Trebamo konzumirati namirnice koje imaju veliki nivo sitosti i koje \u0107e nas dugo dr\u017eati sitim &#8211; ka\u017ee nam Zoloti\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Dodaje da su to namirnice koje se dugo vare u probavnom traktu, od \u0161est do 12 sati.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To su meso, jaja, mlije\u010dni proizvodi, koji se dugo zadr\u017eavaju u probavnom traktu. Osim tih namirinica, tu svakako spadaju i gra\u0161ak, grah, mahunarke, koji imaju veliki indeks sitosti. Za sehur mo\u017eemo jesti i ora\u0161aste plodove koji sadr\u017ee dosta masti, nutritivno su bogati, a imaju i dobar indeks sitosti &#8211; ka\u017ee na\u0161 sagovornik.<\/p>\n<p>Isti\u010de da je najbitnija, s obzirom na to da ramazan dolazi u toplije vrijeme, konzumacija \u0161to vi\u0161e vode.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Moramo shvatiti da je na\u0161em organizmu voda najpotrebnija. Kada je hrana u pitanju, tu ne moramo brinuti, jer svi imamo zalihe potko\u017enog masnog tkiva koje na\u0161e tijelo u procesu posta koristi kao energiju, ali vode nemamo mnogo i ve\u0107inom je svi nedovoljno unosimo &#8211; napominje Zoloti\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Zoloti\u0107 je posebno razdvojio vodu od sokova, jer, kako tvrdi, sokovi su ote\u017eavaju\u0107e pi\u0107e, koje nema efekt kao voda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sokovi vi\u0161e izazivaju dehidriranost tijela i mogu nam aktivirati osje\u0107aj \u017ee\u0111i. To je hrana bogata ugljikohidratima. Tjestenina, ri\u017ea, povr\u0107e, vo\u0107e, koji se jako brzo vare i podi\u017eu \u0161e\u0107er, \u010dime okrepljuju na\u0161 organizam.
