Toplota \u0161iri pore pa krema dublje prodire u ko\u017eu i efikasnije djeluje.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj postupak treba ponavljati pet dana zaredom, pa se preporu\u010duje pauza od sedam dana. Ukoliko je potrebno, tretman mo\u017ee da se ponovi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Piling<\/strong><br \/>\nU \u010diniji sameljite dva limuna, dodajte tri ka\u0161ike krupnijeg \u0161e\u0107era, tri ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja, dvije ka\u0161ike slatke pavlake i ka\u0161iku meda, pa sve dobro promije\u0161ajte. Ovu smjesu nama\u017eite na stopala i masirajte desetak minuta. Potom isperite stopala mlakom vodom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Nokti<\/strong><br \/>\nOsvje\u017eite stopala u toploj kupki 15 minuta. Odgovaraju\u0107im priborom uklonite zanoktice i potisnite kutikulu na svim noktima. Uklonite lak, ako su nokti bili nalakirani, pa uzmite posebnu turpiju za poliranje. Energi\u010dnim, kru\u017enim pokretima prije\u0111ite nekoliko puta svaki nokat, dok se povr\u0161ina ne zasija. Makazicama isjecite ili isturpijajte nokte u \u017eeljeni oblik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Lak<\/strong><br \/>\nSre\u0111ene nokte mo\u017eete da ukrasite lakom. Nokte uvijek prvo nama\u017eite slojem providnog laka, pa tek onda onim u boji. Ne zaboravite da prste na nogama razdvojite sun\u0111erom koji \u0107e pomo\u0107i da se svje\u017ee nalakirani nokti ne zalijepe za prste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Vitaminska krema<\/strong><br \/>\nU manjoj posudi dobro promije\u0161ajte nevenovu mast i uljane AD kapi u odnosu 2:1. Sipajte u plasti\u010dnu ili staklenu posudu i dr\u017eite u fri\u017eideru. Na ispucale pete mazati 14 dana svako ve\u010de, a poslije toga jednom do dva puta sedmi\u010dno. Ova krema poma\u017ee da se rije\u0161ite ispucalih peta, zanoktica i problema s uraslim noktima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Atletsko stopalo<\/strong><br \/>\nDva puta dnevno prema\u017eite zahva\u0107eno podru\u010dje s nekoliko kapi eukaliptusovog ulja, koje uklanja gljivice i smanjuje svrab. Mo\u017eete da skuhate i jak \u010daj od \u0161est vre\u0107ica, i da u njemu dr\u017eite noge par sati. Tanin iz \u010daja uni\u0161tava gljivice i prija bolnim stopalima. Simptome \u0107e ubla\u017eiti i premazivanje inficiranog podru\u010dja kiselim mlijekom, koje umanjuje svrab i crvenilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Protiv znojenja<\/strong><br \/>\nKoristite sprejeve za stopala, balzame i kupke koje sadr\u017ee aktivne materije za spre\u010davanje razvoja bakterija i nastanka neprijatnog mirisa. Dva puta dnevno perite stopala preparatima koji spre\u010davaju prekomjerno znojenje, a nakon pranja koristite puder. Nosite prozra\u010dnu, udobnu obu\u0107u od prirodnih materijala, i obavezno je poslije svakog no\u0161enja dobro izluftirajte.
