Koristite vru\u0107e aparate za stilizovanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visoka temperatura uni\u0161tava proteine od kojih se sastoji va\u0161a kosa i njen obrambeni omota\u010d. Bolje se odlu\u010dite za mek\u0161a rje\u0161enja kao \u0161to su kreme za stilizovanje koje odr\u017eavaju frizuru, ali i zadr\u017eavaju prirodnu vla\u017enost kose i ne uzrokuju trenje prilikom \u010de\u0161ljanja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Koristite oralnu kontracepciju<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako ste \u017eena koja se ubraja u mnogobrojnu grupu onih kojoj kosa poja\u010dano opada zbog hormonalne neuravnote\u017eenosti, pogre\u0161ne anti-bebi pilule mogu dodatno oslabiti va\u0161u kosu. Pilule koje sadr\u017ee androgene mogu poja\u010dati gubitak kose kod osoba preosjetljivih na te hormone, ako one to ne znaju.<\/p>\n<p>Prije\u0111ite na druge pilule ako vam se \u010dini da vam trenutne ne odgovaraju, a ako \u017eelite vidjeti jeste li preosjetljivi na androgene hormone, zamolite ljekara da vas po\u0161alje na testiranje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. \u010ce\u0161kate glavu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ako vas svrbi tjeme, \u010de\u0161kanje bi moglo dovesti do opadanja kose. Jednom kad je folikul o\u0161te\u0107ena, vlasi su sklonije lomljenju.<\/p>\n<p>Kako biste se rije\u0161ili svraba, koristite posebne \u0161ampone koji sadr\u017ee selen, cink ili ulje \u010dajevca.
