Prema izvje\u0161taju US Census Report 143 miliona ljudi u Americi koristi kompjuter svakog dana, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i 54 miliona djece.\u00a0 \u2026<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"horizontal\"><\/div>\n<p>Prema navodima ameri\u010dke optometrijske asocijacije 70-75% onih koji rade na kompjuteru ima probleme sa vidom. Ovo stanje je nazvano Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS, Sindrom kompjuterskog vida ), a svake godine se broj novih slu\u010dajeva pove\u0107ava za milion. Savremeno doba donijelo je ovisnost o kompjuterima, mobilnim telefonima, video-igricama i elektronskim knjigama. Od te vrste poreme\u0107aja vida pati, na\u017ealost, i sve vi\u0161e djece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160TA JE SINDROM KOMPJUTERSKOG VIDA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sindrom kompjuterskog vida je privremeno stanje oka uzrokovano dugim neprekidnim periodima gledanja u ekran kompjutera. Neki simptomi sindroma kompjuterskog vida su glavobolja, zamagljen vid, bol u vratu, umor, zamor o\u010diju, suhe i nadra\u017eene o\u010di i problemi u ponovnom fokusiranju pogleda. Ti simptomi mogu biti pogor\u0161ani neprimjerenim osvjetljenjem (tj. vrlo svijetlim ili blije\u0161te\u0107im rasvjetnim tijelima iznad glave) ili kretanjem zraka ispred o\u010diju (npr. direktan dotok zraka iz zidnih otvora ili ventilatora).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.akos.ba\/images\/dr.senad.right.jpg\" alt=\"Dr Senad Gri\u0161evi\u0107\" width=\"280\" height=\"182\" \/>Sindrom kompjuterskog vida uzrokovan je smanjenom u\u010destalosti treptanja za vrijeme dugotrajnog rada na kompjuteru. Normalna u\u010destalost treptanja je 16 do 20 puta na minutu. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da se u\u010destalost treptanja smanjuje na 6 do 8 treptaja po minuti za ljude koji rade za kompjuterom. To isu\u0161uje o\u010di. Tako\u0111er, napor ulo\u017een u fokusiranje pogleda dugi niz sati, optere\u0107uje mi\u0161i\u0107e oka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEGOBE IZAZVANE SINDROMOM KOMPJUTERSKOG VIDA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>obuhvataju tri grupe simptoma:<br \/>\n1. probleme sa vidom (te\u0161ko\u0107e u fokusiranju, promjene u percepciji boje, osjetljivost na bljesak, osje\u0107aj treperenja);<br \/>\n2. probleme sa o\u010dima (suho oko, crvenilo, svrab, \u017earenje, poja\u010dano suzenje, te\u017eina kapaka, nelagodnost pri no\u0161enju kontaktnih le\u0107a);<br \/>\n3. op\u0107e tegobe (glavobolja, bolovi u vratu, ramenima, le\u0111ima, zamor, pospanost).<br \/>\nOvi simptomi mogu predstavljati zna\u010dajan problem jer\u00a0utje\u010du na radnu sposobnost, koncentraciju i smanjenu produktivnost kod odraslih, a kod djece probleme s u\u010denjem te niske ocjene u \u0161koli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAKO UBLA\u017dITI TEGOBE?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Postoje razli\u010dite mjere koje radnici i poslodavci mogu da preduzmu kako bi se smanjile ili sprije\u010dile tegobe.<br \/>\n<strong>Pregled oka<\/strong> najva\u017enija je stvar koju treba preduzeti kako bi se umanjili problemi vezani za kori\u0161tenje kompjutera. Pregled treba obaviti prije po\u010detka rada na kompjuteru obavezno jednom godi\u0161nje.<br \/>\n<strong>Upotreba odgovaraju\u0107eg svjetla<\/strong><br \/>\nNamjestiti monitor tako da prozorsko svjetlo dolazi sa strane umjesto sprijeda ili pozadi.<br \/>\n<strong>Smanjiti blje\u0161tanje<\/strong><br \/>\nZatamniti prozore ili staviti za\u0161titnu mre\u017eu na ekran. Koristiti nao\u010dale sa antirefleksivnim slojem. Uskladiti osvjetljenje u prostoriji sa ja\u010dinom svjetlosti na ekranu. Veli\u010dina i boja slova treba optimalno da pru\u017ee komfor.<br \/>\n<strong>\u010ce\u0161\u0107e treptati<\/strong> jer treptanje spre\u010dava suho\u0107u i iritaciju oka. Suho\u0107a o\u010diju je simptom koji se najvi\u0161e lije\u010di u terapiji sindroma kompjuterskog vida upotrebom vje\u0161ta\u010dkih suza tokom rada.<br \/>\n<strong>Pokretati o\u010di<\/strong> u razli\u010ditim pravcima pridr\u017eavaju\u0107i se pravila tri dvadesetke, \u201e20-20-20\u201c : svakih 20 minuta, fokusirati pogled koji je udaljen 20 stopa (oko 6 m) na 20 sekundi.<br \/>\n<strong>Uzimati \u010de\u0161\u0107e odmore<\/strong> na svakih sat vremena praviti desetominutne pauze, kako biste smanjili naprezanje oka. Vje\u017ebati \u010dak i pri sjedenju. Svi koji imaju sjede\u0107i posao, naro\u010dito na kompjuteru, bi trebalo veoma \u010desto da prote\u017eu ruke, noge, le\u0111a, vrat i ramena. Ovo smanjuje mi\u0161i\u0107nu napetost i pove\u0107ava protok krvi. Voditi ra\u010duna i o pravilnom polo\u017eaju tijela pri radu.<br \/>\n<strong>Modifikovati radno mjesto<\/strong> postavljaju\u0107i radnu lampu tako da ne blje\u0161ti u o\u010di ili ekran kompjutera. Udaljiti ekran kompjutera nekih 50-70 cm od o\u010diju.<br \/>\n<strong>Nositi posebne nao\u010dale<\/strong> jer se tim smanjuje naprezanje oka. One mogu biti razli\u010dite, ali treba da imaju antirefleksivni sloj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZAKLJU\u010cAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iako se simptomi nastali pri radu sa kompjuterom smatraju prolaznim, postoje mi\u0161ljenja da dugotrajno fokusiranje na bliske predmete mo\u017ee indukovati tzv. akomodacioni gr\u010d mi\u0161i\u0107a oka sa posljedi\u010dnim poja\u010danjem ili, mo\u017eda, pojavom kratkovidnosti. Tako\u0111er, smatra se da kompjutersko zra\u010denje nije dovoljno da dovede do katarakte, ali su mi\u0161ljenja razli\u010dita kada je u pitanju pojava glaukoma. Pojedini autori ukazuju na ve\u0107u u\u010destalost glaukoma kod osoba sa kratkovidno\u0161\u0107u, koje intenzivno koriste kompjuter, dok prema drugim istra\u017eivanjima upotreba kompjutera ne pove\u0107ava rizik za nastanak trajnih promjena na oku.<\/p>\n<p>Poznavanjem mogu\u0107ih posljedica intenzivnog kori\u0161tenja kompjutera, kao i na\u010dina za njihovo preveniranje, mo\u017ee se doprinijeti bezbjednijoj primjeni kompjutera u svakodnevnom radu.<\/p>\n<p>Gri\u0161evi\u0107 dr.
