Podignite desnu nogu u stranu.<\/p>\n<p>Ponovite ovu vje\u017ebu stim da sada lijevu nogu podignete u stranu umjesto desne. Uradite \u0161to vi\u0161e ovih \u010du\u010dnjeva u 30 sekundi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zabacite nogu unazad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stanite i spojte stopala. Oslonite se na lijevu nogu, a desnu zabacite unazad.
