Univerzitet D\u017eord\u017eija sproveo je istra\u017eivanje tokom kojeg je jednoj grupi ljudi sugerisano da tri puta nedeljno ima lagane treninge od po 20 minuta, dok je druga grupa ostala fizi\u010dki neaktivna.
