Konstruktivnom se kritikom daju jasne smjernice o tome \u0161to i kako raditi te se nudi prilika za promaknu\u0107e na\u010dina rada i izbjegavanje pogre\u0161aka. No najva\u017enije je kako se izri\u010de.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; U\u010dinkovitost kritike ovisi o na\u010dinu na koji se daje i spremnosti da se prihvati. U suprotnom mo\u017ee dovesti do nemotiviranosti i nesigurnosti zaposlenika &#8211; upozorava \u010colak.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Davanje i primanje povratne informacije komunikacijska je vje\u0161tina koja se mo\u017ee lako nau\u010diti. Ako je informacija izre\u010dena iskreno i primjenjuje se pravilno, djeluje pozitivno i motivacijski te ja\u010da samopouzdanje &#8211; savjetuje \u010colak.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Pozitivne kritike izgledaju ovako: \u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"classic\" style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; color: #000000;\">1. Recite \u010dovjeku \u0161to treba popraviti i pritom budite precizni;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; color: #000000;\">2. Pratite rad osobe i pohvalite ga \u010dim uo\u010dite da je povratna informacija usvojena.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ako zaposlenik dobiva jasne smjernice kako ne\u0161to mo\u017ee u\u010diniti bolje, druk\u010dije ili br\u017ee rast \u0107e njegova motivacija, ali i entuzijazam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u010covjek se ne osje\u0107a napadnutim, a re\u010deno mu je u \u010demu grije\u0161i. Tako ne\u0107e osjetiti poraz nego \u0107e zapravo dobiti povratnu informacija o tome \u0161to nije u\u010dinjeno da se ostvari cilj, to\u010dnije, koji su pravi razlozi zbog kojih nije postignut \u017eeljeni rezultat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kod davanja ili primanja kritike uvijek valja biti svjestan toga da svaka istina ima svoje lice i nali\u010dje. Ne postoji jedna i apsolutna istina, barem ne u odnosima me\u0111u ljudima. Ako \u010dovjek to osvijesti, bit \u0107e mnogo takti\u010dniji i manje tvrdoglav pa \u0107e i lak\u0161e shvatiti kako je kritika zdrav oblik komunikacije jer uklju\u010duje izra\u017eavanje ne\u010dijeg mi\u0161ljenja o tu\u0111im postupcima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi na kritiku reagira instinktivno te \u010desto agresivno, no obrana vlastitog stava do \u201czadnje kapi krvi\u201d stvara dojam krivice i pove\u0107ane napetosti. Naravno da postoje i nedobronamjerni \u201ckriti\u010dari\u201c \u010diji su savjeti destruktivni, nepravedni te \u201cmaskirani komplimentom\u201d ili \u201cbezazlenim pitanjem\u201d, a zapravo izra\u017eavaju zavist i ljubomoru. No takve je najlak\u0161e prepoznati po tome \u0161to ba\u0161 nikad ne govore ni\u0161ta pozitivno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">U zdravoj razmjeni argumenata ne postoji pobjednik i pobije\u0111eni, nego priznanje kako su dvije glave pametnije od jedne, odnosno kako \u0107e se problem lak\u0161e rije\u0161iti ako se sagledava iz dva kuta. Iz pozitivne kritike dobro je izvu\u0107i savjete i poku\u0161ati promijeniti pona\u0161anje. Samo se veliki ljudi znaju slo\u017eiti sa sugovornikom ili mu se ispri\u010dati, a osje\u0107ati se jo\u0161 ve\u0107ima i boljima.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bez uvreda\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kritika se ne smije davati u afektu jer se tada u komunikaciju uvla\u010de sarkazam, neprikladan jezik i pogrdna imena, a takva kritika ne mo\u017ee biti konstruktivna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pozor\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kad kritizirate, pazite da niste neizravni. Ne okoli\u0161ajte te jasno recite \u0161to mislite. ne o\u010dekujte da \u0107e druga osoba pogoditi \u0161to mislite.
