Sre\u0107om, to je jedan od onih uzro\u010dnika povodom kojeg sami  mo\u017eemo ne\u0161to  preduzeti. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160ta mogu ve\u017ebe? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regularne ve\u017ebe, a posebno aerobik-ve\u017ebe, mogu u\u010diniti mnogo  toga dobrog:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>oja\u010dati srce i \u010ditav kardiovaskularni sistem<\/li>\n<li>doprinijeti pobolj\u0161anju cirkulacije i pomo\u0107i da se maksimalno iskoristi kiseonik<\/li>\n<li>sprije\u010diti sr\u010dani udar<\/li>\n<li>pove\u0107ati  koli\u010dinu raspolo\u017eive energije tako da vam omogu\u0107e bavljenje fizi\u010dkim   aktivnostima \u0161to du\u017ee i bez pojave ne\u017eeljenog zamora<\/li>\n<li>pove\u0107ati izdr\u017eljivost<\/li>\n<li>regulisati krvni pritisak<\/li>\n<li>pove\u0107ati tonus i snagu mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/li>\n<li>popraviti ravnote\u017eu i fleksibilnost zglobova<\/li>\n<li>oja\u010dati kosti<\/li>\n<li>doprineti smanjenju masnih naslaga u tijelu i pomo\u0107i uspostavljanju \u017eeljenje te\u017eine<\/li>\n<li>smanjiti stres, napetost, uznemirenost i depresiju<\/li>\n<li>doprineti boljem samopouzdanju i slici koju imate o sebi<\/li>\n<li>pobolj\u0161ati san<\/li>\n<li>u\u010diniti da se stalno osje\u0107ate opu\u0161teno i odmorno, kao i da budete u formi i  da se osje\u0107ate zdravo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Odakle po\u010deti? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prije nego po\u010dnete sa ve\u017ebanjem i fizi\u010dkim aktivnostima, najpre se   obavezno konsultujte sa ljekarom, jer vam on mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i prilikom izbora  programa  koji u potpunosti odgovara va\u0161oj trenutnoj fizi\u010dkoj  pripremljenosti.<\/p>\n<p>Neka od jako korisnih pitanja koja mo\u017eete postaviti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Koliko intenzivno smijem da se bavim ve\u017ebanjem u toku dana?<\/li>\n<li>Koliko \u010desto smijem da ve\u017ebam u toku nedelje?<\/li>\n<li>Koje  su to ve\u017ebe koji bi mi godile, a da se pri tome ne izla\u017eem riziku od   eventualnih povrijeda ili pogor\u0161anja zdravstvenog stanja?<\/li>\n<li>Koje ve\u017ebe i aktivnosti bi trebalo izbjegavati?<\/li>\n<li>Da li bi trebalo da uzimam lijekove neposredno prije ili posle ve\u017ebanja i  fizi\u010dkih aktivnosti?<\/li>\n<li>Da li je neophodno mjerenje pulsa tokom ve\u017ebanja?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Koje su to najproduktivnije vrste ve\u017ebi? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sveukupna aktivnost ve\u017ebanja mo\u017ee se podjeliti u tri osnovne  grupe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ve\u017ebe  istezanja ili lagano razgibavanja mi\u0161i\u0107a &#8211; razgibavanje  djelova tijela &#8211;  ruku i nogu, prije i posle ve\u017ebi doprinosi boljem pripremanju mi\u0161i\u0107a  za  predstoje\u0107u ve\u017ebu i samim tim smanjuje rizik od povrijeda i spre\u010dava  ne\u017eeljeno  istezanje mi\u0161i\u0107a. Redovno razgibavanje i istezanje tako\u0111e  pobolj\u0161ava fleksibilnost  tijela.<\/li>\n<li>Kardiovaskularne ve\u017ebe  ili aerobik &#8211; predstavljaju fizi\u010dke  aktivnosti koje uklju\u010duju rad svih  mi\u0161i\u0107nih grupa odjednom. Ovakav vid ve\u017ebi ja\u010da  srce i plu\u0107a, a tako\u0111e  reguli\u0161e i popravlja sposobnost organizma da na najbolji  mogu\u0107i na\u010din  upotrebi kiseonik iz spolja\u0161nje sredine. Aerobik ve\u017ebe spadaju u  grupu  ve\u017ebi koje imaju najpozitivniji uticaj na srce. Tokom vremena, ovakav  vid  ve\u017ebanja mo\u017ee umnogome doprineti regulisanju otkucaja srca i krvnog  pritiska, a  samim tim i popraviti disanje jer \u0107e se prilikom ve\u017ebanja  srce manje zamarati.<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u017ebe snage &#8211; ve\u017ebe koje \u010dine da  se mi\u0161i\u0107i konstantno  kontrahuju, sve dok se sam mi\u0161i\u0107 ne &#8220;umori&#8221;, \u010dime  organizam dobija na snazi i  samim tim i izdr\u017eljivosti.
