Jo\u0161 uvijek se ne zna da li \u0107e i\u0107i preko u\u017ei\u010dkog kraja ili preko pe\u0161terske visoravni, do sela Boljare, na crnogorskoj granici.<\/p>\n<div class=\"moduletable\">\n<p>Prvu varijantu podr\u017eavaju stanovnici gradova zapadne Srbije: U\u017eica, Nove Varo\u0161i, Prijepolja i Priboja, a drugu narod sjeni\u010dko-pe\u0161terske visoravni iz gradova Ivanjica, Novi Pazar, Sjenica i Tutin.<\/p>\n<p>Gledano iz turisti\u010dkog ugla, zlatiborsko-zlatarski kraj je trenutno u prednosti, jer ve\u0107 ima razvijenu turisti\u010dku infrastrukturu koja odmah mo\u017ee biti iskori\u0161\u0107ena da oja\u010da posustalu privredu Srbije.<\/p>\n<p>Sjeni\u010dko-pe\u0161terska visoravan za sada nema razvijen turizam, ali njene mogu\u0107nosti, s obzirom na to da je tokom radnih akcija po\u0161umljeno vi\u0161e od 12.000 hektara goleti visokokvalitetnim \u010detinarskim \u0161umama smr\u010de, crnog i bijelog bora, jele, ari\u0161a, pan\u010di\u0107eve omorike, pri \u010demu je zasa\u0111eno vi\u0161e od 24 miliona sadnica koje su ve\u0107 stasale za turisti\u010dku i i energetsku upotrebu, svoj turisti\u010dki razvoj tek treba da do\u017eivi. Osim toga, cijela sjeni\u010dko-pe\u0161terska visoravan je ogroman kompaktan prostor oblika velike tepsije, povr\u0161ine oko sto hiljada kvadratnih kilometara, ograni\u010den planinama Javor, Golija, Ninaja, Rogozna, Giljeva, Ozren, Jadovnik i Zlatar. Prostor je bogat \u0161umama i rijekama, na nadmorskoj visini preko 1.000 metara, \u0161to daje posebnu turisti\u010dku dra\u017e i atrakciju ovom kraju, ekolo\u0161ki apsolutno zdravom.<\/p>\n<p>Gledano sa stanovi\u0161ta prirodnih bogatstava, sjeni\u010dko-pe\u0161terska visoravan ima apsolutnu prednost nad zlatiborsko-zlatarskim krajem. Trenutno najve\u0107e rudno bogatstvo ovog kraja je sjeni\u010dki ugljeni basen, koji posjeduje oko milijardu tona mrkog uglja, koji se eksploati\u0161e ve\u0107 50 godina, ali u vrlo malim koli\u010dinama. Prema nekim publikacijama nadle\u017enih institucija, on je trenutno tre\u0107i po zna\u010daju ugljeni basen Srbije, iza Kosovsko-metohijskog i Kolubarskog. Optimalna eksploatacija uglja iz ovog ugljenog basena ne mo\u017ee se ni zamisliti bez izgradnje jedne savremene saobra\u0107ajnice koja bi ovaj kraj direktno povezala s centralnom Srbijom i Crnom Gorom.<\/p>\n<p>O \u0161umarstvu, sto\u010darstvu i p\u010delarstvu ne treba tro\u0161iti mnogo re\u010di, jer se radi o kraju koji trenutno nema premca u Srbiji. Dovoljno je re\u0107i da se drvna masa \u0161uma koje rastu na ovim prostorima mjeri milijardama evra.<\/p>\n<p>Kao tako\u0111e veoma va\u017ena prednost varijante izgradnje autoputa preko Pe\u0161tera je njegova ukupna du\u017eina. Pe\u0161terska trasa je kra\u0107a od zlatiborske za vi\u0161e od 50 kilometara, \u0161to u novcu donosi u\u0161tedu od oko 250 miliona evra.<\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, najve\u0107i problem za usvajanje pe\u0161terske varijante autoputa Beograd \u2013 Bar \u010dine te\u0161ki klimatski uslovi tokom zime. Velika nadmorska visina, jaki zapadni vjetrovi i golemi brisani prostori stvarali bi velike probleme zbog smjetova snijega i leda na kolovozu. Da bi ovi nepovoljni uslovi bili svedeni na minimum, dionica AP od Ivanjice do Boljara bi trebalo da vodi preko Kumanice, pa zatim uz reku Moravicu, sve do njenog izvori\u0161ta zvanog Ivkova korita, na zapadnim obroncima Golije, obraslim listopadnom \u0161umom. Trasa bi prelazila ovu planinu na njenom najni\u017eem i klimatski najmirnijem prevoju zvanom Galjeva ravan, sa nadmorskom visinom od oko 1.100 m, a ne preko vjetrovitih vrleti Prijekog brda, Pometenika i Rasna, kako se govori na terenu. Od Galjeve ravni, autoput bi imao sljede\u0107u trasu: sela Brnjica i Gradac, izvori\u0161te rijeke Vape, dolina \u010citlu\u010dke reke, sela Kijevci i Bu\u0111evo, planina Giljeva i selo Boljare kod crnogorske granice.<\/p>\n<p>Predlo\u017eena trasa je ubedljivo najkra\u0107a, najbezbednija i najjevtinija. Radi argumentacije, uz tekst prila\u017eem fotografiju snimljenu na Jovandan ove godine, koja prikazuje prostor kuda bi pro\u0161la predlo\u017eena dionica AP BB, preko Pe\u0161tera, u zimskim uslovima.<\/p>\n<p>Predeo je iz okoline sela Stupa i gleda preko sela Raspogan\u010da u pravcu po\u0161umljenih brda Cmiljeva, Ani\u0161te, Kapura, \u017ditni\u0107e, Trabinac i Crni vrh. Iza sela Raspogan\u010de, u snijegu se vidi usjek asfaltnog puta Novi Pazar, Duga Poljana, Brnjica, \u0160tavalj, Sjenica, a iza puta i brda Cmiljevac je korito Brnji\u010dke rijeke, dugo desetak kilometara, izvanredan prostor za izgradnju turisti\u010dkog kompleksa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I na osnovu fotografije jasno se mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti da predlo\u017eena trasa AP BB preko Pe\u0161tera, ne bi bila te\u017ea i skuplja od crnogorske i da bi se isplatilo izgraditi je jer bi bila podjednako korisna, kako stanovnicima ovog kraja, tako i dr\u017eavama Srbiji i Crnoj Gori.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>(Politika)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trasa budu\u0107eg autoputa Beograd \u2013 Bar, definisana kao Koridor 11 koji prolazi kroz Srbiju, za sada je javnosti poznata samo od Beograda do Po\u017eege.
