Dva sata prije nego \u0161to je va\u0161e tijelo spremno da se probudi lagano se podi\u017ee temperatura mozga kako bi se on lak\u0161e aktivirao, a vi osje\u0107ali manje pospano. Postepeno raste i temperatura tijela i san postaje laganiji jer mozak lu\u010di hormone kortizol i dopamin koji daju energiju za novi po\u010detak dana.<\/p>\n<p>Ali, ako se niste dovoljno naspavali budilnik \u0107e zazvoniti u trenutku kada se temperatura va\u0161eg tijela jo\u0161 nalazi na nivou one neophodne za duboki san. Zato drhtite od hladno\u0107e kada se otkrijete i krevet vas neodoljivo privla\u010di jer se samo pod pokriva\u010dem osje\u0107ate izuzetno u\u0161u\u0161kano.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko tada, umjesto da sasvim isklju\u010dite budilnik, pritisnete dugme za odga\u0111anje bu\u0111enja i nastavite da drijemate ne biste li ukrali jo\u0161 malo sna, va\u0161 mozak i tijelo se vra\u0107aju u stanje uspavanosti. Sljede\u0107e ogla\u0161avanje budilnika potpuno \u0107e ih zbuniti i vi \u0107ete se jo\u0161 dugo osje\u0107ati o\u0161amu\u0107eno i bunovno, kao da nikako ne mo\u017eete da se probudite.<\/p>\n<p>Svako novo ogla\u0161avanje budilnika samo poja\u010dava to stanje koje nau\u010dnici nazivaju \u201cinercija sna\u201d koje mo\u017ee potrajati i puna \u010detiri sata nakon ustajanja iz kreveta.<\/p>\n<p>Dosada\u0161nja istra\u017eivanja su nedvosmisleno pokazala da isprekidan san vodi do toga da se tokom \u010ditavog dana osje\u0107ate umorni i mrzovoljni, a sve dnevne aktivnosti obavljate lo\u0161ije. Mnogo je bolje, sla\u017eu se nau\u010dnici, da umjesto \u010destog pritiskanja dugmeta za odga\u0111anje bu\u0111enja, budilnik jednostavno namjestite da zvoni 20 minuta kasnije. Na taj na\u010din \u0107ete svom tijelu omogu\u0107iti da se postepeno navikne na takvo bu\u0111enje.
