Borba da ispunimo sve ono \u0161to vjera od nas tra\u017ei i istovremeno pre\u017eivimo u kompleksnom svijetu mo\u017ee biti poprili\u010dno te\u0161ka. Svi mi imamo dnevne rutine, navike i obrasce pona\u0161anja u koje upadamo dok odr\u017eavamo normalan tok u svojim \u017eivotima. Neke od njih znaju biti neprimjetne, a veoma \u0161tetne po na\u0161e zdravlje i produktivnost. \u0160to se du\u017ee te rutinske dnevne gre\u0161ke ponavljaju, te\u017ee ih je se kasnije otarasiti i izbaciti iz \u017eivota.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razne ovisnosti u koje osoba upada mogu i\u0107i od jednog stepena do drugog. Ovisnost vezuje pojedinca za porok, grijeh ili neku \u0161tetnu aktivnost. Bez sposobnosti da umaknemo ovim zamkama, ostajemo zarobljeni u nevidljivom kavezu koji nas svakodnevno sprje\u010dava da \u017eivimo punim plu\u0107ima i dajemo svoj maksimum.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi korak koji treba poduzeti da bi se sprije\u010dile ovakve pojave jeste preventivno djelovanje prije nego se neki od simptoma i faktora slabljenja pojavi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prevelika zauzetost za ibadet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iako moramo raditi da bi \u017eivjeli, islam je u\u010dinio lahkim da istovremeno praktikujemo i vjerske obrede. Ne mo\u017eemo zanemarivati obavezne ibadete zbog pojedinih komplikacija u \u017eivotu. Jedini slu\u010daj kada je Poslanik <em>salallahu alejhi ve sellem<\/em> propustio namaz je bilo tokom bitke, kada je situacija bila pitanje \u017eivota ili smrti. I svoje bli\u017enje trebamo poticati i prakti\u010dno im poma\u017eu\u0107i kako bi stigli izvr\u0161avati sve ibadete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lo\u0161a ishrana i pi\u0107e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izreka \u201e<em>Ono si \u0161to jede\u0161<\/em>\u201c nije daleko od istine. Savremena ishrana je postala toliko bizarna da je medicina zbog nje dobila potpuno novu disciplinu. Za to je kriva masovna prehrambena industrija, a zahvaljuju\u0107i velikom broju ljudi koji se razboljeva jer se sami kontinuirano truju lo\u0161om prehranom.<\/p>\n<p>Danas svakodnevno slu\u0161amo o zdravoj prehrani, a ona je zapravo dio muslimanskih \u017eivota jo\u0161 od vremena Poslanika <em>sallallahu alejhi ve sellem<\/em>. \u010curokot, med, jabukovo sir\u0107e, integralne \u017eitarice i jogurt su samo neki primjeri Poslanikove <em>sallallahu alejhi ve sellem<\/em>zdrave prehrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prejedanje i rasipanje <\/strong><strong>su u\u010destala pojava me\u0111u muslimanima danas, a \u0161to je tragi\u010dno, te pojave su ra\u0161irene \u010dak i me\u0111u obrazovanim i u\u010denim ljudima<\/strong> jer je jako te\u0161ko kontrolirati okolinu u kojoj \u017eivimo. Nau\u010diti kako se pona\u0161ati u supermarketu i kako odabirati pravu hranu je veoma va\u017eno za svakog pojedinca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stvari koje treba eliminirati u ovom pogledu su <\/strong>svi rafinirani proizvodi kojima nedostaju hranjive materije poput bijelog bra\u0161na, bijele ri\u017ee, \u0161e\u0107era, slatki\u0161a, rafiniranih ulja i sli\u010dno, kao i vje\u0161ta\u010dkih aditiva, te hrane pr\u017eene u ulju. Mnogo je primjera u sunnetu u pogledu samokontrole i korisnih restrikcija u ishrani.<\/p>\n<p>Spomenute stvari nisu fakti\u010dki ni postojale do prije otprilike stotinu godina. Danas su postale svakodnevna pojava, \u010dine\u0107i dijabetes, infarkte, karcinom, te druga stanja i bolesti u\u010destalim problemom \u0161irom svijeta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017divot bez dugoro\u010dnih planova i strategije<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za realizaciju li\u010dne slobode na ovom svijetu neophodno je posjedovati i vlastite nekretnine za rad i stanovanje. Ovo nam omogu\u0107ava nezavisnost od ljudi, slobodu za potomstvo i uspje\u0161nu izgradnju zajednice.<\/p>\n<p>Allah nas poti\u010de da imamo lijepo odgojeno potomstvo i moramo se potruditi da i njima pru\u017eimo priliku za kvalitetan \u017eivot. Posjedovanje vlastitih nekretnina, dostojanstvene profesije i posla je spas od poni\u017eenja i isku\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Udar o\u0161trice ma\u010da o kamen \u0107e je istupiti i zato se ne treba na nju oslanjati, nego oti\u0107i ako sebi i svojoj porodici ne mo\u017eemo obezbjediti islamski prihvatljiv na\u010din \u017eivota i privre\u0111ivanja u nekom mjestu. U nekim okolnostima borba protiv vjetrenja\u010da nije efikasna kao odlazak. Hid\u017era je sunnet kada nema perspektive i dostojanstvenog \u017eivota u nekom mjestu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lo\u0161e navike spavanja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poslije jacija namaza poku\u0111eno je sijeliti duboko u no\u0107 i raditi beskorisne stvari na u\u0161trb spavanja. Najbolja vremena za odmor su od jacije do sabaha i poslijepodne. Poslanik<em>sallallahu alejhi ve sellem<\/em> nije volio spavati prije jacije.<\/p>\n<p>Etika spavanja treba se sastojati od posjedovanja tamne, tihe i \u010diste sobe za spavanje, redovnog spavanja, izbjegavanja spavanja na stomaku i spavanja na desnom boku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gubitak vremena na zabavu bez edukativne i prakti\u010dne vrijednosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vrijeme trebamo posmatrati kao blagodat i ne trebamo ga tra\u0107iti na beskorisne aktivnosti. Ljudi \u0107e odgovarati za na\u010din na koji su tro\u0161ili svoje vrijeme na Sudnjem danu.<\/p>\n<p>U slobodno vrijeme uvijek postoji prilika za korisno djelovanje, u\u010denje, dru\u017eenje s porodicom, bavljenje sportom ili neku drugu aktivnost. Svako mora odrediti svoje prioritete i truditi se raditi stvari kojima je Allah zadovoljan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Izbjegavanje ovih lo\u0161ih navika pomo\u0107i \u0107e nam osigurati ustrajnost na ispravnom putu u na\u0161im \u017eivotima. Moramo imati na umu da \u010dak i banalne stvari poput spavanja i jela mogu biti uzrok slabosti i degeradacije ako zanemarujemo praktikovanje poslani\u010dkih instrukcija i odgovaraju\u0107e samodiscipline.
