Alan R. Hirsch. u knjizi \u201cKoji je okus va\u0161e osobnosti?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tijekom 25 godina, prate\u0107i 18.000 ispitanika, proveo je vi\u0161e od 200 istra\u017eivanja o osjetilima i neurolo\u0161kim reakcijama signala okusa te otkrio da poja\u010danje odre\u0111enih okusa i mirisa utje\u010de na prehrambene navike, raspolo\u017eenje, percepciju, \u010dak i na brzinu kojom u\u010dimo. Ba\u0161 kao \u0161to miris iz djetinjstva mo\u017ee trenuta\u010dno vratiti u doba dok ste se igrali na livadi, tako \u0107e i omiljeni miris de\u0161ifrirati skrivene mehanizme osobnosti. Primjerice, ljubitelji za\u010dinjene hrane su perfekcionisti, strogi su i kruti te u dru\u0161tvu manje ugodni od sladokusaca. Va\u017eni su im detalji, vole red i besprijekornu organiziranost. Odje\u0107a u njihovim ormarima je uredno slo\u017eena, a \u010dak su i razmaci me\u0111u vje\u0161alicama gotovo isti.<\/p>\n<p>Mnogi ljubitelji za\u010dinjenih zalogaja su i pravi kontrol-frikovi te ih svaki poreme\u0107aj u njihovu savr\u0161eno ure\u0111enom svijetu doslovno izlu\u0111uje. Iz takta ih izbacuje i gubljenje vremena, a pod taj nazivnik svode i dru\u017eenja s ljudima koji im nisu va\u017eni, na domjencima koji su izvan njihove kontrole. No ljubitelji ljutog su i traga\u010di za senzacijama, novim iskustvima i uzbu\u0111enjima te rado eksperimentiraju s novim za\u010dinima. Obdareni su vrlo istan\u010danim osjetom mirisa i okusa te mogu precizno\u0161\u0107u vrhunskog degustatora raspoznati za\u010dine u hrani. I ljubitelji ljutih okusa neprestano tragaju za novim uzbu\u0111enjima te u\u017eivaju u ekstremnim sportovima &#8211; sky divingu, zmajarenju ili bungee jumpingu. Skloniji su koketiranju i flertovanju nego ljubitelji blagih okusa. Pretpostavlja se da kapsacin, spoj koji feferonima daje ljutinu, poti\u010de strast za adrenalinom i \u017eelju za opasnim \u017eivotom na rubu. Ljubitelji ljutih papri\u010dica bolje se prilago\u0111avaju i promjenama jer vole uzbu\u0111enja koja im donose novi do\u017eivljaji, tvrdi Hirschev suradnik, nutricionist Keith Kantor.<\/p>\n<h3>Pedantni grickaju<\/h3>\n<p>Ljubitelji hrskavog od sebe o\u010dekuju mnogo, vole to\u010dnost te su pedantni. Energi\u010dni su, zabavni i puni entuzijazma, ka\u017ee dr. Hirsch.<\/p>\n<h3>Privla\u010dnost miri\u0161i na jasmin, vaniliju i cimet<\/h3>\n<p>Samo deset posto okusa dugujemo nepcu, a \u010dak 90 posto receptorima mirisa koji su okida\u010d za emocije. Primjerice, miris ru\u017ei\u010dastoga grejpa utje\u010de na percepciju te \u0107e zbog njega \u017eena biti privla\u010dnija i izgledati i do \u0161est godina mla\u0111e, tvrdi dr. Alan R. Hirsch. Miris \u010dili papri\u010dice poja\u010dava seksualnu \u017eelju, a mirisni su afrodizijaci i paprena metvica te miris jasmina, no samo ako ih rabite u manjim koli\u010dinama. Suprotnom \u0107ete spolu biti privla\u010dniji uz mje\u0161avinu mirisa vanilije i cimeta. Mu\u0161karce uzbu\u0111uje i miris lavande te pite od bundeve, a oba su spola seksualno zagrijanija uz miris krastavaca te kola\u010da s bananama i ora\u0161astim plodovima.<\/p>\n<h3>Ljubitelji tamne \u010dokolade su srce zabave, a mlije\u010dne tihi introverti<\/h3>\n<p>Ljubitelji slatkog \u017eele biti primije\u0107eni i cijenjeni. Vole kada se osje\u0107aju posebno, ali i kada ih drugi smatraju posebnima.<\/p>\n<p>Obo\u017eavaju dobar provod, pustolovine i rizik te se upu\u0161taju u pothvate za koje mnogi nemaju hrabrosti i \u017eivaca. Prema sebi su popustljivi, uga\u0111aju si i smatraju da za njih ni\u0161ta nije predobro ni preskupo.<\/p>\n<p>Njihov je moto: \u201cRadije \u0107u \u017ealiti zbog ne\u010dega \u0161to sam u\u010dinio nego zbog ne\u010dega \u0161to sam propustio\u201d. Ljubitelji \u010dokolade su \u0161armantni i koketni. Iako u\u017eivaju u intimnosti i romantici, \u010desto u ljubavi pretjerano dramatiziraju, \u0161to ih \u010dini emocionalno ranjivima. Vi\u0161e se oslanjaju na intuiciju nego na logiku.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladoljupci su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pravi prototip svog spola &#8211; to su u pravilu macho mu\u0161karci i vrlo \u017eenstvene \u017eene. No za razliku od dru\u0161tvenih ljubitelja tamne \u010dokolade koji su srce zabave, ljubitelji mlije\u010dne \u010dokolade su \u010desto introverti te vi\u0161e vole dobru knjigu. Hirsch.<\/p>\n<p>Ustanovio je i da su ljubitelji \u010dipsa ambiciozni, natjecateljskog duha te dostojni protivnici konkurentima. Frustriraju ih neugodnosti poput gu\u017eve u prometu ili dugih redova na blagajnama. &#8211; Bilo da su na izletu ili za upravlja\u010dem automobila, ljubitelji slanog uvijek su u \u017eurbi &#8211; ka\u017ee Hirsch. Ako volite slano, mogu\u0107e je i da pripadate \u201csupertasterima\u201d koji imaju ve\u0107i broj okusnih pupoljaka te \u010dine \u010detvrtinu stanovni\u0161tva. Obdareni superokusom ne vole gorku ni hranu jakih okusa, no istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da njihovo nepce voli sol, jer, smatraju stru\u010dnjaci, natrij ubla\u017eava gor\u010dinu u hrani, tvrdi psihologinja Susan Albers. Ljubitelji tjestenine, kruha i ostalih \u201cutje\u0161nih\u201d ugljikohidrata po prirodi su vrlo ozbiljni, promi\u0161ljeni i oprezni te ne vole promjene i rizik.<\/p>\n<h3>Oporo i kiselo<\/h3>\n<p>Ljubitelji gorkog su izbirljivi te \u010desto imaju averziju prema kiseloj hrani. Oni koji vole kiselo mnogo su tolerantniji na ekstremne okuse, spremniji isprobati nova jela te \u0161iriti vidike i pomicati granice.<\/p>\n<h3>Crveno za hrabre<\/h3>\n<p>Oni koji vole ljute za\u010dine &#8211; crvenu papriku, curry i \u010dili, hrabro preuzimaju odgovornost, bore se za ono \u0161to \u017eele i otvoreno ka\u017eu \u0161to misle.<\/p>\n<h3>Prijatelji po \u0161afranu<\/h3>\n<p>Ljubitelji oporih za\u010dina, \u010de\u0161njaka, klin\u010di\u0107a, kadulje i \u0161afrana vjerni su prijatelji i jaki zagovornici onoga u \u0161to vjeruju.<\/p>\n<h3>Omiljeni uz ru\u017emarin<\/h3>\n<p>Dodavanje limunove kore, ru\u017emarina, timijana i estragona odaje dru\u0161tvene, duhovite ljude koji su puni energije i omiljeni u dru\u0161tvu.<\/p>\n<h3>Miroljubive odaje cimet<\/h3>\n<p>Ljubitelji per\u0161ina i cimeta miroljubivi su i obzirni prema drugima. Ma gdje da se na\u0161li, dobro \u0107e se uklopiti.<\/p>\n<h3>Kreativci s lukom<\/h3>\n<p>Oni koji jela za\u010dine lukom, sjemenkama celera te octom kreativni su, ne vole rutinu i vjeruju u sebe.<\/p>\n<h3>Slano-slatki spoj<\/h3>\n<p>Slani \u010dips s \u010dokoladom vole introverti i samotnjaci koji \u010duvaju privatnost. Ljubitelji slatko-slanog su inteligentni i kreativni, no nemaju strpljenja s ljudima.<\/p>\n<h3>Fleksibilni<\/h3>\n<p>Strast za egzoti\u010dne okuse, od pu\u017eeva do juhe od pti\u010djega gnijezda, obilje\u017eje je fleksibilnih koji su otvoreni za nova iskustva.
