Time je, prema rije\u010dima izvestioca po prvi put u istoriji Novog Pazara definisan Prostorni plan, koji je i zakonska obaveza lokalnih samouprava.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prostorni plan je izradiolo Javno preduze\u0107e Zavod za urbanizam grada Novog Pazara u saradnji sa Evropskim centrom za mir i razvoj. Tokom izrade Plana sagledani su svi elementi posmatranog prostora, uz po\u0161tovanje odgovaraju\u0107ih propisa, predvi\u0111ena su odgovaraju\u0107a planska rje\u0161enja, namjene prostora, za\u0161tita, ure\u0111enje,kori\u0161\u0107enje i razvoj prirodnih sistema iresursa.Predvi\u0111ena su odr\u017eiva rje\u0161enja za kori\u0161\u0107enje i za\u0161titu prirodnih resursa, uz demografsku projekciju do 2020. godine, kao i rje\u0161enja o prostornom razvoju, mre\u017ei naselja, javnih slu\u017ebi, saobra\u0107ajnih komunikacija, privrednih, komunalnih, stanbenih i drugih objekata, pravila ure\u0111enja i gra\u0111enja grada uz za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine.<br \/>\nUsvojen je predlog re\u0161enja o izradi idejnog projekta za rekonstrukciju mosta u centru grada, u ulici Stevana Nemanje, kao i prijedlog rje\u0161enja o formiranju komisije i raspisivanju javnog poziva za parterno ure\u0111enje \u017ditnog trga. Jednoglasnom odlukom vije\u0107a, a kako bi se sprije\u010dilo naru\u0161avanje izgleda Pje\u0161a\u010dke zone, usvojen je Nacrt odluke o izmeni i dopuni va\u017ee\u0107eg akta o tehni\u010dkom regulisanju saobra\u0107aja. Nacrt izmjene predlo\u017eiio je gradski Savet za saobra\u0107aj.
