{"id":3420,"date":"2010-04-04T20:05:16","date_gmt":"2010-04-04T18:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/?p=3420"},"modified":"2010-04-04T20:05:16","modified_gmt":"2010-04-04T18:05:16","slug":"povecan-porez-na-imovinu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/povecan-porez-na-imovinu\/","title":{"rendered":"Pove\u0107an porez na imovinu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Sjenica.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3421\" title=\"Sjenica\" src=\"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Sjenica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"173\" \/><\/a>Sjenica &#8211; Prema novom prijedlogu odluke o visini stope poreza na imovinu i tr\u017ei\u0161noj vrijednosti nepokretnosti op\u0161tine, koja je usvojena, kako je re\u010deno, uz preporuku Ministarstva finansija Republike Srbije, na tre\u0107oj redovnoj sjednici Op\u0161tinskog vije\u0107a u Sjenici, tr\u017ei\u0161na vrijednost nepokretnosti za stambene objekte u ovoj op\u0161tini uve\u0107ana je za 15, a za poslovne za 13 odsto. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tako na primjer, po novoj odluci koja bi trebalo da stupi na snagu odmah po usvajanju na narednoj sjednici Skup\u0161tine, za novi stambeni objekat, bruto povr\u0161ine od 100 metara kvadratnih, porez na godi\u0161njem nivou, iznosio bi 2.180.dinara, dok bi se za objekat iste povr\u0161ine, koji je stariji od dvadeset godina, pla\u0107alo 1.526.dinara godi\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>Kada su u pitanju poslovni objekti u vlasni\u0161tvu pravnih subjekata, primjenjivat \u0107e se knjigovotstvena vrijednost i oporezivat \u0107e se po stopi od 0,44 umjesto dosada\u0161nje 0,4 odsto. \u010clanovi Op\u0161tinskog vije\u0107a su se slo\u017eili da se, za sve objekte koji nisu u funkciji, i poslovne i stambene, poreske obaveze smanje za 50 odsto, a da se poreza potpuno oslobode, invalidna lica i oni koji se bave starim zanatima, u cilju podsticanja deficitarnih struka i razvoja privrede uop\u0161te. Novom odlukom, prilikom \u010dijeg usvajanja je istaknuto da se tr\u017ei\u0161na vrijednost nepokretnosti u Sjenici nije menjala u prijedhodne dvije godine, predvi\u0111ene su i beneficije za poslodavce koji otvaraju nova radna mjesta.<\/p>\n<p>Prema procjeni diplomiranog ekonomiste Op\u0161tinskog odjeljenja za bud\u017eet, privredu, finansije i naplatu javnih prihoda Ismaila Mahmutovi\u0107a, nova odluka \u0107e pobolj\u0161ati punjenje op\u0161tinskog bud\u017eeta. \u201eOvo odjeljenje je formirano tek pro\u0161le godine i ima izvjesnih problema, jer svi objekti, kako privredni, tako i objekti fizi\u010dkih lica jo\u0161 uvijek nisu prijavljeni. Pored ostalog, mi \u0107emo na tom planu preduzeti i nove akcije. U saradnji sa Nacionalnom slu\u017ebom zapo\u0161ljavanja, anga\u017eovat \u0107emo lica, koja \u0107e obilaziti sve objekte radi prijavljivanja. Neki objekti nisu bili ni legalizovani, \u0161to je tako\u0111er osnov za oporezuvanje. Uz sve to, ali i novom odlukom koja \u0107e se primjenjivati za 2010.godinu, o\u010dekujemo pobolj\u0161anje obima ukupne naplativosti za oko 20 odsto\u201c, rekao je Mahmutovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Izvor:
