, aditive i \u0161e\u0107ere. Ovakva hrana dovodi do gojaznosti i   pove\u0107ava rizik od dijabetesa, raka i kardiovaskularnih bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>Navodimo neke vrste namirnica koje bi trebalo da izbegavate u   ishrani i ne bi trebalo da vam se nalaze na dohvat ruke u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prere\u0111eno meso <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suhomesnati proizvodi, salame i \u0161unke veoma su  nezdravi jer sadr\u017ee  visok nivo natrijuma i masti kao i konzervanse poput  nitrata. Prera\u0111ena  mesa, tj. sva mesa koja su dimljena, za\u010dinjena i usoljena ili  imaju  ve\u0161ta\u010dke aditive &#8211; povezuju se i sa rizikom od raka debelog creva.   Odre\u0111eni aditivi u prera\u0111enim mesnim proizvodima pretvaraju se u  mje\u0161avine koje  mogu da izazovu rak.<\/p>\n<p>Koli\u010dine natrijuma u malim porcijama suhomesnatih proizvoda (u  npr.  pet komada salame) mogu da budu od 310 do 480 miligrama. Visok nivo   natrijuma negativno uti\u010de na krvni pritisak i veoma je \u010desto uzrok  sr\u010danih  bolesti i \u0161loga.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ta treba jesti umjesto suhomesnatih proizvoda? Sve\u017ee pe\u010deno  \u0107ure\u0107e i  pile\u0107e meso, kao i govedina i par\u010di\u0107i \u010distog mesa mogu se staviti u   sendvi\u010de. Ispecite meso sami ili na\u0111ite suhomesnate proizvode koji  sadr\u017ee malo  nitrata i natrijuma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vir\u0161le i kobasice <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vir\u0161le i kobasice tako\u0111e spadaju u prera\u0111ena mesa.  Mnogi ljudi \u010desto  konsumiraju vir\u0161le i kobasice zato \u0161to su jeftine i jednostavno  i brzo  se pripremaju za doru\u010dak i ve\u010deru. U vir\u0161lama i kobasicama ima mnogo   natrijuma (520-680 miligrama u porciji od 60 grama) i masti (do 23 grama  ukupne  masti i 7 grama zasi\u0107enih masti).<\/p>\n<p>Prera\u0111eno meso mo\u017ee da se zamijeni mesom sa manje natrijuma, kao  \u0161to  je pe\u010dena piletina bez ko\u017eice, svinjski file ili pe\u010dena govedina, riba  ili  morski plodovi. \u010cak i grilovano povr\u0107e, pe\u010durke, plavi paradajz ili  pe\u010dena  paprika mogu biti dovoljni za obrok.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko ne mo\u017eete bez kobasica i vir\u0161li, razmotrite manje masne   opcije, bez nitrata. Tu spadaju \u0107ure\u0107e kobasice i zamene na bazi soje.  One mo\u017eda  nemaju manje natrijuma, ali bar imaju upola manje zasi\u0107enih  masti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kremasti prelivi za salate <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razni sosevi veoma se \u010desto mogu na\u0107i u fri\u017eiderima  jer se koriste za prelive.<\/p>\n<p>Svake dvije ka\u0161ike sosa imaju oko 120 kalorija i 12 grama masti  kao i  2,5 grama zasi\u0107enih masti i 380 miligrama natrijuma. Najstra\u0161nije je u   stvari \u0161to ljudi na salate stavljaju mnogo ve\u0107e koli\u010dine ovih preliva  nego \u0161to je  preporu\u010deno. Dakle, stavljajte manje koli\u010dine preliva na  salatu i prona\u0111ite  prelive sa manje kalorija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puter i margarin <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da su margarin i puter u veoma \u010dvrstom stanju,  to zna\u010di da  sadr\u017ee veliku koli\u010dinu zasi\u0107enih masti jer su zasi\u0107ene masti ono \u0161to   odr\u017eava ovakve proizvode u \u010dvrstom stanju na sobnoj temperaturi.  Margarin sadr\u017ei  i transmasti, iako postoje novije vrste u kojima ih  nema.<\/p>\n<p>U svakoj ka\u0161ici margarina ima oko 100 kalorija i 11 grama  masti.  Maslac ima 7 grama zasi\u0107enih masti, dok ih u \u010dvrstom margarinu ima oko 2   grama. Transmasti u ovakvim proizvodima ima od 1,5 do 2,5 grama po  ka\u0161ici.<\/p>\n<p>Prelaskom na ulje od semenki gro\u017e\u0111a ili maslinovo ulje prilikom   kuvanja i pe\u010denja smanjuje se unos transmasti, a pove\u0107ava unos zdravijih  mono i  polinezasi\u0107enih masti. Ali ako su vam potrebne masti koje  mo\u017eete da razma\u017eete  ili stavite u jelo, probajte malo masne margarine  bez transmasti i sa manje  zasi\u0107enih masti. Ako mo\u017eete da pre\u017eivite sa  maslacem, jedite ga istopljen. Tada  se lak\u0161e razmazuje i ima manje  kalorija i masti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zamrznuti pomfrit <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mala porcija polugotovog pomfrita (od oko 85 grama)  sadr\u017ei 8 do 11  grama masti, oko 3 grama zasi\u0107enih masti, 350-540 miligrama  natrijuma, a  ve\u0107ina ljudi pojede duplo vi\u0161e od ovoga za jedan obrok. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e   gre\u0161ke su da se pomfrit jede u velikim koli\u010dinama sa mnogo preliva, pa  to onda  bude jedna nezdrava kalorijska bomba.<\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je zato jesti neprera\u0111en krompir, kuvan ili pe\u010den  crveni  krompir sa malo preliva, jer tu ima svih potrebnih hranljivih materija  bez  suvi\u0161nih masti i suvi\u0161nog natrijuma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Savjeti <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izbegavajte navedenu hranu koliko mo\u017eete, a ako je ve\u0107  jedete, jedite je re\u0111e i u manjim koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Svjesni ste da se ne hranite zdravo kad god van ku\u0107e naru\u010dite picu sa puno sira i priloga, pljeskavicu sa prilozima ili dupli \u010dizburger sa slaninom.
