Sve je stvar navike i li\u010dnih stavova, ali jednom kad izbacite meso iz svog jelovnika bi\u0107e vam nezamislivo da ga ponovo stavite u svoja usta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mnogi ljudi nisu pre\u0161li na vegetarijansku ishranu, ali su odabrali da jedu manje mesa iz mnogih razloga. Ta odluka sa sobom donosi brojne pozitivne posljedice, a osim manjih tro\u0161kova, tu su i zdravstvene prednosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Etika<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etika je jedan od glavnih razloga da smanjimo potro\u0161nju industrijski obra\u0111enog mesa te da umjesto toga biramo meso s doma\u0107ih i bio farmi, gdje su \u017eivotinje uzgajane u mnogo boljim uslovima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Tro\u0161kovi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako u potpunosti ne mo\u017eete izbaciti meso sa svog jelovnika, jedenje manje mesa omogu\u0107i\u0107e vam da kupujete kvalitetnije meso. Naime, raspodelom tro\u0161kova mo\u0107i \u0107ete kupovati manje koli\u010dine mesa, ali boljeg kvaliteta, umjesto da kupujete mnogo jeftinog mesa upitnog porijekla. Naime, objekti za proizvodnju mesa konzumiraju enormne koli\u010dine energije, zaga\u0111uju izvore vode, izbacuju velike koli\u010dine ugljen dioksida. Sve je to dovelo i do velikog uni\u0161tavanja pra\u0161uma kako bi se stvorilo mjesto za sadnju biljaka kojima se hrane \u017eivotinje na farmama. Da bi se proizveo jedan kilogram mesa potrebno je oko 200.000 litara vode, dok za proizvodnju jednog kilograma p\u0161enice treba samo 110 litara vode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Zdravlje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ishrana bazirana na mesu sadr\u017ei velike koli\u010dine zasi\u0107enih masti i \u017eivotinjskih bjelan\u010devina koji podi\u017eu nivo holesterola u krvi, a to je znak upozorenja za sr\u010danu bolest i sr\u010dani udar. Dakle, ako vam je stalo do sopstvenog zdravlja, meso bi trebalo da jedete u \u0161to manjim koli\u010dinama. Crveno meso, osim sr\u010danog udara, mo\u017ee izazvati brojne zdravstvene probleme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Manje kalorija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako poku\u0161avate da smr\u0161ate, izbacivanjem mesa iz ishrane u\u0161tedi\u0107ete sebi mnogo kalorija. Ishrana bazirana na mesu sadr\u017ei mnogo vi\u0161e kalorija nego alternativna ishrana koja se temelji na namirnicama biljnog porijekla. Ako \u017eelite da unosite manje kalorija, nemasno meso ili ribu jedite dva puta sedmi\u010dno, a ostale dane birajte vegetarijanske obroke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Ukusne alternative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Postoje brojne, mnogo ukusnije, alternative za meso koje su isto tako dobar izvor proteina. Ora\u0161asti plodovi, pasulj, so\u010divo, tofu i mlije\u010dni proizvodi samo su neke od namirnica koje mogu zamijeniti meso. Osim toga, postoje i brojni proizvodi namijenjeni vegetarijancima i veganima. Prona\u0111ite ih u prodavnicama zdrave hrane i isprobavajte ih na svoje \u201cbezmesne dane\u201d.
