Novim izmjenama, o kojima \u0107e kona\u010dnu rije\u010d dati odbornici gradskog parlamenta, predvi\u0111ena je mogu\u0107nost pla\u0107anja u ratama.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od ukupnog iznosa, vlasnici takvih objekata mo\u0107i \u0107e 30 odsto da plate odjednom, a preostalih 70 odsto u 24 jednake mjese\u010dne rate. Vlasnici bespravno izgra\u0111enih objekata ovu pogodnost mogu da iskoriste do 11. marta kada isti\u010de rok za podno\u0161enje zahtijeva. Nakon toga, bi\u0107e primjenjenje zakonske odredbe koje predvi\u0111aju mnogo rigoroznije mjere i nov\u010dane naknade. Prema podacima Gradskog odjeljenja za urbanizam od 11. septembra pro\u0161le godine do sada podnijeto je oko 300 zahtijeva za legalizaciju.
