Potvrdan odgovor na ovo pitanje da\u0107e preko 99 posto ljudi, zbog \u010dega se glavobolja svrstava u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e zdravstvene probleme\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Savremena neurologija poznaje vi\u0161e od 400 vrsta glavobolje. Oboljeli su pripadnici oba pola (\u017eene mnogo \u010de\u0161\u0107e) i svih uzrasta, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i djecu mla\u0111u od pet godina. Uzroci koji je izazivaju su mnogobrojni, klini\u010dka slika je raznovrsna, terapija nije uvijek jednostavna, a zdravstveni sistem, zbog lije\u010denja i radne nesposobnosti, trpi ogromne tro\u0161kove. Zbog toga se izu\u010davanju glavobolje, njenih uzroka, predisponiraju\u0107ih faktora, prevenciji i lije\u010denju poklanja velika pa\u017enja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Glavobolja je neprijatna bolna senzacija koja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e po\u010dinje iznenada, traje razli\u010dito (od \u010detiri do 72 sata) i uglavnom je pra\u0107ena fotofobijom, anoreksijom, mu\u010dninom, povra\u0107anjem i izmijenjenim psihi\u010dkim statusom. Posljedica je bolesti centralnog nervnog sistema (tumori, aneurizme, povrede, hematomi, hidrocefalus\u2026) ili drugih organskih sistema, na primjer kardiovaskularnog (hipertenzija ili hipotenzija), jetre, bubrega, \u0161titne \u017eljezde, anemije, slabovidosti, sinuzita\u2026 Uzroci su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nepoznati, pri \u010demu se sve vi\u0161e nagla\u0161ava uloga naslije\u0111a (posebno po maj\u010dinoj liniji), stresnog tempa \u017eivota i lo\u0161ih navika (nedovoljno sna, pu\u0161enje, konzumiranje alkohola, dehidracija, lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje, naprezanje o\u010diju\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Postoji vi\u0161e tipova glavobolje, ali su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a tri.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. Tenziona glavobolja<\/strong>\u00a0(podvrsta psihogene) nastaje zbog spazama mi\u0161i\u0107a potiljka i vrata izazvanih psihi\u010dkim ili fizi\u010dkim stresom, odnosno napeto\u0161\u0107u. Bol je umjeren i podno\u0161ljiv, po\u010dinje ujutro i poja\u010dava se u toku dana, javlja se u vidu \u201eobru\u010da oko glave\u201c i u korijenu vrata. Prestaje spontano ili uz blag analgetik, sedativ, umjerenu fizi\u010dku aktivnost, meditacijuili jogu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Cluster<\/strong>\u00a0(vaskularna, histaminska) glavobolja nastaje uslijed neurovaskularne disfunkcije na nivou hipotalamusa. Po\u010dinje kao jak, o\u0161tar, pulsiraju\u0107i bol (\u201eubod u oko\u201c), lokalizovan iza oka, s iradijacijom prema slijepoo\u010dnici ili jagodicama, pra\u0107en crvenilom lica, suzenjem o\u010diju, zapu\u0161enim nosem i preznojavanjem. \u010ce\u0161\u0107a je kod mu\u0161karaca, javlja se u napadima koji se ponavljaju u isto doba dana. Mo\u017ee biti provocirana stresom, alkoholom, umorom, izlaganjem hladno\u0107i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Migrena<\/strong>\u00a0(Hemicrania) naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i je tip glavobolje! Od nje pati oko 25 posto \u017eena i osam posto mu\u0161karaca svih \u017eivotnih doba (u svijetu vi\u0161eod 310 miliona ljudi!), naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e izme\u0111u 35. i 40. godine. Osnovna karakteristika: pulsiraju\u0107i bol u jednoj polovini glave. Javlja se u napadima s prodromalnim simptomima (aure) kao \u0161to su fotofobija, ispadi u vidnom polju, blijedilo, parestezije, mu\u010dnina, povra\u0107anje, disfazija, dijareja\u2026 ili bez njih. Kod \u017eena je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e povezana s po\u010detkom menstruacije, zbog pada nivoa estrogena. U osnovi nastanka migrene jeste neurovaskularna disfunkcija, to jest \u0161irenje i skupljanje krvnih sudova pod dejstvom transmitera (serotonin, histamin). Napad naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pokre\u0107u jak emocionalni ili fizi\u010dki stres, zamor, svjetlost i buka, gladovanje (hipoglikemija), neke vrste hrane, \u010dokolada, suho gro\u017e\u0111e, fermentisani sirevi (sadr\u017ee tiramin), su\u0161ena riba, kiseli kupus, suhomesnati proizvodi, agrumi, alkoholna pi\u0107a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ukoliko \u010desto patite od glavobolje ili su one sve ja\u010de, treba da potra\u017eite pomo\u0107 doktora. U dijagnozi su od pomo\u0107i laboratorijske analize, kontrolakrvnog pritiska, pregled oftalmologa, EEG, skener glave ili magnetna rezonanca, a prije svega dobro uzeta anamneza i razgovor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kako sprije\u010diti i lije\u010diti napade glavobolje?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Najprije, po\u0161tujte pravila zdravog \u017eivota (dovoljno sna, adekvatna ishrana, izbjegavanje alkohola i duvana, vje\u017ebanje i \u0161etnja), maksimalno elimini\u0161ite faktore stresa, redovno kontroli\u0161ite zdravlje.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Savladajte razli\u010dite tehnike opu\u0161tanja: duboko disanje, jogu, meditaciju, aromaterapiju (lavanda, bosiljak), samo masa\u017eu, slu\u0161anje lagane muzike\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Na \u010delo i potiljak stavite hladne obloge.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Isprobajte lijekove iz prirode! Tablete ili kapi s ekstraktima biljke vrati\u0107a, mati\u010dnjaka, nane, valerijane i kamilice vrlo su djelotvorne, kao i preparati magnezijuma i vitamina B kompleksa, posebno B2 i B6. Korisni su i homeopatski lijekovi i akupunktura.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Analgetik se mora uzeti na vrijeme, \u010dim se pojave prvi simptomi! Preporu\u010duju se: aspirin, nesteroidni antireumatici (ibuprofen, naproxen), paracetamol, kofein. Uz to, popiti \u0161oljicu (obavezno) zasla\u0111ene kafe ili koka-kolu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Druge lijekove propisuje isklju\u010divo neurolog, a to su: beta-blokatori, antagonisti kalcijuma i serotonina, antidepresivi, antikonvulzivi, antiemetici, derivati ergot-alkaloida itd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I na kraju, utje\u0161na vijest za one koje \u010desto mu\u010di glavobolja: nau\u010dnici iz Sijetla objavili su da \u017eene koje pate od migrena imaju za 30 posto manji rizik da obole od raka dojke zbog ni\u017eih bazi\u010dnih nivoa estrogena.
