Prijepolje \u2013 Odbor poverilaca firme \u201ePutnik \u201c iz Prijepolja prihvatio je ponudu od 18,5 miliona dinara beogradskog preduze\u0107a \u201eMali ku\u0107ni aparati\u201d, za prodaju hotela \u201cMile\u0161eva\u201d, \u0161to je za oko 88 miliona dinara manje od procenjene vrednosti. Ovim su se stekli uslovi da ve\u0107 tokom sedmice, kada se okon\u010daju \u00a0birokratske pojedinsti, beogradska kompanija preuzme gazdovanje nekada renomiranim ugostiteljsko turisti\u010dkim preduze\u0107em, koje je dovedeno na rub propasti.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ina\u010de, na nedavno zavr\u0161enom tenderu koji je objavila \u00a0Agencija za licenciranje ste\u010dajnih upravnika za kupovinu firme \u201cPutnik\u201d iz Prijepolja stigle su tri ponude, me\u0111utim kako nijedna od njih nije prelazila polovinu procenjene vrednosti od 106,5 miliona dinara, Odbor poverilaca morao je da se sastane i da da poslednju re\u010d.<\/p>\n

Firma iz Beograda postala je vlasnik zgrade dvospratnog hotela\u00a0 povr\u0161ine 4.770 metara kvadratnih, bazena i sportskih terena koji se uz njega nalaze, me\u0111utim ne i placa od dva hektara koji \u0107e i dalje ostati dr\u017eavna svojina.<\/p>\n

Pored firme \u201eMali ku\u0107ni aparati\u201c, za kupovinu nekada, najve\u0107eg turisti\u010dkog kompleksa u celom \u201cPolimlju\u201d zainteresovana su bila i preduze\u0107a Zig Gradnja iz Beograda, koje je ponudilo 15 miliona i Gra\u0111evinsko preduze\u0107e Stabil \u2013 Pro DOO U\u017eice, koje je nudilo 12,1 milion \u00a0dinara.<\/p>\n
