Kada \u0107e se, me\u0111utim, \u0161est traka spustiti do granice sa Crnom Gorom jo\u0161 nije poznato. Za dionicu Po\u017eega &#8211; Boljare, du\u017eine 106,8 kilometara, zavr\u0161en je samo generalni projekat. Ali, u toku su pregovori sa potencijalnim partnerima oko izgradnje i ovog dijela Koridora 11 i najizvesnija je koncesija, a najzainteresovaniji su Kinezi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Ta\u010dka na vi\u0161edecenijsku dilemu da li \u0107e auto-put ka moru i\u0107i preko Zlatibora ili preko Pe\u0161tera, stavljena je u maju 2008. godine. Tada je Republi\u010dka reviziona komisija usvojila definitivnu trasu, a ona ide od Po\u017eege i u podru\u010dju sela Prilipac dolinom rijeke Moravice, pru\u017ea se prema Arilju i Ivanjici, koju obilazi sa sjeveroisto\u010dne strane. Dalje, dolinom Moravice trasa je polo\u017eena ju\u017eno sve do prijedela Kosavice i obilaze\u0107i Goliju spu\u0161ta se do Kovilja, pored Bio\u010dana do Duge poljane, preko Pe\u0161tera pravcem sjeveroistok-jugozapad do Boljara, gdje je grani\u010dna ta\u010dka dogovorena sa Crnom Gorom. U odnosu na zlatiborsku varijantu, pe\u0161terska je kra\u0107a za 42 kilometra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Na putnom pravcu od Po\u017eege preko Pe\u0161tera do granice sa Crnom Gorom predvi\u0111ena je izgradnja \u010detiri petlje, deset benzinskih pumpi, 18 odmori\u0161ta, 107 retenzija, a ukupna du\u017eina mostova je 22, dok bi u tunelima bilo 27 kilometara. Tako je, naime, definisano generalnim projektom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Dok se za pe\u0161terski dio auto-puta tra\u017ei partner, na dionicama od Obrenovca do Preljine radovi su u toku, dok za dio od Sur\u010dina do Obrenovca (17,6 kilometara) i od Preljine do Po\u017eege (31 kilometar) koncesija jo\u0161 nije dogovorena sa jednom od dvije kineske kompanije, koje su u\u0161le u u\u017ei izbor. Koncesionar \u0107e uz izgradnju ove dvije dionice dobiti na kori\u0161\u0107enje i odr\u017eavanje i dio od Obrenovca do Preljine, koji Srbija gradi iz kineskog i azerbejd\u017eanskog kredita i iz bud\u017eeta. Kako saznajemo u Ministarstvu gra\u0111evinarstva, radna grupa sa konsultantima kompletira dokumenta za drugu fazu postupka, koja treba da se okon\u010da do kraja ove ili po\u010detkom naredne godine, izborom koncesionara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Prema rije\u010dima Du\u0161ana \u0110okovi\u0107a, \u0161efa projekta Beograd &#8211; ju\u017eni Jadran u \u201eKoridorima Srbije\u201c, na gradili\u0161tima du\u017e Koridora 11 dnevno je anga\u017eovano i do dvije hiljade radnika.Kineski \u201e\u0160andong\u201c krenuo je sa radovima na dionici od Obrenovca do Uba (26 kilometara). Vrednost posla je 159,3 miliona dolara. Na ovom gradili\u0161tu anga\u017eovano je trenutno pedesetak radnika. Ina\u010de, na ovoj deonici treba da se izgradi ukupno 14 mostova. Na dijelu od Uba do Lajkovca (12,5 kilometara) gdje se gradnja finansira iz bud\u017eeta, \u201ePutevi U\u017eice\u201c i \u201ePlanum\u201c zavr\u0161it \u0107e posao do 30. novembra ove godine. Do sada je asfaltirano oko \u0161est kilometara u punom profilu auto-puta na trasi i jo\u0161 oko pet kilometra na petlji \u201eLajkovac\u201c. Na terenu je dnevno oko 320 radnika. Posao je vrijedan ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od sedam milijardi dinara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">&#8211; Kineski \u201e\u0160andong\u201c koji je dobio posao i na dijelu od Lajkovca do Ljiga u du\u017eini od 24 kilometra, kao podizvo\u0111a\u010da za ovu deonicu anga\u017eovao je \u201eEnergoprojekt\u201c &#8211; navodi \u0110okovi\u0107. &#8211; Vrednost radova je 174,4 miliona dolara, a treba da bude izgra\u0111eno 16 mostova i jedan tunel. Tu se trenutno izvode pripremni radovi i za nedelju dana o\u010dekuje se dobijanje prijave radova od nadle\u017enog ministarstva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Na delu od Ljiga do Preljine u du\u017eini od 40 kilometara azerbejd\u017eanski \u201eAzvirt\u201c radove izvodi po planu. Posao vrijedan 308 miliona evra bi\u0107e zavr\u0161en do kraja avgusta 2016. godine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">&#8211; Na dionici za koju su zadu\u017eeni Azerbejd\u017eanci zavr\u0161ene su konstrukcije za 36 mostova, a radovi se izvode na jo\u0161 19, dok \u0107e se 2015. graditi preostalih 11 mostova &#8211; isti\u010de \u0110okovi\u0107. &#8211; Na toj dionici planirana je izgradnja i pet tunela, od kojih je na tri zavr\u0161ena polovina posla, na jednom je krenuo iskop, a na tunelu \u201eVeliki kuk\u201c problem pravi klizi\u0161te \u010dija je sanacija u toku. Ina\u010de, na delu Koridora 11 koji se finansira iz azerbejd\u017eanskog kredita dnevno je anga\u017eovano izme\u0111u 1.200 do 1.500 radnika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">TRASA TE\u0160KA ZA GRADNjU<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Na posao vijeka, po\u010detak izgradnje auto-puta Bar &#8211; Boljare u du\u017eini 169,2 kilometra Crnogorci jo\u0161 \u010dekaju, a kineska kompanija CRBC \u0107e biti spremna za posao \u010dim se postigne kona\u010dan ugovor o finansiranju sa Eksim bankom, i dobije o tome potvrda vlada u Pekingu i Podgorici, kao i crnogorskog parlamenta. Ako bageri \u201eudare\u201c na kr\u0161 ve\u0107 ove jeseni, bi\u0107e to po\u010detak kapitalnog projekta koji \u0107e kroz desetak godina spojiti crnogorsko primorje sa Srbijom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Ukupna cijena ovog posla iznosi blizu dvije milijarde evra, a prva, najdu\u017ea i najte\u017ea dionica, od Smokovca kod Podgorice do Mate\u0161eva kod Kola\u0161ina (43,5 kilometara), na kojoj treba probiti veliki broj tunela, izgraditi mostove i vijadukte, ko\u0161ta\u0107e 640 miliona evra. Na celoj trasi planirana je gradnja 42 tunela i 92 mosta i vijadukta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Prije pet godina u selu Gornje Mrke povi\u0161e Bio\u010da, gdje je bila postavljena bina za tada\u0161nje zvani\u010dnike Crne Gore, Srbije i Hrvatske, samo se pod asfaltom na\u0161ao plato gdje se na svetkovini u slavu budu\u0107e saobra\u0107ajnice prekinula vrpca.
