Mnogima od nas solidnih osam sati sna je nemogu\u0107a misija, nekima \u010dak i \u0161est sati neometanog sna zvu\u010di kao fantazija, a najnovije istra\u017eivanje pokazalo je da je isprekidani san nezdrav kao i nedovoljno sna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cPuno znamo o uticaju spavanja na zdravlje, a sad smo saznali vi\u0161e informacija o uticaju isprekidanog spavanja\u201d<\/strong>, izjavio je \u010carls Bej, stru\u010dnjak iz klinike Cleveland koji nije u\u010destvovao u istra\u017eivanju.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi dobio \u0161to vi\u0161e saznanja o uticaju isprekidanog sna na zdravlje, Avi Sadeh, profesor na Univerzitetu za psiholo\u0161ke nauke u Tel Avivu, prou\u010davao je 61 mladu osobu zahvaljuju\u0107i aktigrafu, ure\u0111aju sli\u010dnom ru\u010dnom satu, koji je nadzirao njihovo spavanje.<\/p>\n<p>Na jednu no\u0107 ispitanici su spavali \u010ditavu no\u0107. Sljede\u0107eg jutra su izvr\u0161ili nekoliko zadatih zadataka za procjenu kognitivnih sposobnosti i anketu pomo\u0107u koje je procijenjeno njihovo raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<p>Druge ve\u010deri, njihov san je prekinut zvonjavom telefona. Jedni su nakon zvonjave morali da obavljaju zadatke, a drugi su se vratili na spavanje te sljede\u0107eg jutra obavili zadatke i rje\u0161avali anketu.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon ve\u010deri isprekidanog sna, u\u010desnici su imali problema s koncentracijom i osije\u0107ali su se jadno i neraspolo\u017eeno. Avi Sadeh i kolege su do\u0161li do saznanja da su oni s isprekidanim snom jednako lo\u0161e funkcionisali kao i oni koji su spavali samo \u010detiri sata.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIsprekidani san uti\u010de na koncentraciju i pam\u0107enje. Vjerovatno mislite da je to o\u010dekivano, ali prethodna istra\u017eivanja nisu na ovaj na\u010din posmatrala uticaj isprekidanog sna\u201d, izjavio je Avi Sadeh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLjudi koji imaju isprekidan san imaju sporije vrijeme reakcije, problema s koncentracijom, s dono\u0161enjema odluka, \u010de\u0161\u0107e pate od depresije i vi\u0161e osje\u0107aju bol\u201d, dodao je.<\/p>\n<p>Isprekidan san ima negativan uticaj na zdravlje, pove\u0107ava krvni pritisak, a negativno uti\u010de i na poku\u0161aj mr\u0161avljenja.
