D\u017eevad Golo\u0161<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Iran, \u0161am \u2013 Od najve\u0107ih isku\u0161enja kojima je isku\u0161ano ehli-sunnetsko poimanje islama kod bo\u0161nja\u010dkog naroda jeste pojava sekte koja se zove \u0161ije. \u0160irenje njihovog iskrivljenog vjerovanja koje je suprotno Ku\u2019ranu i sunnetu ogleda se u raznim fazama. Od tih faza, a o njima ne\u0107u govoriti, jest ubacivanje raznih \u0161ubhi, tj. dilema kad je u pitanju predstavljanje njihovog u\u010denja. U to spada predstavljanje da su oni samo jedan od mezheba u islamu. Na veliku \u017ealost, ovu \u0161ubhu prihvatio je veliki broj onih koji javno govore o islamu. Tako svakodnevno nailazim na izraze \u201cna\u0161a bra\u010da \u0161ije\u201d, \u201cna\u0161a bra\u0107a Iranci\u201d, zatim javno veli\u010danje njihove uleme, kao i javno izja\u0161njavanje da za njih ima mjesta na na\u0161im prostorima. Na\u017ealost, sve to dolazi od onih koji zagovaraju prakticiranje islama u skladu sa hanefijskom pravnom \u0161kolom i bo\u0161nja\u010dkom tradicijom. Sve spomenuto ponukalo me da napi\u0161em ove redove koji \u0107e nam re\u0107i koliko su \u0161ije \u201cna\u0161a bra\u0107a\u201d i kako je na njih gledala ulema hanefijske pravne \u0161kole, u \u0161to, naravno, ulazi i bh. ulema.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U ovom radu spomenuo sam govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba iz raznih djela i poglavlja u kojima su spominjali sektu \u0161ija. Njihov govor poredao sam ovako:<\/p>\n<p>1. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u akaidskim djelima<\/p>\n<p>2. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u pravnim djelima<\/p>\n<p>3. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama kroz fetve \u0161ejhul-islama<\/p>\n<p>4. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u hadiskim djelima<\/p>\n<p>5. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u posebnim djelima koja su napisana o \u0161ijama<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u akaidskim djelima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>U\u010denjaci hanefijskog mezheba nagla\u0161avaju da je osnova \u0161iizma licemjerstvo i otpadni\u0161tvo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad su u pitanju akaidska djela u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba, ona su prepuna odgovora na zablude ove sekte. Iz tog razloga ne\u0107u op\u0161irno govoriti o govoru u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u akaidskim djelima. Taj munafik zove se Abdullah ibn Sebe i imao je za cilj da iskrivi islam i ubaci fitnu me\u0111u muslimane. On je prividno primio islam i pretvarao se da je veliki pobo\u017enjak, zatim je po\u010deo, navodno, pozivati na dobro i odvra\u0107ati od zla. Potom u\u010destvuje u neredima u vezi s Osmanom, radijallahu anhu, i njegovim ubistvom. Nakon \u0161to je do\u0161ao u Kufu pokazuje pretjeranost u veli\u010danju Alije, radijallahu anhu, da bi se na taj na\u010din mogao suprotstaviti njemu. To je dospjelo do Alije, radijallahu anhu, koji je naredio da ga pogube, pa je on pobjegao. Njegov slu\u010daj je poznat iz historije, Allah ga ponizio!\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ovaj govor na\u0161eg alima vrijedan je da se ispi\u0161e zlatom jer u vremenu u kojem \u017eivimo veliki broj onih koji se pozivaju na tradiciju Bo\u0161njaka i hanefijski mezheb predstavlju nam \u0161ije \u201cna\u0161om bra\u0107om\u201d i \u201cporu\u010duje kako za njih ima mjesta na na\u0161im prostorima\u201d. Dok danas govore da za njih ima prostora, ulema ovih prostora poja\u0161njavala je da je osnova njihove vjere licemjerstvo i otpadni\u0161tvo!<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj na\u0161 alim tako\u0111er spominje i nagla\u0161ava da je preziranje ashaba, kao \u0161to to \u010dine \u0161ije, jasno nevjerstvo. U narednim redovima spomenut \u0107u govor imama Tahavije, a potom govor Hasana Kafije. Ka\u017ee imam Tahavi, Allah mu se smilovao:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u0648\u0628\u063a\u0636\u0647\u0645 \u0643\u0641\u0631 \u0648\u0646\u0641\u0627\u0642 \u0648\u0637\u063a\u064a\u0627\u0646<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr\u017enja prema njima je nevjerstvo, licemjerstvo i nasilje.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ee Hasan Kafija:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u0644\u0623\u0646 \u0628\u063a\u0636\u0647\u0645 \u0646\u062a\u064a\u062c\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0641\u0627\u0642 \u0648 \u062e\u0628\u062b \u0627\u0644\u0627\u0639\u062a\u0642\u0627\u062f, \u0641\u062a\u0643\u0648\u0646 \u0639\u062f\u0627\u0648\u062a\u0647\u0645 \u0639\u062f\u0627\u0648\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u064a\u0646 \u0648 \u0630\u0644\u0643 \u0643\u0641\u0631 \u0648 \u0637\u063a\u064a\u0627\u0646<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cZato \u0161to je mr\u017enja prema njima rezultat licemjerstva i pokvarenog uvjerenja. Neprijateljstvo prema njima predstavlja neprijateljstvo prema vjeri, \u0161to je nevjerovanje i nasilje.\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama u pravnim djelima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad su u pitanju pravna djela, na samom po\u010detku \u017eelim ista\u0107i da se \u0161ije kao sekta spominju na mnogim mjestima u pravnim djelima u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba i u raznim kontekstima. Ako uzmemo u obzir osnovu \u0161iizma kako je to do\u0161lo u govoru Hasana Kafije Pru\u0161\u010daka, ne treba nas \u010duditi da u\u010denjaci hanefijskog mezheba u svojim pravnim djelima proklinju \u0161ije i ukazuju na obaveznost razlikovanja od njih.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Proklinjanje \u0161ija<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spominju\u0107i ovu frakciju i njihova mi\u0161ljenja u\u010denjaci hanefijskog mezheba prizivaju Allahovo prokletstvo na njih. Ka\u017ee poznati hanefijski u\u010denjak El-Ajni u svom djelu <em>El-Inaje \u0161erjul hidaje<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u0623\u062c\u064a\u0628 \u0628\u0623\u0646 \u0647\u0630\u0627 rafidije-\u0161ije, Allah ih prokleo, da izjedna\u010de sebe\u2026\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Obaveznost razlikovanja od \u0161ija<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ee Ibn-Abidin u svojoj <em>Ha\u0161iji<\/em> poja\u0161njavaju\u0107i neispravnost kori\u0161tenja izraza \u201calejhis-selam\u201d kad se spomene Alija, radijallahu anhu, kao \u0161to to \u010dine \u0161ije:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u0648\u0623\u064a\u0636\u0627 nekih svojih imama, a opona\u0161anje novotara je zabranjeno i obaveza je razlikovanje od njih.\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Re\u010deno je da se \u0161ije spominju na mnogo mjesta u pravnim djelima hanefijskog mezheba, me\u0111utim, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se spominju u sljede\u0107im poglavljima:<\/p>\n<p>1. poglavlje o imametu, gdje se spominje za kim je validno, a za kim nije obaviti namaz<\/p>\n<p>2. poglavlje o nikahu (braku), gdje se spominju osobe s kojima jest i s kojima nije dozvoljeno stupiti u brak<\/p>\n<p>3. poglavlje o taziru (kazni)<\/p>\n<p>4. poglavlje o riddetu (otpadni\u0161tvu), gdje se spominju rije\u010di i djela s kojima musliman postaje nemusliman, te grupacije i frakcije koje su iza\u0161le iz okvira islama.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Poglavlje o imametu \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ee se u djelu <em>El-Ihtijar<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\"><strong>\u0648\u0639\u0646 \u2018Nije dozvoljeno klanjati iza rafidija (\u0161ija), d\u017eehmija i kaderija\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ee se u djelu <em>El-med\u017emea el-enhur<\/em>, koje je ina\u010de bilo veoma omiljeno kod bosanskohercegova\u010dkih muderrisa, govore\u0107i o namazu iza novotara:<\/p>\n<p \u0643\u0627\u0641\u0631.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI (poku\u0111en je namaz) iza novotara, tj. sljedbenika strasti koji nije oti\u0161ao sa svojom novotarijom u nevjerstvo, a ako je po\u010dinio nevjerstvo, onda nikako nije dozvoljeno obaviti namaz iza njega. Ka\u017ee Merginani: dozvoljen je namaz iza novotara, osim iza rafidija-\u0161ija, d\u017eehmija, kaderija i mu\u0161ebbiha i onih koji ka\u017eu da je Kur\u2019an stvoren. Ebu-Bekra i Omera), onda je nevjernik.\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Poglavlje o riddetu (otpadni\u0161tvu) \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad je u pitanju spominjanje frakcije \u0161ija u ovom poglavlju u pravnim djelima hanefijske pravne \u0161kole, zadovoljit \u0107u se spominjanjem dvaju pitanja, iako ih postoji jo\u0161. Govor u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba o \u0161ijama kroz fetve \u0161ejhul-islama<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Fetva Ibn-Kemal-pa\u0161e o \u0161ijama \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Ibn-Kemal-pa\u0161a, \u0160emsudin Ahmed ibn Sulejman, \u0161ejhul-islam, jedan od najve\u0107ih u\u010denjaka osmanskog hilafeta, izdao je podu\u017eu fetvu o \u0161ijama. Ova fetva je zapisana, a poslije \u0161tampana kao zasebna poslanica.<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> U njoj fetvi ovaj alim ka\u017ee:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZahvala pripada Allahu, Uzvi\u0161enom, Mo\u0107nom, Jakom, Plemenitom, i neka je salavat i selam na Muhammeda, onoga koji upu\u0107uje na pravi put, i na njegovu porodicu i one koji ga slijede u ispravnoj vjeri.<\/p>\n<p>Do vjerni\u010dke zemlje do\u0161le su mnogobrojne vijesti i predanja da je skupina \u0161ija zavladala u velikim dijelovima sunitskih zemalja i da su ispoljili svoj batinijski mezheb i javno po\u010deli grditi Ebu-Bekra, Omera i Osmana, Allah njima bio zadovoljan. Tako su osporili hilafet ovih pravednih imama i upu\u0107enih halifa i omalova\u017eavaju \u0161erijat i njegove sljedbenike i grde na\u0161e imame, vjeruju\u0107i da ovi mezhebi (sunitski) u sebi sadr\u017ee gre\u0161ke i pote\u0161ko\u0107e.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zatim veli:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOp\u0107enito, vrste nevjerstva na kojem su oni, a koje su nama prenesene, ne mogu se sabrati ni izbrojati i mi ne sumnjamo u njihovo nevjerstvo i otpadni\u0161tvo te da se njihova domovina smatra darul-harbom (nevjerni\u010dkom sredinom) i da su njihovi brakovi neispravni i da se njihova djeca smatraju djecom zinaluka i da se ono \u0161to oni zakolju smatra strvinom i bojati se da \u0107e onaj od nas koji bez nu\u017ede obu\u010de njihovu kapu postati nevjernik jer je u tome jasno ispoljavanje nevjerstva i bezbo\u0161tva. Zatim, od propisa koji su vezani za njih jeste da oni imaju status otpadnika te da ako bi zavladali na\u0161om zemljom, onda bi ona tako\u0111er postala darul-harb (zemlja nevjerstva).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er ka\u017ee:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObaveza je da se zna da je borba protiv njih farzi-ajn (stroga obaveza) svakog muslimana koji ima mogu\u0107nost da se bori protiv njih.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Potom je spomenuo hanefijska djela i citate iz njih koji idu u prilog onome \u0161to je autor naveo.<a href=\"http:\/\/minber.ba\/sije-i-siizam-u-djelima-ucenjaka-hanefijskog-mezheba-i-u-govoru-bosnjackih-alima\/#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Fetva \u0161ejhul-islama Ebu-Suuda \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Pitanje: \u201c\u0160ta ka\u017ee uva\u017eena ulema o tome da li je dozvoljeno boriti se protiv skupine \u0161ija? Je li borba protiv njih \u0161erijatski dozvoljena? Me\u0111u ranijim generacijama nalazimo djelo <em>\u0160emmul-avarid fi zemmil-revafid<\/em>, ve\u0107 citiranog Alija El-Karija. Me\u0111u kasnijim generacijama posebno je primije\u0107en trud u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba s Indijskog potkontinenta koji su napisali veliki broj djela u kojima su pojasnili doktrine ove zabludjele sekte.<\/p>\n<p>Ali El-Kari naveo je dosta predaja u\u010denjaka hanefijskog mezheba koje smo ve\u0107 spomenuli, poput propisa onog ko grdi Ebu-Bekra i Omera, potvara Ai\u0161u i sli\u010dno i iz tog razloga ne\u0107emo to ponavljati. U citiranom djelu El-Kari je iznio dokaze iz Kur\u2019ana i sunneta te govora u\u010denjaka koji ukazuju na nevjerstvo ove sekte. Tako govore\u0107i o ajetu:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cMuhammed je Allahov poslanik, a njegovi sljedbenici su strogi prema nevjernicima, a samilosni me\u0111u sobom; vidi\u0161 ih kako se klanjaju i licem na tle padaju \u017eele\u0107i Allahovu nagradu i zadovoljstvo \u2013\u00a0na licima su im znaci, tragovi od padanja licem na tle. Tako su opisani u Tevratu. A u Ind\u017eilu: oni su kao biljka kad izdanak svoj izbaci, pa ga onda u\u010dvrsti, i on oja\u010da, i ispravi se na svojoj stabljici izazivaju\u0107i divljenje sija\u010da \u2013 da bi On vjernicima najedio nevjernike.
