To su zaklju\u010dci nove studije koja predstavlja jo\u0161 jednu potvrdu da zdrav  \u017eivot mo\u017ee da produ\u017ei \u017eivot, \u010dak i u penzionerskim danima.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ovo je jedno od onih otkri\u0107a koja zvu\u010de kao ne\u0161to normalno i  razumno\u2019\u2019, ka\u017ee autorka studije Emili Niklet, asistentkinja na predmetu  socijalni rad Fakulteta za socijalni rad Univerziteta u Mi\u010digenu u En  Arboru.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Iako ovo djeluje kao ne\u0161to o\u010digledno, va\u017eno je shvatiti  da ishrana i ve\u017ebanje mogu da budu veoma va\u017ean faktor u predvi\u0111anju  smrtnosti me\u0111u starijim osobama\u2019\u2019, ka\u017ee ona. &#8220;Promovisanje zdrave  ishrane koja podrazumeva vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, uz neki oblik jednostavne  fizi\u010dke aktivnosti kao \u0161to je \u0161etnja, mo\u017ee znatno da pobolj\u0161a zdravlje.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nikletova i njene kolege objavili su svoja otkri\u0107a u majskom broju \u017durnala Ameri\u010dkog gerijatriskog dru\u0161tva.<\/p>\n<p>Autori su istakli da Amerikanci stariji od 65 godina predstavljaju  segment dru\u0161tva sa najbr\u017eom stopom rasta u pogledu broja pripadnika. Tim  Nikletove je ispitivao vi\u0161e od 700 \u017eena izme\u0111u 70 i 79 godina koje su  \u017eivele samostalno u svojim zajednicima i koje su se prijavile za dvije  povezane studije o fizi\u010dkim smetnjama. Ove \u017eene su odgovarale na pitanja  o svom anga\u017eovanju u fizi\u010dkim akivnostima kao \u0161to su strukturisano  ve\u017ebanje (npr. \u0161etnja ili ve\u017ebe za zaja\u010dnje mi\u0161i\u0107a), poslovi po ku\u0107i ili  na otvorenom, ili hobiji kao \u0161to su kuglanje ili ples.<\/p>\n<p>Ishrana  \u017eena je pra\u0107ena preko uzoraka krvi koji su mjerili ukupan nivo  karotenoida, biljnih jedinjenja za koje se smatra da su precizan  pokazatelj uno\u0161enja vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a, obja\u0161njavaju istra\u017eiva\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Sve u\u010desnice su pra\u0107ene u periodu od pet godina, tokom kojih je skoro 12  odsto njih umrlo. Istra\u017eiva\u010di su ustanovili da najaktivnije \u017eene imaju  najve\u0107e \u0161anse da pre\u017eive, kao i one koje su unosile najvi\u0161e vo\u0107a i  povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Tim je uo\u010dio da najaktivnije \u017eene imaju stopu smtrnosti  koja je 71 odsto manja u odnosu na onu kod najneaktivnijih \u017eena u  studiji.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pritom ne govorimo o intenzivnom ve\u017ebanju&#8221;, istakla  je Nikletova. &#8220;Ne govorimo o igra\u010dima ameri\u010dkog fudbala. Govorimo o  ne\u010demu \u0161to je tako jednostavno kao \u0161to je \u0161etnja po kraju, a to je na\u010din  na koji je najvi\u0161e \u017eena u na\u0161oj studiji sagorrevalo kalorije.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u017dene sa najvi\u0161im nivoom karotenoida imale su 46 odsto manje \u0161anse da  umru u odnosu na one koje su najmanje unosile vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.b92.net\/news\/pics\/2012\/06\/15\/3609808714fdba75dce3b5672853837_v4%20middle%202.jpg\" border=\"1\" alt=\"\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"3\" width=\"266\" height=\"400\" align=\"left\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>S obzirom na to da je ova studija osmi\u0161ljena da ispita uticaj  kombinacije ve\u017ebanja i ishrane, tim je ustanovio da su \u017eene koje su bile  i fizi\u010dki najaktivnije i najvi\u0161e unosile vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e imale osam puta  vi\u0161e \u0161ansi da budu \u017eive na kraju petogodi\u0161nje studije nego \u017eene koje su  bile najneaktivnije i unosile najmanje vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sa  aspekta javnog zdravlja, ova otkri\u0107a postavljaju pitanje ,Kako da  podstaknemo zdrav na\u010din \u017eivota koji dovodi do dugove\u010dnosti?&#8221; ka\u017ee  Nikletova. &#8220;To zna\u010di da treba da se pobrinemo da ima dovoljno mjesta gde  ove \u017eene mogu bezbedno da \u0161etaju, kao i da imaju pristup sve\u017eem vo\u0107u.  Zaista se radi o osnovnim stvarima.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lona Sandon, dijeteti\u010dar i  asistent na predmetu klini\u010dke dijetetike Univerziteta u jugozapadnom  Teksasu u Dalasu, sla\u017ee se da, iako ova otkri\u0107a &#8220;nisu posebno  iznena\u0111uju\u0107a&#8221;, ona predstavljaju va\u017ean podsetnik da su &#8220;ve\u017ebanje i  zdrava ishrana dobri&#8221;, ka\u017ee ona. &#8220;Zato ima smisla da taj isti princip  primenjujemo i kad ostarimo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jo\u0161 uvjek nije potpuno jasno \u0161ta  je to kod ve\u017ebanja i vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a \u0161to \u017eenama poma\u017ee da \u017eive du\u017ee&#8221;,  upozorava Sandonova. &#8220;Mo\u017eda ako ostanemo fizi\u010dki aktivni isto tako  ostajemo funkcionalniji i imamo manje \u0161ansi da padnemo i slomimo nogu  ili kuk, na primer. Ili mo\u017eda ve\u017ebanje i dobra hrana \u010dine na\u0161  imunosistem zdravijim. Ili se radi o socijalizaciji kada se ve\u017ebanje  radi u grupi.
