Otkrijete li da ste \u201cprekiseli\u201d, s novom godinom zapo\u010dnite sa zdravom alkalnom prehranom koja je postala svjetski trend te su joj se okrenule i brojne zvijezde poput Victorije Beckham i Gwyneth Paltrow. Za samo 30 dana alkalna prehrana, mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i tijelu da postigne i odr\u017ei zdravu pH-razinu i napuni se energijom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pojam kiselinsko-bazne ravnote\u017ee u vrhu je zanimanja stru\u010dnjaka jer mnoge bolesti i poreme\u0107aji proizlaze iz neravnote\u017ee kiselina i lu\u017eina u tijelu. Mjera kiselosti, odnosno lu\u017enatosti je pH. Na skali od 0 do 14, pH 7 ozna\u010dava neutralnu otopinu (voda), pH ni\u017ei od 7 kiselu, a vi\u0161i od 7 lu\u017enatu otopinu. Budu\u0107i da voda \u010dini \u010dak 70 posto ljudskog tijela, pH-ravnote\u017ea organizma uspostavljena je onda kada se pH-vrijednost kre\u0107e u rasponu od 6 \u2013 7,5. Da bi krvne stanice normalno funkcionirale, pH-vrijednost krvi mora biti u uskom rasponu izme\u0111u 7,35 i 7,45 &#8211; ka\u017ee dr.sc. Darija Vrane\u0161i\u0107 Bender, klini\u010dki nutricionist u Centru za klini\u010dku prehranu KBC Rebro.<\/p>\n<p>Na kiselinsko-baznu ravnote\u017eu utje\u010de \u010ditav niz \u010dimbenika, od prehrane i tjelovje\u017ebe, do tvari iz okoline koje dospijevaju u organizam putem plu\u0107a, ko\u017ee i probavnog sustava.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Glavni sustavi za reguliranje kiselinsko bazne ravnote\u017ee u tijelu su puferski sustavi u krvi, plu\u0107a i mijena plinova te bubrezi. Zbog niza patolo\u0161kih razloga te utjecaja \u010dimbenika iz hrane i okoline taj sustav mo\u017ee biti naru\u0161en, a ravnote\u017ea kod modernog \u010dovjeka uglavnom je pomaknuta na stranu vi\u0161ka kiselina u tijelu &#8211; ka\u017ee na\u0161a sugovornica.<\/p>\n<p>Isti\u010de da su u regulaciju pH-ravnote\u017ee uklju\u010dene i tjelesne funkcije poput disanja, izlu\u010divanja, probave i stani\u010dnog metabolizma. Tijekom procesa probave, na pH-ravnote\u017eu organizma utje\u010de lu\u010denje sokova \u017eeluca i gu\u0161tera\u010de koji ulaze u krvotok.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dok jedemo, \u017eeludac lu\u010di iznimno kiselu kloridnu kiselinu, a gu\u0161tera\u010da bikarbonate koji su lu\u017enati. Neki znanstvenici vjeruju da je upravo nedostatno lu\u010denje bikarbonata glavni uzrok zakiseljenja organizma. Na pH-ravnote\u017eu utje\u010du i proljevi koji mogu rezultirati gubitkom bikarbonata te povra\u0107anje koje za posljedicu mo\u017ee imati gubitak kiseline &#8211; poja\u0161njava.<\/p>\n<p>Okida\u010d zakiseljavanja organizma mo\u017ee biti i kroni\u010dan stres, premalo kretanja, ali i intenzivna tjelovje\u017eba pri kojoj se kratkoro\u010dno stvaraju ve\u0107e koli\u010dine mlije\u010dne kiseline. Kiselost je \u010desto posljedica lo\u0161e prehrane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zapadnja\u010dki tip prehrane uklju\u010duje velike koli\u010dine mesa, jaja, mlijeka i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, namirnice bogate bijelim bra\u0161nom i \u0161e\u0107erom te mnogo gaziranih pi\u0107a, a malo svje\u017eeg povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a. Sve te namirnice razgradnjom daju produkte koji zakiseljavaju organizam, za razliku od povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a koji produktima razgradnje pove\u0107avaju alkalne rezerve organizma &#8211; upozorava.<\/p>\n<p>Isti\u010de da i nezdrave navike, poput pu\u0161enja i pijenja alkohola, poti\u010du stvaranje kiseline, dok zdrave navike poput umjerene tjelovje\u017ebe pridonose uspostavljanju pH-ravnote\u017ee. U prehrani smanjite visokoproteinsku hranu, procesuirane \u017eitarice, kavu, \u010daj i alkohol.<\/p>\n<h3>Svaki dan jede se porcija \u0161pinata, kelja ili kupusa<\/h3>\n<p>Na jelovnik uvrstite proso, bademe i divlju ri\u017eu te maslinovo ulje. Svaki dan pojedite porciju \u0161pinata, kelja ili kupusa. Smanjite koli\u010dinu mesa, jaja, rafiniranih \u0161e\u0107era, bijelog bra\u0161na i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda. Umjesto govedine i piletine odaberite ribu i janjetinu.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuspojave kiselosti: Dijabetes, upale, osteoporoza&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Kiselost organizma prate i kroni\u010dne upale, visok krvni tlak, dijabetes, problemi s mjehurom i bubrezima.
