Ovakav vid vje\u017ebi ja\u010da srce i plu\u0107a, a tako\u0111er      reguli\u0161e i popravlja sposobnost organizma da na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din      upotrebi kiseonik iz spolja\u0161nje sredine. Aerobik vje\u017ebe spadaju u grupu vje\u017ebi      koje imaju najpozitivniji uticaj na srce.
