Pri tome, va\u017eno je da ishrana bude rasnovrsna i da se jede  sezonsko vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, kao \u0161to su citrusi (pomorandze, mandarine,  grejpfrut), potom nar, kivi, jabuke, brusnica, bundeva, kupus, paprika i  per\u0161un koji su dobar izvor vitamina C, ali i drugih materija neophodnih  za odr\u017eavanje zdravlja.<\/strong><\/address>\n<address> <\/address>\n<address><a rel=\"lightbox[1349]\" href=\"http:\/\/jedinstvo.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/hrana.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/address>\n<p>Cink kojim su bogate riba, jaja, mleko i \u017eitarice tako\u0111e ima va\u017enu  ulogu u borbi protiv infekcija kojima smo izlo\u017eeni u ovim hladnim danima<\/p>\n<p>Namirnice bogate flavonoidima \u2013 crveni luk, \u0161argarepa i brokoli,  crveno i narand\u017easto vo\u0107e, orasi, mahune, jabuke, kru\u0161ke \u2026 se tako\u0111e  preporu\u010duju u hladnim danima.<\/p>\n<p>Beli luk i ren tako\u0111e imaju svoje mjesto. Namirnice kao \u0161to su bundeva  i krompir, pasulj, gra\u0161ak i drugo, potom meso, riba, jaja, \u017eitarice i  proizvode od \u017eitarica, su tako\u0111e preporu\u010deni dio obroka. Pri izboru mesa  prednost kao i uvek treba dati nemasnom mesu \u2013 pile\u0107em, \u0107ure\u0107em,  tele\u0107em.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom zimskog perioda je kra\u0107i boravak na suncu, sa tim i manja  produkcija vitamina D. Potrebno je zato unositi vi\u0161e kalcijuma i ovog  vitamina konzumiranjem mleka i mle\u010dnih proizvoda. Unositi dovoljno  te\u010dnosti, najbolje sokove od sve\u017ee ce\u0111enog vo\u0107a i tople \u010dajeve, tople  supe i \u010dorbe.
