Iako mogu biti vrlo sitni, jedan-dva mm, pa i manji, mogu narasti do veli\u010dine koko\u0161jeg jajeta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u017du\u010dni kamenci su jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih bolesti probavnog sustava. \u010ce\u0161\u0107e se pojavljuju u \u017eena, posebno starijih od 55 godina, te trudnica i onih koje uzimaju hormonalnu terapiju. Pod pove\u0107anim su rizikom i ljudi koji nisu aktivni i ne vje\u017ebaju, imaju vi\u0161ak kilograma, povi\u0161en kolesterol i trigliceride, kao i oni koji naglo gube tjelesnu te\u017einu &#8211; upozorava dr. Tanja Pekez-Pavli\u0161ko.<\/p>\n<p>Stvaranju \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca uvelike pridonosi prehrana koja obiluje mastima i kolesterolom te poti\u010de prekomjerno izlu\u010divanje \u017eu\u010di. Rafinirani i jednostavni ugljikohidrati koji pospje\u0161uju debljanje tako\u0111er stvaraju plodno tlo za nastanak \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca. Podjednako je i s prehranom siroma\u0161nom vlaknima koja usporava peristaltiku i pra\u017enjenje crijeva te pospje\u0161uje talo\u017eenje kolesterola u \u017eu\u010dnome mjehuru. U prehrani treba oprezno dozirati bjelan\u010devine \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla koje izazivaju ve\u0107i gubitak kalcija i mokra\u0107ne kiseline jer i to poti\u010de nastanak \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca. A ako ste izbacili masti ili ih s prehranom ne unosite dovoljno (ispod deset grama na dan), rizik od nastanka \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca se tako\u0111er pove\u0107ava.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107i broj pacijenata \u017eu\u010dne kamence ima godinama, no mnogi to ne znaju jer \u010desto ne uzrokuju nikakve tegobe. Tek polovica ljudi sa \u017eu\u010dnim kamencima osje\u0107a simptome koji se uglavnom pojavljuju nakon uzimanja odre\u0111ene hrane.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nakon obroka u kojem prevladavaju namirnice bogate kolesterolom, grah, jaja i sl., mogu se pojaviti nadutost te bol ispod desnoga rebrenog luka koji se mo\u017ee \u0161iriti u druge dijelove trbuha, ali i u desno rame. Ako se takve tegobe ne ponavljaju i ne uzrokuju komplikacije, potrebno je samo redovito pra\u0107enje stanja. U te\u017eim se slu\u010dajevima pojavljuju mu\u010dnina, povra\u0107anje, povi\u0161ena tjelesna temperatura pra\u0107ena zimicom i treskavicom, a u najte\u017eim slu\u010dajevima dolazi do za\u010depljenja \u017eu\u010dnog voda te do promjene boje ko\u017ee koja postaje \u017eu\u0107kasta &#8211; upozorava dr. Pekez-Pavli\u0161ko te isti\u010de da se kod takvih te\u017eih slu\u010dajeva treba odmah javiti lije\u010dniku koji \u0107e nakon ultrazvu\u010dnog pregleda uspostaviti dijagnozu te odrediti terapiju i lije\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Ako imate \u017eu\u010dne kamence, tegobe mo\u017eete olak\u0161ati prehranom siroma\u0161nom mastima, a koja se temelji na hrani bogatoj prehrambenim vlaknima &#8211; vo\u0107u i povr\u0107u, kuhanom su\u0161enom grahu i gra\u0161ku te cjelovitim \u017eitaricama. Iz jelovnika izbacite masno meso, pr\u017eena i pohana jela, jaja, masne sireve, agresivne za\u010dine (luk, papar, crvena paprika&#8230;) te pretopla ili prehladna jela.<\/p>\n<h3>Tri su vrste kamenaca<\/h3>\n<p>S obzirom na sastav, tri su vrste \u017eu\u010dnih kamenaca: kolesterolski, koji \u010dine \u010dak 80 posto svih kamenaca \u017eu\u010dnjaka, te pigmentni i mije\u0161ani.<\/p>\n<p>Ako je kamenac kolesterolski, lije\u010dnik vam mo\u017ee propisati lijek ursodiol koji, na\u017ealost, ne ide na teret HZZO-a i mora se uzimati trajno. Ako su kamenci dovoljno mali, mogu se odstraniti i ERCP-om, no naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se odstranjuju laparoskopski. Oporavak je brz te se zahvat sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e izvodi u dnevnoj bolnici, ka\u017ee dr.
