Ve\u0107ina ih je spavala samo osam sati dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Otkriveno je da pretila djeca ne samo da ne spavaju dovoljno, ve\u0107 i neredovno odlaze u krevet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Najve\u0107i rizik za pretilost pojavljuje se kod one djece koja neredovno spavaju&#8221;, kazao je profesor David Gozal.<\/p>\n<p>Djeca koja tokom vikenda nadomjeste neophodne sate sna manje su sklona debljanju od onih koja te sate nikad ne nadomjeste, navedeno je u studiji.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Djeca koja dovoljno spavaju imaju mnogo manje \u0161anse da postanu debela, pokazala je nova studija objavljena u utorak u magazinu &#8220;Pediatrics&#8221;.
