To tako\u0111er zna\u010di da bi djeca koja spavaju tih pola sata du\u017ee svake no\u0107i, bila manje impulsivna, ne bi lako gubila pa\u017enju, manje bi bila promjenljive naravi i ne bi \u010desto i olako plakala. Sa druge strane, djeca koja spavaju manje od jednog sata nego \u0161to je potrebno \u010de\u0161\u0107e se ne pona\u0161aju kako treba i nisu dobro raspolo\u017eena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O istra\u017eivanju<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U istra\u017eivanju koje je sprovedeno u Kanadi, u\u010destvovalo je 34 djece uzrasta od 7 do 11 godina bez problema sa spavanjem, pona\u0161anjem, u\u010denjem, kao i bez medicinskih problema. Vrijeme za odlazak na spavanje pomjereno im je za sat ranije od uobi\u010dajenog tokom nedjelju dana. Njihovo pona\u0161anje su ocjenjivali roditelji i nastavnici na kraju nedjelje. Sva djeca su nosila ure\u0111aj koji izgleda kao ru\u010dni sat, a slu\u017ei za pra\u0107enje dje\u010dje aktivnosti i sna. Deca koja su spavala u prosjeku 37,36 minuta du\u017ee pokazala su pobolj\u0161anja u odnosu na onu djecu koja su manje spavala.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di ka\u017eu da i male promjene u dnevnoj rutini mogu da imaju veliki negativan uticaj na funkcionisanje djece u toku narednog dana. Poznato je da se efekti lo\u0161eg sna ne odra\u017eavaju na to kako se osje\u0107amo u toku no\u0107i, ve\u0107 uti\u010du na nas u toku narednog dana. Ranija istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da osobe koje manje ili lo\u0161e spavaju imaju tri puta ve\u0107e \u0161anse da dobiju probleme sa koncentracijom, dva puta ve\u0107e \u0161anse da budu manje produktivne i dva puta ve\u0107e \u0161anse da budu lo\u0161eg raspolo\u017eenja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koliko sna je dovoljno?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prema ovom istra\u017eivanju, ve\u0107ina djece \u0161kolskog uzrasta odlazi na spavanje posle devet sati uve\u010de, a 43% dje\u010daka uzrasta od 10 do 11 godina spava manje od preporu\u010denog svake no\u0107i. Djeca ovog uzrasta trebalo bi da spavaju izme\u0111u 10 i 11 sati svake no\u0107i. To je samo gruba preporuka, jer djeca imaju razli\u010dite potrebe.<\/p>\n<p>U su\u0161tini, roditelji \u017eele da se njihova djeca dovoljno naspavaju, kako bi se probudila odmorna i spremna za predstoje\u0107i dan. Ako su djeca umorna i ne \u017eele da ustanu kada ih budite, onda ste primorani da ih natjerate da ustanu iz kreveta, a to ni vama ni njima ne predstavlja dobar po\u010detak dana.<\/p>\n<p>Zijevanje i pospanost nisu jedini znaci da neko dijete nije dovoljno spavalo. U ostale simptome spadaju i hiperaktivnost, impulsivnost, lo\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje i kratak raspon pa\u017enje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako da deca vi\u0161e spavaju?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina djece zijeva kada im se prispava, ali koriste razne taktike odugovla\u010danja kako bi poku\u0161ala da ostanu malo du\u017ee budna. Evo nekoliko savjeta kako da ih smjestite u krevet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Odlazak na      spavanje trebalo bi da bude u isto vrijeme svake ve\u010deri. Djeca treba da      steknu rutinu tako da u odre\u0111enom trenutku sama znaju da treba da idu u      krevet. To va\u017ei i za djecu starijeg uzrasta.<\/li>\n<li>Stvorite      miran ambijent. Spava\u0107a soba slu\u017ei za odmor i spavanje, pa tako ne bi      trebalo da bude ni previ\u0161e topla, a ni previ\u0161e hladna. Trebalo bi da bude      tiha i sa \u0161to manje svjetla. Po mogu\u0107stvu, u dje\u010djoj spava\u0107oj sobi ne bi      trebalo da se nalazi televizor ili kompjuter.<\/li>\n<li>Mobilne      telefone i druge elektronske ure\u0111aje sa ekranima treba isklju\u010diti no\u0107u.      Deci treba zabraniti upotrebu ovih ure\u0107aja barem pola sata prije odlaska u      krevet.<\/li>\n<li>Doma\u0107i      zadatak treba zavr\u0161iti ranije, a ne ostaviti za posle i raditi kasno uve\u010der.<\/li>\n<li>Deci treba      udoban krevet na kome \u0107e dobro spavati. Krevet ne treba da bude ni previ\u0161e      tvrd, ni previ\u0161e mek, ni suvi\u0161e mali ni suvi\u0161e star.<\/li>\n<li>Redovno i      umjereno vje\u017ebanje mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da se dan oslobodi stresa, ali ne treba ga      praktikovati neposredno pred spavanje, jer se tako djeca mogu razbuditi.<\/li>\n<li>Smanjite      deci unos gaziranih pi\u0107a, naro\u010dito pred spavanje. Stimulansi poput \u0161e\u0107era      mogu ometati djecu da se uspavaju i sprije\u010diti dubok san. Umjesto toga,      bolje je da popiju topli mlje\u010dni napitak.<\/li>\n<li>Poku\u0161ajte      da opustite djecu prije odlaska na po\u010dinak. To mo\u017eete uraditi uz pomo\u0107      tople kupke, ako slu\u0161aju neku tihu muziku ili \u010ditaju knjigu.
