{"id":203290,"date":"2018-03-03T15:00:34","date_gmt":"2018-03-03T14:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/?p=203290"},"modified":"2018-03-03T14:55:00","modified_gmt":"2018-03-03T13:55:00","slug":"tri-moguce-trase-autoputa-kroz-sandzak","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandzakpress.net\/arhiva\/tri-moguce-trase-autoputa-kroz-sandzak\/","title":{"rendered":"Tri mogu\u0107e trase autoputa kroz Sand\u017eak"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sandzacke.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/pozega-boljare-696x469.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dionica Koridora 11 od Po\u017eege do granice sa Crnom Gorom bi\u0107e du\u017ea od 100 kilometara i gradi\u0107e se jednom od tri trase predvi\u0111ene Prostornim planom podru\u010dja posebne namjene infrastrukturnog koridora Beograd\u2013Ju\u017eni Jadran na dionici Po\u017eega \u2013 Boljare (autoput E-763), koji je na ranom javnom uvidu do 12. marta.<\/p>\n<p>Do tada, sve primedbe i sugestije na njega mogu se dostaviti Ministarstvu gra\u0111evinarstva, saobra\u0107aja i infrastrukture, pi\u0161e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekapija.com\/news\/2048200\/tri-moguce-trase-autoputa-od-pozege-do-boljara-prostorni-plan-dela-koridora\">ekapija.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kada bude kona\u010dno usvojen, ovaj dokument predstavlja\u0107e planski osnov za izdavanje lokacijskih uslova, izradu tehni\u010dke dokumentacije, odnosno stvaranje uslova za izgradnju autoputa.<\/p>\n<p>Ukupna povr\u0161ina obuhvata Prostornog plana je 1000,50 km2, a kako predvi\u0111a, planirani autoput prolazi\u0107e kroz op\u0161tinu Po\u017eega u du\u017eini od oko 3,7 kilometara, Arilje 15,5 kilometara, Ivanjicu 49,6 kilometra i Sjenicu u du\u017eini od oko 38 kilometara.<\/p>\n<p>Kako se navodi u nacrtu koji je na ranom javnom uvidu, ravnopravno su razmotrene dvije varijante koridora autoputa od Po\u017eege do Boljara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prva varijanta Istok 1<\/strong>, du\u017eine 106,8 km, projektovana je ju\u017eno od Po\u017eege dolinom Moravice, pored Arilja i Prilika do ispred Ivanjice. Odatle, trasa varijante Istok 1 prati tok reke Moravice, prolazi isto\u010dno od Ivanjice i na 188. kilometru od Beograda napu\u0161ta dolinu i po\u010dinje uspon isto\u010dnim padinama Golije (Kosovi\u010dko brdo, Bratljevo, Kovilje). Kod Kovilja se, kako je navedeno, spu\u0161ta u dolinu No\u0161nice, uspon prati dolinu do prevoja i vododelnice Granica, odakle se lagano spu\u0161ta u Sjeni\u010dko i Stupsko polje. Kod mjesta Vrapci trasa ulazi u dolinu Brnji\u010dke rijeke, preseca \u017ditni\u010dku i Rajansku reku i kod mesta Cetanovice spu\u0161ta se u dolinu Suvog potoka i Cetanjske reke. Odatle isto\u010dnim obodom Pe\u0161terskog polja dolazi u Boljare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varijanta Istok 2<\/strong>, du\u017eine 110,1 kilometar, identi\u010dna je sa varijantom Istok 1, od Po\u017eege da mjesta Vrapci i Brnjica, odnosno 75 kilometara od Po\u017eege. Odatle, trasa Istok 2 prelazi zapadno u odnosu na varijantu Istok 1. Na tom dijelu prati dolinu Brnji\u010dke rijeke i dalje na zapad dolinom Kne\u017enice preseca reku Vapu, ide preko Ra\u017edaginje, pa do Boljara zajedni\u010dkom trasom.<\/p>\n<p>Kako se dodaje, ukoliko se tokom ranog javnog uvida utvrdi da je opravdano, Prostornim planom se mo\u017ee razmotriti i tre\u0107a, odnosno,\u00a0<strong>Varijanta centar koridora autoputa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ova dionica bila bi duga 102,9 kilometara, a projektovana je ju\u017eno od Po\u017eege dolinom Moravice, pa pored Arilja i Prilika do ispred Ivanjice. Dalje, dolinom Grabovice trasa po\u010dinje uspon na zapadne obronke Golije, preseca rijeku Kladnicu i zapadnom dolinskom stranom Uvca, spu\u0161ta se prema Sjenici.<\/p>\n<p>Na ovoj dionici preliminarno su planirane \u010detiri denivelisane raskrsnice, odnosno petlje \u2013 petlja Po\u017eega-Prilipac, petlja Arilje, petlja Ivanjica, kao i petlja Sjenica (Duga Poljana).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uz autoput 700 metara \u0161irine za\u0161titnog pojasa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prostorni plan, koji je na ranom javnom uvidu, obuhvata koridor autoputa E-763, na dijelu od Po\u017eege do Boljara, gdje je za\u0161titni pojas autoputa \u0161irine od 200 do 700 metara.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"td-animation-stack-type0-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ekapija.com\/thumbs\/nadvoznjak_100816_tw630.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"763\" height=\"572\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Val Thoermer\/shutterstock.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Prvi pojas za\u0161tite jeste pojas samog autoputa, odnosno zemlji\u0161te potrebno za izgradnju autoputa, petlji, denivelisanih ukr\u0161tanja i prate\u0107ih sadr\u017eaja. On ima \u0161irinu od 70 do 150 metara.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161irini do 75 metara od njega nalazi se za\u0161titni pojas, koji \u010dini zemlji\u0161te za koje se odre\u0111uje strogo kontrolisani re\u017eim kori\u0161\u0107enja u cilju za\u0161tite funkcije autoputa.<\/p>\n<p>Tre\u0107i nivo je pojas kontrolisane izgradnje i za\u0161tite \u017eivotne sredine koji ima \u0161irinu od 200 do 240 metara.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, Prostornim planom obuhva\u0107eni su i postoje\u0107i i planirani koridori drugih magistralnih infrastrukturnih sistema sa trasom i za\u0161titnim pojasima infrastrukturnih sistema koji su u obuhvatu planskog podru\u010dja (gasovodi, dalekovodi, opti\u010dki kablovi\u2026), a ovim planom, navodi se, bi\u0107e sagledan i prate\u0107i alternativni putni pravac autoputa, te zona uticaja koridora autoputa na okru\u017eenje, koje \u010dine najbli\u017ea naselja, turisti\u010dki prostori, za\u0161ti\u0107ena podru\u010dja prirodnih vrijednosti, slivovi akumulacija i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>izvor: Ekapija<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dionica Koridora 11 od Po\u017eege do granice sa Crnom Gorom bi\u0107e du\u017ea od 100 kilometara i gradi\u0107e se jednom od tri trase predvi\u0111ene Prostornim planom podru\u010dja posebne namjene infrastrukturnog koridora Beograd\u2013Ju\u017eni Jadran na dionici Po\u017eega \u2013 Boljare (autoput E-763), koji je na ranom javnom uvidu do 12. marta.
