Jedno jaje dnevno pove\u0107ava nivo dva antioksidansa odgovorna za zdravlje o\u010diju.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro je poznato da je doru\u010dak najbolji na\u010din da se zapo\u010dne dan. Stru\u010dnjaci tvrde da oni koji ne preska\u010du doru\u010dak du\u017ee \u017eive, imaju manju vjerovatno\u0107u da \u0107e se ugojiti tokom \u017eivota, kao i smanjen rizik od pojave dijabetesa. Naime, istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da jaje za doru\u010dak mo\u017ee da pobolj\u0161a pam\u0107enje i kognitivne sposobnosti. Ovo je od posebne va\u017enosti jer su lutein i zeksantin dva klju\u010dna karotenoida za odr\u017eavanje zdravlja o\u010diju. Ta\u010dnije, ova dva antioksidansa su jedina koja koriste makuli retine, odnosno ro\u017enja\u010de, odgovornoj za centralni vid.<\/p>\n<p>Zanimljivo je da kada se razdvoje \u017eumance i bjelance, sadr\u017eaj hranljivih sastojaka bitno se mijenja. Masti ostaju u \u017eumancetu, proteini se dijele, ali ih vi\u0161e ostaje u \u017eumancetu. Ona su va\u017ena za djecu i zbog toga \u0161to su izvor gradivnih materija &#8211; prvoklasnih belan\u010devina, vitamina A, D, B2, gvo\u017e\u0111a, cinka, kalcijuma, magnezijuma i riboflavina. Jaje koko\u0161aka hranjenih na prirodan na\u010din sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e folne kiseline i vitamina B12 u odnosu na jaja proizvedena na farmama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0106ure\u0107a, gu\u0161\u010dija, pa\u010dija&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0106ure\u0107a i gu\u0161\u010dija jaja sli\u010dne su nutritivne vrednosti kao koko\u0161ija, ali su krupnija.
