Predvi\u0111eno je da mo\u017ee da bude prilago\u0111en kako kopnu tako i vodi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/zanimljivosti.omladina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Svod-hotel2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bio bi napravljen tako da ostane da pluta u slu\u010daju poplava ili podizanja nivoa mora. Tako\u0111e bi mu konstrukcija omogu\u0107avala visoku otpornost na zemljotrese.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/zanimljivosti.omladina.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/Svod-hotel3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dostupnost prirodnog osvetljenja bi smanjila potrebu za elektri\u010dnim osvetljenjem.
