No s godinama se sve vi\u0161e razlikuju i po\u010dinju stjecati mnoge po\u017eeljne navike koje nas vesele &#8211; \u00a0umivaju se, peru zube i \u010de\u0161ljaju se sami &#8211; \u00a0ali i mnoge nepo\u017eeljne, koje \u017eelimo izbaciti iz na\u0161e i njihove svakodnevice. Me\u0111u navike koje uvijek izazovu burne reakcije roditelja pripadaju grickanje noktiju, jedna od najra\u0161irenijih lo\u0161ih navika, kopanje nosa ili uha, \u010dupkanje kose, jedenje prstima\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Psiholozi napominju da su takva pona\u0161anja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e samo jedan od na\u010dina na koji se djeca smiruju u stanjima pove\u0107ane napetosti i da uglavnom ne prerastu granice kad bismo se trebali ozbiljnije obra\u010dunati s njima, a ve\u0107ina takvih pona\u0161anja u vrlo male djece nestane do \u0161este godine. Ako ste se poku\u0161ali obra\u010dunati s nekom od takvih navika va\u0161eg mali\u0161ana jednostavnim zabranama, vjerojatno ste vrlo brzo shvatili da nemaju u\u010dinka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Da biste se znali pravilno postaviti, morate razumijeti za\u0161to se lo\u0161e navike uop\u0107e javljaju. &#8211; U situacijama povi\u0161ene anksioznosti, nemira, i nervoze neka djeca pribjegavaju radnjama kao \u0161to su gri\u017eenje noktiju, \u010dupkanje kose i sli\u010dno. Tako si prividno \u2018olak\u0161avaju\u2019 to stanje napetosti. Dakle, takve radnje su posljedica djetetova unutarnjeg stanja &#8211; ka\u017ee Tea Kne\u017eevi\u0107, magistra psihologije i prakti\u010darka terapije igrom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Ta spoznaja pitanje lo\u0161ih navika \u010dini slo\u017eenijim od \u010dinjenice da dijete stalno ima ru\u017ene nokti\u0107e i da bi se moglo zaraziti preko prljavih prstiju. Va\u017eno je, dakle, otkriti izvor djetetova unutarnjeg nemira. Zato na\u0161a sugovornica isti\u010de da za rje\u0161avanje tih radnji, koje s vremenom mogu postati i navike, nije po\u017eeljno da se djetetu samo zabrani da to radi ili da ga se zbog toga ka\u017enjava, jer bi to moglo imati kontrau\u010dinak. Takvim dodatnim zahtjevima naime samo stavljamo dodatni pritisak na dijete od kojeg \u0107e se ono opet \u017eeljeti smiriti pa \u0107e navika postati jo\u0161 intenzivnija.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Psihologinja Kne\u017eevi\u0107, \u010dlanica psiholo\u0161kog tima Proventus, napominje da je pri rje\u0161avanju tog problema najva\u017enije pomo\u0107i djetetu da se nosi s anksiozno\u0161\u0107u na druge, zdravije i prihvatljivije na\u010dine. &#8211; Potrebno je nau\u010diti dijete kako da samo sebi pomogne da se opusti. Na na\u010din prilago\u0111en djetetovoj dobi, savjetuju mnogi dje\u010dji psiholozi, poku\u0161ajte razgovarati s njim o problemu koji ga mu\u010di i poku\u0161ajte mu, u trenutku kad ga \u201cuhvatite\u201d u nepo\u017eeljnoj aktivnosti, dati do znanja da ste vidjeli \u0161to radi i da ste svjesni da ga ne\u0161to mu\u010di. Neki roditelji svjedo\u010de da je djetetu pomogla nova predvidljiva dnevna rutina koja istodobno ulijeva sigurnost i poma\u017ee djetetu da odbaci stare lo\u0161e navike. Oni skloni alternativnom pristupu uvjerili su se u ljekovitost pri\u010da koje se pri\u010daju djetetu prije spavanja, a neizravno uklju\u010duju djetetov problem i rje\u0161enje za njega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Majka Ksenija je svom sinu prije spavanja pri\u010dala o tigri\u0107u koji je grickao pand\u017eice pa se nakon nekog vremena nije mogao penjati po drve\u0107u i igrati se s drugim tigri\u0107ima koji su imali jake pand\u017ee. Je li zbog pri\u010de ili ne\u010dega drugoga, lo\u0161a je navika nakon nekog vremena nestala iz njihova \u017eivota. Ali i bez obzira na pri\u010du potaknite mali\u0161ana da s rado\u0161\u0107u ustaje, sprema se za \u0161kolu i da uo\u010di i veseli se predmetima oko sebe. Poka\u017eite mu vedro nebo, upozorite ga na cvijet pored puta. Sve bi to trebalo otjerati tjeskobu i u\u010diniti ga smirenijim. Mo\u017eete mu, savjetuju neki dje\u010dji psiholozi, ponuditi \u010duvara u obliku omiljene pli\u0161ane igra\u010dkice koja \u0107e ga paziti od svega lo\u0161eg pa i lo\u0161ih navika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">\u00a0Pomazite ga kad osjetite da je napeto, \u00a0a mo\u017eete uspostaviti i sustav nagrade, po naljepnicu za svaki dan u kojem nije pokleknulo lo\u0161oj navici. Za deset naljepnica dobije, recimo, sladoled, za petnaest novu igra\u010dku, za dvadeset posjet kinu&#8230; \u00a0&#8211; Ako primijetimo da dijete nije u mogu\u0107nosti kontrolirati neku svoju radnju, a da to za njega ima \u0161tetni u\u010dinak, va\u017eno je pomo\u0107i djetetu u tome, a ako se i nakon roditeljske intervencije ni\u0161ta ne promijeni, potrebno je potra\u017eiti pomo\u0107 stru\u010dnjaka &#8211; savjetuje na\u0161a sugovornica.
